Is there anything that you're seeing with some of these recruits that are coming in right now that it's like, you know, they should be working on this before they come here, >> right? Uh, I like that question. One, physical fitness. Like, listen, you know, you're coming to us. You know, it's going to be physical. Like, that's part of your job. Like, someone's life may depend on how you act or how physically capable you are to protect somebody. If you can't run a mile or if you can't do whatever a few push-ups or pull-ups or whatever it is, then I don't know, you need to rethink that. So, come to us being prepared is is is certainly one thing. And the other thing that we see is and this is not with everybody. This is just general like general conversation and just having a conversation with somebody with some younger people. It's difficult or they find it difficult. This job's all about how you talk to people, right? you you can be the toughest guy in the world or the best shooter. None of that really matters because a lot of times you can just talk to people. If you treat them good and you talk to them, you can pretty much get this job done easily. Now, there's of course people that don't care, right? And those are the people that we need to be prepared for physically through, you know, training taser and having some sort of physical ability, whether it's, you know, ground fighting or stand up fighting >> um and shooting of course. So I I think those are the two things that we see the most in training. We need a foundation that is good that we can build upon to make the best deputy that we can. But it starts with foundation.
