[Music] >> Oh, so that's hers. I mean, we got weed in the front. We got probably meth in the back. >> This is good, though. She >> It's got her name on here. So, I mean, whatever's in the back, I would attribute to her as well. >> Nope. >> Yeah. >> I don't know if we're going to get into that. >> Okay. >> What's in this? pieces. >> There's two of them. >> There's a I don't know if I'll be able to get I shouldn't say that. [Music] >> Um, >> that would be um, meth as well. >> That's meth. >> Yeah, marquee is meth too >> or ecstasy. >> Hey, man. So, I just want to ask you a quick question. Okay. You can decide how to answer it however you want. Okay. There's pretty decent amount of crystal meth and other narcotics in the car. Okay. >> That's the only officer. I don't know anything about it. >> Okay. Well, I was just giving you an opportunity. We do have narcotics detectors that can talk to you. You might be able to better your situation with the state if if you want to talk to him. >> I don't know anything about it. >> Okay. Thank you. >> And he doesn't know that I put all in the car neither. >> Okay. >> So, I would be really in trouble with him. But that's this that's the thing. >> So what kind of car is it? >> I don't remember cuz it's a rental. I just got the rental car. What color? >> Oh, you said it was someone random. >> Yeah, I know. I lied to you. >> Her her boyfriend rented the car. >> Yeah, he rented the car. >> Hold on one second. >> Real quick before we go any further. Okay. >> She's just going to read. >> You have the right to remain silent. >> Okay. Blah blah blah blah blah blah. >> Well, we we still have to read it before we can talk. >> It's like music to my ears. >> Anything you say can and will be used against you in court law. You have the right to talk to a lawyer and have him or her present with you while you are being questioned. If you can offer to hire a lawyer, when will be upon you to represent you before any questioning if you wish. You decide any time to exercise these rights and not answer any questions or make any statements. You understand these rights as I've explained them to you? >> Yeah. >> Okay. You said yeah. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> All right. Cool. So anyway, that's done. Um like I was saying, yeah, this is my boyfriend's car. He ran in the car and he was shopping and I had found all the [ __ ] that I wanted because they told me to play 21 and my boyfriend's older than me, so he doesn't play that [ __ ] >> And I started playing the game. This is my first time playing the game and I put in the back of the car and I saw you guys coming so I walked off. My boyfriend knows nothing about it. I don't even know where the he's at. >> So he's here with you now? >> Yeah. If I could call him. Can I call him? >> What's his name real quick? >> Matt. >> Matt. What? >> Um Campbell. >> Campbell. Yeah. >> Just like the soup. >> Yeah. M call him Matt like >> What's his birth name? Matthew. >> Yeah. Can you put one in? But um yeah, he doesn't know anything about it. >> No, I'm standing there. >> Oh, I'm not getting out. I'm not getting out. I have my knee creaked up. >> What's his birthday? >> Um I don't know. Maybe got to ask him. >> How old is he? >> He is 3 35. >> You know his number off the top of your head? >> No, it's in my phone though. >> Okay. >> Can I call him? >> Not right now. >> Well, cuz I need to tell him I got in trouble. Well, we'll worry about that in a second. But right now, I need to figure out how much dollar value you stole from Walmart. >> Apparently a lot cuz I took a lot. >> Okay. >> So, basically, you got to put everything in the cart and ring it up and find out the value of it. And then what's the next move? >> And then I then depending on the dollar amount is if you go to jail or not. >> Well, I'm pretty I'm pretty sure I'm going to go to jail because it's a lot of >> Okay. >> So, what's what happens after that? Well, if you're over that dollar amount for felony, >> then you will go to jail for felony amount of shoplifting. >> All right. You'll be booked in a Flaggler County inmate facility. >> Okay. >> And then whatever you do from there, bond out, whatever. It's up to you. >> All right. Can I please call my boyfriend? >> Not right now. >> Okay. Can I talk to the other officer? >> The deputy Sanford? >> Sure. >> She wants to call her boyfriend and I said no. >> Can I ask why? Because right now we're conducting an active investigation. >> What is the investigation I just told you? >> I still have to confirm everything. >> He doesn't know that I stole it. >> Okay. >> So, he's going to get the car. I'm like, "What the is this?" >> Well, we we're we're with the car right now. There's >> Y'all are >> Yeah. >> What car is it? It's a rental. I don't know what car it was. >> Okay. Well, we know what we know. >> All right. But yeah, can you turn the AC on? >> I I will. I rolled the window down for you. >> All right. Bet. Just with all this plastic, it's hard sometimes to get air back in. >> My blood circulation is going off. >> Ma'am, I'm checking them for you if you scoot your knees that way. There you go. >> Okay. Hey, do me use just your pinky. Correct. >> There you go. All right. >> And what do I do if I have to use the bathroom? >> You're good. All right. All right, I readjusted the point. >> Thank you so much. I have to use the bathroom. >> Okay, let us let us finish doing what we got to do. We're going to >> We'll get you one. Okay. >> If they can't figure out whose it is, do I go down for it? >> No. >> What do y'all do if y'all can't figure out whose it is? All of it? >> Not in the >> All right. Well, that's where it needs to be cuz nobody knows whose it is. >> So, they'll just throw it out. What's going to happen? >> Like, what's going to happen? I'm going to go in there. Do what? Do I have court tomorrow or? >> Yeah, there'll be first appearance in the morning. >> Okay. And then what happens after that? >> Oh, whatever the judge says. >> All right. >> Yeah, once once you go in there with them, I'm done with it. >> Um, what usually happens on your second time of petty theft? >> Well, you weren't convicted of >> So >> So they let me go. >> Well, it's a felony. >> Oh, >> anything over $750. >> Is it felony? >> It's,000. Is it $1,000? >> How much did the stuff come out to? >> $1,000. >> Are you serious? >> Yeah. >> So, okay. So, it's a felony. So, now that I have a felony, what do I do? >> You don't have a felony. That's just >> what the charge is. >> Oh, until you go to court and be convicted, it's just a charge. It's not a conviction. >> Okay. So, if I plead >> no content, >> I can't give you legal advice. I've never been in your situation, so I don't even know what's >> that sounds like a lie, but it's whatever. >> What's that? >> The price cuz a bunch of small stuff like it wasn't like I got back and stuff. >> Yeah, but it wasn't $1,000 worth of stuff. Macccan was arrested and faces multiple charges, including grand theft under the Florida statute for theft valued between 750 and $5,000 and trafficking and methamphetamine, among other drug possession and paraphernalia charges. Bond was set at $34,000.
