a little bit he was going by the police officer he clipped your vehicle no almost oh yeah because he was like so close he was trying to cut in and go around all right you know my wife she works for the court i don't think we've met before but i don't know which way the squad he wasn't going super fast but through the traffic like that through the city was going there yeah yeah i heard the speed it was pretty quick so um yeah i don't know if anybody did you guys see anything yeah i was in the front yard actually okay so he just came up on the grass here yeah so he got over his truck and yeah he came to the center and as the car was coming like he said he went to go right and that car just came up right over okay and hit okay where do you have a driver's license or your social or anything yeah good phone number for you i'm sorry i got people talking to my ear too so sir you said you saw everything too somewhat somewhat okay i jumped out see where that old man is right there that's my house to the right okay and i saw him coming down and i saw he wasn't complying and he was rolling so i stepped out i was about to sidewalk and i saw the guy he's got a black dude about 20 yeah maybe 20. anyways he pulls up he didn't even turn his lights on yet and he saw him coming and he jumped out of the car and he went to step so it was right about in here and he doesn't go that way he he went to try to go around the left he hits the curb he's airborne when he comes back down i see that poor guy flying in the air okay what uh do you mind if i get your information for this stuff okay thank you very much so i don't know what that's going to do as far as debris but his skid marks if you go back you can see that where he hit the grass a little bit all right but his impact yeah it seems relatively straightforward here but he's still pulled over no no no no it wasn't because he had a guy pulled over just a guy pulled over on history just a few minutes before and then the car came barreling past us on fish green right as we were trying to make the left he crossed the double yellow line to go around us yeah almost caught us and then he came out yeah this was another officer someone was following him but i didn't know which officer was chasing her whoever was in the car sedan would have been a sedan [Music] yeah thank you sir i'll let you know thank you sir you're going for witness statements you're getting witness statements yeah a guy in the red said he saw something guy in the blue the guy in the gray also saw you want something i can just give him two people my car is a little hot it's going quick came all the way from kent fish creek [Music] like i saw him coming and i come looking down uh he did not have his lights on and i don't think he turns camera unless it went on automatic yeah i don't know don't have his lights on okay came down somebody all right thank you i appreciate it hopefully the when our lights activate it turns our camera on a minute prior so hopefully that shot something but i don't know it's probably more than a minute but we'll see i don't know i don't know anybody else out here that saw anything do you know because he was running hot and i heard my fish creek and i could tell he was coming my way yeah and then i could hear the engine rolling from him yeah and it was a kid okay it's 16 to 20. you have any description of the guy um the vehicle everything like that yeah i think it was green okay you can take that home if you want whatever i mean yeah i mean you got them in it because you want to sit down exactly i'll give you my take and i can't remember the sequence of events whether he's on this side of the street or on the other side of the street and that car went up over the curb and just surprised he's standing yeah it's one tough are you guys okay with the witness statements what's that entail just write what you saw sign at the bottom that's it just so we can have it on file if you
