Description

A 24-year-old man, Anthony Emmanuel Labrador Sierra, was arrested during a traffic stop after allegedly impersonating a 17-year-old student at Perrysburg High School for over a year. Police say he used a fake identity, claiming to be a Venezuelan immigrant and victim of human trafficking, to enroll as an 11th grader.

Body-worn camera footage shows the moment officers arrested him after a warrant was issued for felony forgery. Authorities say Labrador Sierra was living with a local host family, received guardianship, and even obtained a Social Security number and Ohio driver’s license under the false identity.
