in the description to support our work directly and as always enjoy the video on May 15 2022 at approximately 12 32 a.m officers Johnson and Henry of the Houston Police Department were dispatched to an assault call in Harris County upon arrival they met with the complainant who reported that she had been assaulted by her boyfriend the defendant the complainant stated that she and the defendant had been in a relationship for three years and that she was currently 15 weeks pregnant with his child she also reported that the defendant and her family did not get along according to the complainant the defendant became upset with her after she bought her mother a gift that he felt was too expensive he then left the location but returned a short time later and the argument continued along with verbal insults the complainant stated that the defendant grabbed her with both hands threw her against the wall and punched her two times with a closed fist in the back of the head behind her left ear the defendant then threw her to the floor and punched her multiple times in the same spot the complainant pushed the defendant back as she was getting up from the floor and he continued to punch her she informed the defendant that she was three months pregnant with his child and he responded by telling her that if he got caught by the police they would have to let him out eventually officers observed a hematoma located behind the complainant's left ear in her hairline consistent with the assault described the defendant admitted to officers that he and the complainant had been in a verbal argument over the house not being cleaned the defendant was arrested and transported to Harris County jail for processing Mary okay English okay okay Spanish official Aki okay okay ID entia gathered so far and he's still in the apartment I'm not back here yeah okay behind right here no okay Safeway yeah she's not sure if he left yet um [Music] they live at 131. you want to go yeah what happened kick it get down okay all right it was so this started off as an argument from earlier tonight uh her her family does not get along with him and uh he got mad at her because she bought her mother a gift that he felt was too expensive so they were just arguing all day about it so they get back to the apartment he leaves comes back and she said that he starts uh insulting her some more eventually um she's telling them like you can't be talked to me like that he gets he hit punches her twice on the typical a [Music] minute yeah so he pushes her against the wall and then hits her a few times with a close fist on the back of the head and then throws her to the ground she is pregnant by the way and it's it's uh his child and he's aware of it 18 weeks about three months so she gets up and pushes him back [Music] so then he hit her he hit her many times in the head again with the close fist she does not know how many times during those punches she does yes three years together not married what's his um last name I got David as the first David just to run it down real quick families don't get along don't like him they got into it about her buying a gift that he felt was expensive um he left the location came back and continued to verbally uh verbally assault her base or verbally talk to her crazy and then uh he then uh proceeded to hit her pushed against the wall and then hit her several times hit her first and then push it no he pushed her against one then hits her and throws it to the ground and then when she gets up she pushes him back and then he hits her some more okay uh-huh she asked him why are you doing this to me [Music] she said she told him like why are you doing this to me I'm having a child [Music] [Music] so then he he tells her he started Gathering his uh paperwork and he said he's gonna he's gonna leave but he said if the cops do get me one day they got to let me out so she says she kind of felt threatened by that is [Music] so after after that happened she left the apartment looked for help oh yeah oh no she's by herself here from Louisiana Louisiana the 337. she don't uh foreign if you want a car we'll bring it to the back at the me and Gomez and uh Herrera if you want to get in the car and follow him over there me and him can just walk the boat better that way we don't have to if we do catch them we don't have to walk them all the way back over here this one you know what I mean I'll just meet you over there he's running away here no she can come with us he has the keys yeah because they couldn't get in [Music] people when I was right there man when I was like we got oh they can't get in because they close um there's a there's a gate there's a key for him hurry will be able to get that just follow him [Music] all right let's let's get it you can you can see a little bump on her on her stomach as well yeah especially she's definitely he even told her like he doesn't care about that and he told her if he does go to jail that uh they have to let him out eventually oh yeah that is uh that's a uh borderline retaliation if you ask me they're gonna have to let me out eventually what is that implying come out you want to get verbals in Spanish yeah the bathroom light got the door to the right as well it looks like a closet in front so I'm gonna check the kitchen real quick yeah all right let's go quick he said they just had a verbal argument s [Music] uh onions thank you okay I think go that way uh you're saying that he's just explaining how they've been together for a few years and they're both from Venezuela [Music] okay so he's saying that he was they were arguing about the house is a mess and it should be clean whenever he comes home Pokemon no did he ever ask him did he ever make a verbal threat to her about if he got caught okay victimization um you still have that I have this cars over there this was in both of his pockets this has all of his name and stuff like that on there no no this is his as well oh but he claims that it was never it was never physical for him and he doesn't know how she got that knob in the back of her head correct and he said uh uh he never said anything about a footage okay um where's that let's go toss them in the back give him a good search and all that kind of good stuff I think I mean a little bit started working on this stuff and then stuff yeah it's a parking lot they tore it up dude a shield uh HIV sent his shoes on she's gonna get transported okay my bad I told uh the sergeant uh but yeah she's gonna get transported to the hospital okay yeah yeah and make sure she's gonna be exactly especially if he got thrown on the ground yeah well whenever she was thrown to the ground yeah okay come back it was in her hairline you could see it raised up a little bit but we felt it okay can you um can you ask him is there anything that's pockets in my poker stickers okay pull up [Music] I think I have a bag because now I got one let me know let me check all right can you tell them uh can you ask him why he didn't answer the door um I was like he was awake whenever we walked into that room it doesn't have to make sense but no no no yeah I know you're I know you're just translating what you're what he's telling you just doesn't make sense 44 year old Davey vilchez was arrested on one felony charge of assault on a pregnant person if convicted he could face anywhere from two to ten years in prison the victim was taken to a local hospital and treated for minor injuries that's fine yeah foreign I'm sorry I'm gonna go to the other side oh I didn't either because remember I said something I was like dang if I'm banging on that door he's still in there and all the lights are on yeah and all the lights yeah come on hey
