We provide public footage of police incidents captured on body worn cameras. Our mission is to encourage transparency and accountability by sharing public records. All footage is meant to be informative and educational. Our raw footage is obtained through submitting public records requests to each respective law enforcement agency. Transparency Bodycam is not affiliated with any law enforcement agency.

This content complies with YouTube's Fair Use Policy because we edit several long clips into a concise story. This is similar to other media organizations and law enforcement channels on YouTube.
