Wisconsin an officer observed a vehicle
tailgating another vehicle maintaining a
dangerous distance of approximately five
feet especially concerning given the wet
and icy road conditions due to near
freezing temperatures
as the officer attempted to initiate a
traffic stop at a gas station the
vehicle quickly accelerated exiting the
parking lot and initiating a Pursuit
during the chase the vehicle reached a
speed of 55 miles per hour in a 30 miles
per hour Zone made an unsafe Lane
deviation and ran a red light
eventually the vehicle slowed down and
pulled into a nearby parking lot
the officer conducted a felony traffic
stop pointing his Department issued
firearm at the sole occupant of the
vehicle the driver later identified as
David complied with the officer's
commands and was taken into custody
without further incident
during a subsequent search officers
discovered a clear pipe with a bubble at
the end containing a small amount of a
white substance believed to be
methamphetamine based on the officer's
training and experience no other
Contraband was found in the vehicle

small misdemeanor arresting to a felony

did obviously I can't but I mean you're
caught in the vehicle so right
I can't say it wasn't me yeah right
you'll lie these aren't my pants kind of
thing
unless the list of my charges so far so
your charges today are going to be
knowingly fleeing an officer
operating after revocation and then I
gotta call probation right now and see
if they want to hold you
like I said
they probably they might I can't say
probably they might not have had you
just pulled over taken your Oar uh
charge and then been on your way with a
felony they generally put a hold on you
though oh yeah I'm expecting that
good
