Description

On March 25th, 2025, a Florida waterfront bar turned into a chaotic scene when a California tourist snatched a $70 medical marijuana vape pen. After being detained by bar staff, she screamed "I didn’t do anything!" multiple times while refusing to cooperate. Despite the bartender offering no charges in exchange for the pen, she ran, ditched the evidence, and left her phone behind. Deputies gave her a break, planning to drive her home, but her defiant attitude and constant accusations made things escalate. She turned a simple ride into a drama-filled situation, refusing to cooperate and acting out. In the end, she was charged with battery, resisting arrest without violence, and disorderly intoxication. Her refusal to take responsibility led to felony charges despite multiple chances to avoid them.
