on December 20th 2022 an officer was
dispatched to a parking ramp regarding a
trouble with party call in La Crosse
Wisconsin a caller reported a female
charge and screamed at him as he
attempted to enter the elevator on his
way to work that morning being that the
caller was also a dispatcher from La
Crosse County Dispatch Center he
notified police of the incident
the reported subject was later
identified as a 30-year-old female named
Alicia
52 to D complainant leave a callback
number at all
is there a description of whoever

anything to us other than getting the

dispatcher is going into work he says
that he's
like near the elevator she charges at
him and he's able to basically get away
he tries to get out with her says stop
she tries to take off
he grabs her she goes down to the floor
and then she starts rammed her head to
the floor I get there she won't say [ __ ]
she just tries to kick us tried being
nice but that's all we've got all right

Alicia was charged with misdemeanor
counts of resisting obstructing an
officer disorderly conduct and Bale
jumping at the time of this incident
Alicia had four other Active cases which
included charges such as taking a
vehicle without consent retail theft
fraudulent use of a credit card and lewd
and lascivious behavior during March
2023 all three misdemeanor cases against
her were dismissed however they were
read in for consideration in relation to
her single felony case she pleaded no
contest and was subsequently convicted
as a result her sentence was withheld
and was given 18 months of probation
with specific conditions
