Subscribe for weekly exclusive raw police videos 🚨 Police report: “On 01/13/2021 I responded in reference to a domestic dispute. On scene I made contact with the victim, who is 69 years of age. Victim was visibly upset and shaking. Victim provided the following verbal statement in regards to what occurred. Victim stated that she was inside her residence when she heard a loud bang outside her bedroom. Victim stated she came out of her room at which point her son who also lives with her, “football tackled” her to the ground and grabbed her by her waist. Victim stated that while she was on the ground a chair got knocked over and it landed on her. Victim then stated she was able to get up and run away and call police. Victim stated that her son had fled the area before law enforcement arrived. Officer Milnac located the son. When officer Milnac went to place the suspect in custody he pulled away from him and attempted to flee. Officer Milnac had to wrap himself around the suspect to attempt to control him. Suspect dragged Officer Milnac and Sgt. Burrus across the street. Sgt. Burrus had to grab the suspect by the head to get him to the ground. I arrived to assist and gave Suspect multiple verbal commands to place his hands but he would not. Sgt. Burrus, Officer Milac and I had to force the suspects hands behind his back in order to take him into custody. I attempted to speak to the suspect about what had occurred and he stated he didn’t know and his drink had been spiked. He was then placed in my patrol vehicle to calm down. After a period of time I went back and attempted to read him his miranda rights. The suspect would not acknowledge me and would not talk to me. A criminal history check was conducted and showed that he had a previous battery conviction in 1994 and another in 1991. Due to the victim being the mother of the suspect this incident is considered domestic. The proper paperwork was completed and the victim was given a copy of the victims' rights handbook. The victim answered yes to the following questions on the questionnaire.
