Ultima unable to maintain Lanes the driver turned into the first driveway after the officer performed a U-turn and positioned himself behind the vehicle once the car pulled into a parking spot at Domino's Pizza the off approached the vehicle on the driver's side as his investigation begins hello hello stop is your registration is not visible and then we also got multiple calls on you uh unable Motor Vehicles form 2255 and asked to provide a breath alcohol sample to which she complied you take a breath where are you my daddy was in do you care about that that's pretty cool oh okay the suspect was then transported to the Vandalia Police Station to provide a breath alcohol sample upon arrival the suspect then told the officers that she had already taken a breath test are you going to submitted two breath alcohol samples with the lower of the two yielding a result of1 181 G ethanol per 210 L of alcohol because the suspect was only 20 years old the result was over nine times the legal limit of 002 G ethanol per 210 L of breath to drive in the state of Ohio if under 21 years of age in court she was charged with driving under suspension or in violation of license restriction and operating a vehicle after underage alcohol consumption otherwise known as ovuac on April 26th 2022 17 days after the arrest Liberty entered a plea deal which dismissed the former charge in exchange for pleading guilty to ovuac she was ordered to pay $395 between fines and costs as of December 16th 2023 the defendant has an outstanding balance of $370 Liberty was sentenced to 30 days in jail with 27 days suspended one year on probation a license suspension for one year four points on her license out of a maximum of 12 ordered to participate in a drug and alcohol assessment with follow-up treatments attend a driver Intervention Program for 3 Days jail credit and have no drug or alcohol offenses for one year and 57 take G and me don't like that I don't want to be sitting at
