neighbors a caller confirmed the report explaining that a neighbor had shattered a back window While others were in the backyard another witness pointed to the suspect who had attempted to break into a house and fight the suspect had bruises and there were cuts on the legs another neighbor confirmed seeing the suspect break a window did you call police yes what's going on um our neighbor that lives behind us knocked out our back window okay um everybody's in the back I was asleep whenever it happened they just came to look me up you know why they why they did that I'm no oh right here we back here we back here they right here yeah she did all this and she went to my house she the girl who lived right next door to me she went to my house and tried to break into my house and everything she tried to fight me so I got bruises and everything she got cuts and stuff all over her leg and everything she had a baby in her hand I live across the walk and I seen it myself she bust open her window so that's why I came over here when I came over here she attacked me one person St that a reminder about the baby inside was given after waking the suspect in response the suspect pushed the witness's face before breaking glass a foot injury was confirmed caused by the Broken Window the suspect had punched the glass with a fist blood and visible injuries were noted and the suspect had fallen multiple times the suspect had also attempted to bite someone she went to my house she at her house so if y'all want to go see her she Fallen back it up a second she Liv and the first she has a oneye old over there she was asleep I my daughter's apartment she she was sleeping in the bushes she was asleeping in the bushes I woke her up I'm like you have a a son over there a one-year-old little boy over there you need to get up pull yourself together and go my face pushed me I just walked in I shut the door she was like oh you want some and then up the glass okay okay how did your fo get cut from the she bust the glass how did she bust the GL she punched punched it with her is she bleeding yeah she fell all over her face and everything she in there in her house she probably she the incident seemed unprovoked one person explained being close to the affected household and had stepped in upon hearing the commotion as the suspect sat nearby the suspect refused to leave an officer asked for a description of the suspect the suspect was confirmed to live in the first apartment where a one-year-old was inside the suspect had been intoxicated and sleeping in bushes for over 30 minutes just just answer this have you had any issues with her in the past I hav't why she'd be so aggressive with you guys I understand she's drunk she's she not acting right obvious ever been something happen in the past that so this is all completely out of the blue out out the blue I the only reason why I got involved is because I'm real close with them so I heard it and when I open the door I'm like hold on that's what you know I call her my mom too so I seen it so I came you know as me walking over here she punched the window and then sit down and said I'm not leaving R me my face whose phone is this that's her phone so then that's probably hers that's okay all right we're real quick okay I want to let you know her the baby's father is in uh uh Cleveland somewhere working so the suspect denied the presence of a dog leading to a repeated request the suspect finally agreed but continued arguing the suspect exited the apartment revealing injuries and bleeding the officer asked about the injuries but the suspect refused to answer the dog what do you what do you need talking about I need you to put the dog in the crate I can go inside if you okay go in there and put the
