welcome back to the DUI Channel we are in Eustis Florida where on November 24th 2019 at 2 35 a.m Houston Police responded to the area of Eustis Street and Pendleton Ave on a report of an occupied vehicle stopped in the middle of the road upon arrival the officers located a 1987 Mercedes-Benz 300 sdl parked running and with the transmission and drive the officers approached the suspect and knocked on his driver's side window as their investigation begins hello hello sir hello hey you okay sir are you okay ah can you speak to me yeah what's going on huh what's going on you want to put good stay right there how are you feeling right now following the Unseen medical evaluation by the Eustis fire department the suspect was transported to Advent Health Waterman Hospital no again it seems like shaking too I think it would be better no don't ever do that again I would pull behind him and see if I could walk into the car in the internship okay all right fellas I mean if we stop I'm probably gonna get behind my lights on I understand your logic I'm not saying your logic doesn't make sense but by policy the suspect Daniel was taken to Advent Health Waterman Hospital where medical treatment was administered an investigative request for a subpoena was submitted for the suspect's broad records whereupon the results tested positive for amphetamines the defendant was charged with driving Under the Influence impairment only or DUI and possession of paraphernalia the DUI charge was disposed as Noah prosequay this means that the prosecution chose to no longer pursue the case on December 29 2020 the defendant pled Noah contendary and the case was formally adjudicated as guilty use order to pay a total of 1 168.62 cents the restitution balance for the case is zero dollars Daniel ascends to zero days in jail six months on probation 15 hours of community service which was bought out at ten dollars an hour in order to attend a four-hour drug class after four months on probation termination was ordered on April 29 2021 one year five months and five days after the arrest
