2022 a deputy was on patrol when he
observed a speeding vehicle in Belvidere
Wisconsin he activated his radar unit
which clocked the vehicle traveling 66
miles per hour in a 55 mile an hour Zone
when a traffic stop was initiated it
appeared the vehicle accelerated to get
away from the deputy with speeds
exceeding 120 miles per hour
the 24 year old male driver later
identified as Jordan continued to flee
at high speeds while driving recklessly

the pursuit due to its nearing City

afterward it was determined the Pursuits
spanned 11.5 miles

Jordan was charged with felony counts of
vehicle fleeing eluding an officer
possession of THC second offense Bale
jumping times two misdemeanor counts of
operating without a valid license third
one within three years and Bale jumping
at the time he was out on three bonds
for three open cases
ultimately a month later he pled guilty
to vehicle fleeing eluding an officer
all his other charges were dismissed on
the prosecutor's motion he has given
three years probation with conditions of
no possession consumption of alcohol or
Controlled Substances his driver's
license was revoked for six months and
was also given 31 days of jail credit
all of his traffic citations totaled
over twenty five hundred dollars again
the prosecutor moved to dismiss all
citations except for one which was
operating with a restricted controlled
substance
