DUI he was read the Illinois warning to Motors form and was notified that if you failed to provide a result on the breathalyzer he would lose his license for one year acid hope oh you almost had it almost almost there yeah it didn't take it but that was the right idea yeah that's what I told you that but you know I don't have a space I didn't explain it I explained for the last 10 minutes and two counts of driving Under the Influence or DUI following a plea deal the defendant pled guilty to one count of DUI which are formally disposed as such on July 23 2021 He was ordered to pay three thousand seven hundred two dollars in total assessments this amount has been paid in full he was further sentenced to periodic imprisonment for 14 days and put on probation for 12 months periodic imprisonment in the state of Illinois is a sentence of imprisonment during which the committed person may be released for periods of time generally For Occupational purposes he was further ordered to maintain employment abide by order of protection no possession of illegal drugs no alcohol consumed no driving participate in an administrative sanctions program no bars or taverns and was not allowed to be where alcohol was sold after more than two and a half years from the initial arrest on July 22nd 2022 probation was formally terminated by the courts
