Description

Officers responding to an eviction notice discover three children living alone in an apartment with no furniture, electricity, or food. When the mother finally returns hours later claiming she went for a walk, her story falls apart as police uncover the children had been left to fend for themselves for days. Despite her defiant claims of being a good parent and kicking the patrol vehicle, she is arrested for felony child neglect.
