Bodycam footage shows the suspect telling officers his “mind is crazy.” Dhimal was booked for aggravated burglary, kidnapping, and abduction. A court deemed him incompetent to stand trial. Find out what happened on this episode of Law&Crime BodyCam.

Dhimal has had numerous run-ins with the law over the past few years, each time being deemed incompetent to stand trial. In 2021, the suspect was angered over the price change of a cigar and allegedly told the cashier "he would blow her up." A few months later, he told police he was a "UN leader" after being caught peeping into cars. All of Dhimal's run-ins with law enforcement were caught on body camera.
