in 2022 Fort Myers police in Florida responded to a call from a funeral home an ex-employee had entered the business and was using the crematorium as always the full police report is in the description and I'll go over the outcome of the case in the end of the video okay [Music] keep eyes over there oh let's go in here all right l51 is going to be coming out the back Fort Myers police yeah right there is there anyone else in there with you sir it's just two employee here yeah are you yeah yeah okay that's not that's not what we heard uh yeah I that's not what I heard till last night either okay just have a seat right here hey just turn around listen to instructions turn around praise that way raise your face for your feet bring your feet you know what yesterday was not a day to me let it come over here come over here over here you have any weapons on you have a seat okay have a seat with it so tell us the story what happened I didn't know if I was supposed to come to work today so I tried to call Rob my Honda I'm Crystal I just came to work and I saw the cremations that were that needed to be done and I called uh I kept calling to the main number the main number kept getting answered by the research service she didn't know so then I called the main receptionist at our house or her cell phone and she neglected to tell me that we're not supposed to be at work today and also tell us what's your employment status right now the employment unemployment status okay because the call that we got here listen so yeah so we hear from the real reason okay we've got a call for service there was a suspicious person so imagine somebody imagine the description and they say that they terminated your employment what okay someone know what what you got right here's probably I don't know 20 people that work here okay I think three or four of them got let go last night okay are you one of them no is there a possibility there's a misunderstand that you were one of it there is nothing so basically he's saying that this is a huge misunderstanding there is not a possibility as long as you understand that we're here for the year reason like yeah I do you want to talk because like we didn't know what to expect as far as we know like suspicious person doesn't belong to the building I just believe me this has been a weird I had an affair with a girl who got promoted and shot him down already yes sir yes sir and everything is and everything was very oh my God and things started to go a little sideways I got uh I think what happens when you get with the wrong Checkmate I never learned okay and it's killing every time it's just anyway it was it was I got accused basically um bumping someone's shoulder and there's 17 cameras back there and violence at the workplace and I got I got I got hit with that but it was my attitude leading up to that because she was just killing me she treat me at work and it was all my fault hurry on the phone but when you came out uh his name's uh I called him to see what I was supposed to do today because there was nobody here it was weird I don't know you could say no you said it was a guy named Robert something right he's a general manager yeah I was just joking yes this this gentleman gave me my job back after we absolutely um yeah apparently had a few disagreements no I just remember we never rehired them all right so we're gonna move on charges and we want to restrict it this is awesome so look I'm gonna bring you something this doesn't mean you're gonna go to jail please listen careful and then tell me whatever you want okay yes sir okay they hear it hire you yes or no yes okay but I think he's saying otherwise so where's the disagreement joking Bob please are you are you joking because you were joking a little while ago I want to make sure you're not joking now do you hire you yes or no just be honest okay all right so so if this gentleman right what's his name again his name's Bob so if Bob tells us and gave us a sore statement says that you were not rehired there's there's not documentation that uh you were rehired and you came back to a place that you possibly know welcome anymore so how if you would like what do you have to say to that okay it couldn't possibly mean any other thing okay so is that like dated and everything yeah it is so when you receive the text last night or what time was it before midnight or afternoon it was around [Music] eight o'clock at night all right so we're talking about our New Year's Eve correct pretty much yeah okay were you drinking by any chance yes were you impaired to the ability you couldn't understand but no I was not imperative ability I couldn't understand but I used to check over here right 200 pound man okay but he would just love to he's the he's the Joker and he's going to do this but please for the love of God I know you take your job here and seriously I respect you absolutely but this is not so you say you have messages telling you to come to work today yes sir you open up your phone oh sure I mean it's I don't have no face idea or anything so where would I see these messages at okay um just just press the front a little bit sounds like you did Sir the only person you were texting in this message was yourself somebody else here that that that's not true okay so there is no documentation then I didn't I woke up I knew it was New Year's Day yes hold on hold on hold on yes there is something that says I'm supposed to be here today what is it it's a calendar it's when you get a chance was that like on a head uh schedule it's a it's a head of schedule okay calendar yeah it doesn't mean you're supposed to be here though yes it does [Music] how much you had a drink last night well not enough well I I can I can I can sense by your body order that you have you you have been drinking definitely I'm not gonna I'm not going to argue that I did or did not drink but I did not get to like I had to work this is a hard job you can just come in here do 10 hours of cremation and come in and work the next day that's 2000 degrees [Music] come on bud 10 up for a second I got your phone we'll go right here perfect I'm good all right now I look like some kind of psychopath this is very painful and that woman must be the most evil person on planet Earth our life is over 45 when I get out I'm gonna have nothing shitty car five I don't know whatever it is even a past life but oh holy George was originally charged with two counts of misdemeanor trespassing and given a 1500 Bond about seven days later he was caught again at his ex employer's funeral home and his bond was revoked and he was ordered into jail he stayed in jail for about a month where he eventually pled guilty to one charge of
