Description

In this bodycam video, Officer Massey stops a vehicle in a heavy downpour for a dangerous combo—suspended plates and no headlights—but the driver turns it into a full Sovereign Citizen-style standoff. She refuses to provide a license, claims she doesn’t “conspire in business,” calls herself a “State National,” and lectures officers on a supposed “right to travel” without identification. With a child in the backseat and a friend trying to intervene, what should’ve been a quick traffic stop escalates into an obstruction arrest.
