I got this footage from Clearwater Florida in May of 2021 and officer clocked a man on a motorcycle going 80 miles an hour in a 40 Zone and this Chase ensued as always the full police report will be down in the description and I'll go over the outcome of the case at the end of the video get on the ground get on the ground 422 copy Reckless vehicle actually motorcycle Northbound Betty from Franklin uh white male black helmet white T-shirt fling he wrecked out at Betty and Franklin and then continued Northbound on Betty about five minutes after that the officer saw a man who was clearly injured walking down the street hold on 422 I got him Grove and Betty 10 15. don't move yeah I got one of his shoes I got all the lights off his bike the peg off he doesn't know what happened though maybe maybe he hit his head maybe in my head I was riding my dirt bike chill now what am I going to do why am I going to jail sir I'll have money going to jail please take me to my girlfriend's house she'll tell you everything sir to your eyes Waverly stay can you just start Medics for him why are you taking me to jail grab empty and route to evaluate the Australian he's got a lot of loss iterations why are you taking me to jail what's that start 582 yeah what are you guys talking about what's going on where's your shoes I blocked out without shoes what kind of shoes did you have on Jordans why can we do you have a cage or not what's going on are you injured anywhere yes I swear everywhere okay tell me I think she saw him wreck out yeah but I was trying to get to doctor or something we'll see some wreck out down there I left my dirt bike earlier today yeah that's what I found right here at the intersection okay perfect first watch your head yep I got I got it one of his shoes from the road well he wrecked out but by the time I realized he wrecked out and caught up to him he was already getting back on the bike and took off I'm sure that goes to the bike that's wrecked out up there is it a bike key on there too or just a house key I almost got to him before he took off wait till you see this video for he he fled for me on Franklin he was flying so it turns out the motorcycle that was crashing abandoned was stolen to confirm that this was the man who was riding it they actually took DNA swabs from both the handlebars and the helmet that was left unseen and tied the DNA back to him further they found out that the plate on the motorcycle came from another stolen motorcycle that was abandoned a couple days earlier talking to the victim of that stolen motorcycle they saw in security camera it was a tall slender white man who stole the bike which is pretty similar to this guy because of that he was charged with two counts of felony grand theft of a motor vehicle one felony count of fleeing and eluding one misdemeanor count of DUI because apparently he was drunk in this incident one misdemeanor account of driving with a suspended license because his license was suspended and one misdemeanor count of reckless driving for the DUI he was sentenced to 147 days in jail which is the same that he was given credit for for time served same with the driving while suspended license while the reckless driving was thrown out for the two counts of grand theft and the fling and eluding he was given a seven year sentence the sentence was pretty extreme because he's considered a habitual offender as in his been doing crime for so long that he needs to be punished extremely as always if you enjoyed this video please consider subscribing as it helps me out a lot and if you know of an incident you want to see on camera feel free to reach out to me on Facebook or the email link to my about section of the YouTube channel
