He doesn't want to talk. >> Officers find four white bags containing a little over one gram each of a mysterious white powder hidden inside the man's ankle sock. The substance later tested positive for cocaine. He also had $2,67 in ones, fives, 10, 20s,50s, and $100 bills. As a result, the 51-year-old man was charged with resisting an officer without violence and possession of cocaine with the intent to sell, manufacture, or deliver. He did not receive the benefit of having a bond for the possession charge. In court, he later entered a no contest plea on both charges and was adjudicated guilty. If you're wondering if he received any time in jail, well, on the resisting charge, he received 2 days in county jail. And for the possession of cocaine charge, the judge sentenced him to 3 years of drug offender probation along with random drug testing and substance abuse treatment requirements.
