vehicle traveling Northbound on the Korean War Veterans Memorial Highway at a high rate of speed the officer turned his squad car around and began following the officer activated his emergency lights in the black 2011 Buick Enclave eventually pulled over on the 2900 block of South Riverside Drive the officer then approached the passenger side of the vehicle as his investigation begins hello what's the defendant was charged with exceeding speeds 11 to 15 mph operating with prohibited alcohol concentration second offense and operating while intoxicated or ow second offense on August 3rd 2022 oneyear 7 months and 3 days after the arrest the suspect pled no contest to ow in exchange for the remaining two counts to be dismissed He was ordered to pay $1,864 12 as of November 15th 2023 the defendant has an outstanding balance of $179548 in jail a licensed revocation of 16 months an ignition interlock device for 16 months in order to participate in an alcohol assessment
