injuries or anything like that he's responsive right now he just he had to be on the underwear yeah yeah we got him also appreciate you guys coming up huh and so we're gonna have to welcome a party meet us at the jail for him yeah hopefully they don't refuse him because of his side but I dealt with a couple right up new year and he was pretty peaceful but dude he's [ __ ] on something yeah absolutely strung out on something to get on the ground just sit on the ground because they didn't know what we had and all of a sudden he just sat on the ground it's like a young thing on you he's like no no I'm like all right I was like stand up you can barely stand up drunk so he said he is um Sarge finally got there as I was trying to stand him up stand up I was like go ahead and put your hands on your back I yanked his hands behind he kept looking over as I stopped looking over and I kind of pushed his head forward and then he he just pulled me and Sarge grabbed him he was like right here too right his leaves are on the right and we started fighting I was grabbing the crap out of him trying to get his legs down so strong dude uh and we finally got him on the ground and then perfume jumped out with us first thing punched him a couple times and we finally got him in handcuffs it's hard to get him on the ground man yeah I was at my house I heard you give me the chance to say give me the channel well at that point we'd already been fighting for like 20 25 seconds oh really I just couldn't I had both my arms wrapped around them trying to get them down I couldn't reach for my radio yeah I heard that and then I was like putting on my jacket and everything gotta go it's uh hopped in the car they're just like bye yeah I mean we're only right next to you yeah um I literally just had a car take off on me like five minutes before that uh he just tried to turn around on him and he was gone I lost him Alexander Miller's old Nissan Altima blacked out windows of had traffic on because he was going fast I just don't know how fast I couldn't catch up to him I didn't get a vehicle 14 I didn't get anything I got the tag on it I'm pretty sure it's the RO send it to me again just so I know I'm pretty sure I have it saved in my yeah all right yeah just send that to me because I couldn't I couldn't meet it close enough to get a tag appreciate you coming big dog so far I've stayed away from showcasing domestic violence incidents out of respect for the victims but I've noticed that a few of my competitors have been doing it and in the court docket this case looked really interesting so this guy was originally charged with three felony counts one for battery on a firefighter or officer one for battery and a person 65 years or older or one for battery with a prior conviction and the one misdemeanor for resisting without violence while this case was going along in the courts they evaluated him psychologically and found that he was competent to stand trial then as the court case made its way through the system about a year later in February of 2022 he was once again evaluated and found not competent to stand trial because of this I can't see his sentence but what I can see is in August of 2022 another inmate at the jail came forward to detectives claiming that this suspect had sexually assaulted him that case is now ongoing and it reissued charges for violation probation for the original case if you enjoyed this video please consider subscribing as it helps me out a lot and if you know of cases you want to see on camera feel free to
