welcome back to the DUI Channel we are in Saratoga Springs New York where on May 21st 2020 at 1221 a.m. a Saratoga Springs police Sergeant approached the driver of a vehicle crash at 92 Kar Ross AV Department for further processing while there the suspect submitted a breath alcohol sample of1 n% this is above twice the legal limit of 8% breath alcohol content to drive in the state of New York in court the suspect was charged with driving while intoxicated or DWI with breath alcohol content 8 of 1% first offense on August 4th 2020 75 days after the arrest the defendant pled guilty to DWI and was ordered to pay a total of $895 between fines fees and sear charges this amount has been paid in full he was further sentenced to zero days in jail no time on probation one year of conditional discharge and a licensed revocation of 6 months is there a seat do you want it on 42 all right I can pull over and put it on you real quick is there one right here yeah yeah no problem you did just
