This bodycam video captures a police intervention at a retirement community following a tense dispute between a resident named Bob and his neighbor's family. A woman and her fiancé confront Bob after he allegedly harassed her 70-year-old mother by knocking on her window and using vulgar language. During the altercation, the woman admits to kicking Bob's door, while Bob claims that the fiancé brandished a firearm. Officers interview all parties involved—including the tenants, management, and maintenance staff—to investigate the harassment claims and the alleged weapon threat. Lacking clear evidence for the weapon, police ultimately file reports, advise the residents on legal steps for future harassment, and urge them to keep their distance to prevent further escalation.
