Description

REAL POLICE BODYCAM footage captures officers processing vehicles and evidence following a complex DUI traffic stop involving a truck towing multiple cars. This bodycam video reveals the methodical investigation that followed a harrowing pursuit ending with three family members arrested.

In this police bodycam footage from November 7, 2024, officers are seen examining vehicles after stopping a truck driven by 37-year-old Josephine Cordova Alfaro, who had initially refused to pull over and nearly crashed into a tree on Marion County Road. The incident began when police received reports of a suspicious truck pulling a trailer with two cars near County Road 466 and U.S. Hwy. 27/441.

As officers coordinate their investigation, one mentions vehicle movements: "Kyle, they're gonna try to turn around in the driveway in front of him and come back your way." This communication, captured on bodycam, suggests they're tracking multiple vehicles or subjects connected to the scene.

A man, possibly Abraham Cordova Alfaro (34) who was tasered during the stop, attempts to explain his presence in the area: "That's for him. That's where we got your card. Where'd—That's where your car's going." He continues: "I know, I know. Okay, I've been out here for years, bro. Yeah he— I've been building houses and buildings."

An officer describes their search procedure: "So I took a bunch of pictures, but I didn't do like an absolute thorough search. Okay? But I looked under seats. I didn't see any obvious heroes or anything." This statement, recorded on bodycam, documents the preliminary vehicle search while mentioning photographs taken for evidence.

The footage captures officers handling evidence and discussing next steps: "Want a tune target. All right, set the office if you want to reach into this pocket and grab the keys and go grab it." Another officer responds: "No, it's all— we can just bag that and take it back with. Just take it with us. Yeah, yeah."

The conversation reveals that one subject is being transported for medical attention: "He can be at the jail for a minute, he's going to the hospital. It's not a rush right now." This likely refers to either Abraham, who was tasered, or his 18-year-old son Amram Guardado, who required four officers to restrain him.

According to police reports, this incident resulted in three arrests: Josephine for DUI and child neglect, Abraham for resisting arrest and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and Amram for four counts of resisting arrest. The vehicle also contained two additional juveniles who had been endangered by the impaired driving.

This police bodycam footage demonstrates the complex aftermath of a multi-person traffic stop, showing the methodical evidence collection and vehicle processing that follows the initial confrontation and arrests.
