don't know anything about that. All I know is that her family called me and threatened me though. >> Yeah. I mean, what did they sit tell you about that? >> They said um >> on June 8th, 2021 in St. Cloud, Minnesota, Angela Renee Jones was brought in for questioning in connection with the death of Janessa Lashe Harris, who had died as a result of a gunshot wound. Spoiler details are in the video description and the full results of all charges in the case are laid out at the end of the video. >> And then um who cleaned the vehicle? >> Alicia and Erica. >> Alicia and Erica. You didn't say Oh, you did say Erica was there. And what did they clean it with? >> Cleaning supplies. >> H cleaning supplies. >> Cleaning supplies. Okay. bleach and and whatever else they could find. I just remember smelling bleach. >> Did they clean the inside or the outside or both? >> Um inside. >> Inside. >> What was in What was on the inside? >> Blood. >> Did you get any blood on you? >> Yeah. >> Did you? >> Yeah. >> She burned those clothes. >> What? >> She burned the clothes. >> She burned the clothes. >> His keys that fell when he shot her, she said. Uh, and I was like, "Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god." And I had put the phone down while I was still on the phone with college. His name is DeAndre. DeAndre Beckham. He's in jail now. >> Okay. And then um what was your route? >> You guys, if y'all get that recording, you guys should hear the gunshot in the back. >> Okay. What is um your route back? You go down. I see. Uber. Yep. And then when you come back, what is the route? >> The same route. >> Downtown Cooper. >> Yep. But you This can't be the same route cuz I got you on video somewhere else. >> Cooper. >> Did you go by SunX on the way back? >> SunX. >> When you go around when you come up on Cooper and then you're going to hit a roundabout and then you would go towards the river. got to help me out. >> You you'd go to the right. So you come down Cooper, the first roundabout, Cooper and 33rd Street South. You take a right. You drive down that road. You go through a couple more roundabouts. There's a Southway Bowl skate in place. And there's a SNX gas station on the corner. >> Wasn't paying attention to why they >> Okay. >> Because I didn't even know what they were doing. So, we were going to go, we were going to bring Kaisa somewhere. She gave us the address to where she was going to be at to where we were supposed to take her. That's where I thought we were going because I put the address in my phone. >> Okay. >> Yeah. What's the address? >> I don't remember. >> When did you put it in your phone? >> Um, when we gave it to me. >> And when was that? when we were driving in the back seat. >> Okay. >> And he gave me the address. >> Hello. >> And I gave the phone to Alicia because Alicia was driving. So I gave her the phone to where Jesus said she was going. Because we kept driving around for so long. I wonder why we're driving around for so long. Why are we driving around for so long? And then we come up to this dead end. Let me get to this dead end. Boom. And she's right here on my shoulder. What you guys do? He said, "Bitch, get out the car." >> Who was he referring to? >> Me. [ __ ] get out the car. I said, "What you guys do? What you guys do? I said there's a house right over there and there's houses right here. What' you guys do? >> So, did you get out of the car then? What? >> They take got her body and drug it out the car >> out of the same side you were on. >> Yes, ma'am. >> And right by you, he drug her out. >> I was on your other side. When he when you got out of the car, was the car facing towards the interstate, the dead end, or was it the other way? >> It was facing towards a dead end. >> Facing towards dead end. So, >> we were facing this way, right? >> Yep. >> The dead end is like right here. We drove up to Cooper, then the car stopped. >> Mhm. >> Right here. That's when I was on the phone with knowledge. And I was wondering why Ton told me to answer the phone. I was like, I'm not about to answer the phone right now and talk to knowledge. You guys need to take me back to my sister's house. What are you guys doing? You guys got a dead [ __ ] in. And I gave you the address to where we're taking her. What is going on? And I heard toune say, "Okay." And I heard boom. So I remember hearing Ka and she said, "Bitch, get out the car. I ask you next." >> Who's he? >> Kenneth, too. >> So he got out of the front. >> He was still in the car. >> He was still in the car. >> He got out of the car. He was like, "Ooh, did you see that? That was tight. Did you see that?" And him and two were laughing about it. And I said, "What' you guys do?" And Alicia was stuck too in the front. She was like, "Oh my god." And I said, "How come y'all didn't tell me that y'all was doing this? Where'd y'all do this? Why did y'all do this?" They said, "Bitch, shut up. Come up to the other side. Get your ass in the car." I said, "Okay." So I got out and I walked around the back of the car and Tay went over to the side that I was in, dragged her body out of the car and we got in the car. Tay got in on that side then and I turned around and there was blood on the seat behind Tay and I had blood on my sleeve right here and I was like this and I told N I have to get off the phone and he was still talking. I hung up the phone and he pointed the gun again at me. He said, "Bitch, shut up. We're going to take you back to your sister's house now." And I said, "Okay." >> So, which way did you turn around? Did you turn around to the right or you turn around to the left to the right? >> And did you just make a UV or did you have to do some backing up and going forward? >> Backing up. I think he go forward if I remember correctly because now I'm sitting behind tune and he went like this while Alicia was driving off boom boom boom boom and I saw K's body but the shots didn't hit I think they hit the dirt right she was right here she's laying right here now we're taking out this way. He boom boom boom and I saw the bullets hit the [ __ ] dirt by her. I saw them the dust. I saw the dust and he was like, "Oh yeah, I hit her, too." I said, "I don't think you hit her. I saw it hit the dirt." Then he turned back around to me with his gun. He said, "Bitch, I hit her. Shut up. We're taking you back to your sister's house." He said, "At least you're driving her back to her sister's house." And I was quiet cuz then I turned around. Tay had his gun right here and I looked down and I was like, "Oh god, please Jesus don't shoot me. Please don't shoot me. Please don't just give me back home." >> When you left Washington Memorial Drive, who was driving? >> Alicia. >> Alicia. >> Yes, ma'am. She was driving the whole time. He was around the whole time taking orders from him, which is two, but he turned up the music, listening to music. He was in the front like this. My phone kept ringing. There was DeAndre. He was trying to tell me how he's going to send me the discovery of the search warrant of um them finding the guns at my sister's house. He was going to see me. the discovery of my sister. >> What? I had my phone call on you. >> That's why I answered the phone. >> DeAndre called you? >> Yep. He was going to send me the search warrant. I mean, the discovery of the search that they took place at my sister's house. >> Oh, okay. >> Yep. And so he was making sure the address and things were right. And so I gave him my address and I told him to send me this this discovery. Um, >> deal. >> Yeah. Which deal? >> I drove back. >> Oh. >> Oh, so the jail call knowledge. >> Yep. >> That was what that call was about. Okay. >> He was going to send you the discovery. >> Yes. >> Okay. >> Which is the phone call you were referring to earlier. >> At what point? And again, I I have this different >> at at some point you get in the driver's seat of that car. >> No. >> I swear that that's what we had on that. >> No, I've never drove. Never drove. You guys >> never drove. >> When you get Can I just ask a couple? >> Absolutely. When you get back to your sister's place at 101 Memorial, who goes in the house? >> Okay. Maybe I did drive the car back home. >> Yeah, I know. In fact, I know you did. >> Sorry. >> I think I did drive the car back home. >> What? How did Alicia How' that all work? >> Um, she had a hat on her hair. She had a wig on. Um, she hurried up and cleaned up the car. Now, let's talk about at Cooper where you did the where the shooting happened. How did you get in the driver's seat? >> Nope. I didn't I didn't drive. That was at least. >> You guys got looked at. >> No, you you were right. At some point, you just said maybe I did drive back from Cooper. >> That was No, no, no, no, no. I drove from my sister's house >> to the south end of Cooper. >> No, to home. >> Okay. >> Oh, home. >> Okay. >> At least. So you didn't on the way down to the culde-sac, you didn't drive. No. >> And on the way back to Washington Memorial, >> I see you guys. I was in the back seat the whole time. >> Okay. >> Check the video. You guys >> when you got >> Yeah, we we'll keep looking at >> behind Alicia. So word is right. >> And then you got in behind tune. >> Yep. >> Okay, >> guys. Check the video, please. >> So you got in on the other side on the way back? >> Yep. Yep. Yep. >> Okay. >> I never drove. When you guys got out of the ve when you got out of the vehicle and Taye got out and came around to the other side. Yep. He >> did you guys like run into each other in the back of the vehicle? >> Mhm. >> Or did one go front and one go back? >> Yeah, we kind of we kind of stumbled into each other. Yeah. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> But I never drove. Never drove. >> Okay. >> I only drove after the car was cleaned up, I think, to my house. >> I think. >> No, I'm pretty sure. >> Pretty sure. Okay. But I do not drive. >> If we if we had something that told us absolutely the opposite that you did drive either through Cooper or back, you don't you don't think that's true? Okay, fair enough. Fair enough. >> You will not have me driving. Okay. >> How certain are you the boom happened when Kissa was in the back seat? >> I'm certain. >> You're 100% certain? >> [ __ ] certain. >> Okay. Cuz you did mention something about a house over there, right? You're talking to a house that way across. It was like a field. >> So, it's a it's a circle that she was in, you guys. >> Yep. >> Right. Found her on the ground. Right. In a circle in a culdeac. Right >> now, her head is this way. She's laying like this. >> This is her. She's laying like this. Right. She's laying like this. Can I draw it out? >> I'm going to have draw out. >> That's him. That's Deontay. >> I probably got too many. >> And that's what I was telling you. We got >> That's Deontay right there. He's the one who shot her. Okay. Okay. Cool. There's a light that cos right there. to feel it over here. But it's here. It's covert. Here you guys feel the light straight. We kept going straight. >> I just draw the circle for the culdeac. >> The culdeac right here. The car. car >> at an angle. >> Yep. Um, there's a house or it's a field right here. >> Field. >> Then there's a house. It was either gray or blue. >> Gray or blue. >> Go ahead and write that on there, please. >> Gray or blue. The house is facing this way. >> Okay. >> Perfect. >> Right. Car field. House came up. Music went down. This is me Kiza Tay Kitten driving which is Deante. Beyonce. Okay. Car keys. >> Let's do one more with just the culde-sac. >> Okay. >> Yeah. I'll do it on a different piece. >> Just the culdeac. >> Just the culdeac. Okay. >> And then just what I want you to do is when piece is out of the car, show us what happens with that one. >> Okay. So, you want to draw the car? >> Just just draw a big circle and then you can put that little slant where the car was again. >> This is the street. >> Yep. Okay. >> Just make a little box or rectangle where the car was parked. Good. Yep. Just like that. >> Okay. And you don't have to put everybody where they were at, but where did Kissa end up? >> Like this. Then maybe a like a stick figure bubble or a circle for the head. torso. Okay. Okay. >> Up. Up. Up. Um. [clears throat] Head was this way. >> Are you relatively close? >> Yeah. Head was this. Like this. >> Okay. Body is more like this. Okay. And then maybe just a couple of directional arrows once. Uh, where did you see who did you see outside of the car? So, I know that you're outside of the car at some point, but who else got out of the car? Okay. >> And where was he when she was Well, where did he go >> after he shot her? He got out the car. >> Got out that passenger side. >> Yep. He got out. He You should see footprints. >> Okay. >> See, he was dancing around. >> Yep. >> Kenneth never got out. >> Alicia never got up. They told me to get up. >> Okay. >> I walk around. He walks around. He goes this way. >> Angie, what's he doing when he's walking around? When you meet him at the back of the car, >> he's um running to get her out of the car >> from the other side. >> Yep. >> Okay. When he pulls her out of the car, where are you? >> Over here. >> And are you watching what's happening? >> Yes. >> Your phone call is over. >> Not until I got back in the car. Okay. >> I got back in the car and they told me, "Bitch, get back in the car." Got my ass in the car. He dragged her out. Dante dragged her out of the car. He told me, "Bitch, get back in the car." I got back in the car. That's when I ended the call. >> So, are you on the phone outside of the vehicle? >> Yes. >> Okay. >> You guys will hear all of this on the video on the recording. casually call this. >> Okay. >> Call ends. Then the car. Um I think you know what? Did she back up and then drive off or did we turn around? Which way did you drive? Just do an arrow like I think. Trying to think if she backed up. Then we pulled off or she did a U-turn. Now she would be driving. Think we did a U-turn. So now, Yep. We did a U-turn, turned around, >> and then more shots were fired from inside the car. >> Yep. Cuz now the car is facing this way to go back on Cooper. And when the car is turning around turn around then two shot bam. And I looked and I saw the boy take the dirt body. So like hit boom boom boom boom. Four or five shots and I saw them hit the dirt. poof poof. >> And when did you say something on your phone call about the house? >> You said, "Hey guys, there's What the hell are you doing? There's a house over there." >> Yes. I said, "Do y'all see?" I was outside the car. >> Okay. After the shots. >> After that one shot. >> After that one shot. >> Cuz I'm looking around. Did Alicia say anything at all that you remember the whole time? >> She just kept saying, "Okay, okay." Tony was giving orders, >> but at at the scene of the shooting, did she say anything? >> Not that I remember. >> Okay. >> Not that I remember. She said, "Oh, I think she said you guys hurry up. Let's go." And I said, "What you mean let's hurry up, [ __ ] Get in back in the car. Mind your business." Got my back glass back in the car. I hung up with knowledge. So then when you go on Cooper and you go to the roundabout, which way do you go then? >> Round about you guys. >> The first one when you leave the scene. The first roundabout. Hold that. >> Yeah, we know. I mean, we know. >> Okay. >> A certain I guess where I'm going with that. So, you leave. Okay. I think unless K has some more questions about that, we can come back to it. You leave. You go back to 10-11 Washington Memorial, right? >> Who goes in the house? >> Me. >> You. Do the guys come in the house? >> Yes. >> So, does everybody from the car go back into your sister's place? >> Yes. >> Okay. And then what happens? >> Alicia um to told Erica to get her black ass up and go help Alicia clean out the car. >> Okay. >> Don't ask no questions. >> Okay. Um, you mentioned earlier that the co the clothing somebody got rid of the clothing. >> What What happened to the clothing again? >> It got burned. >> And did you see it get burned? What did everybody put back on for clothing? >> Um, I put on some shorts. Um, some jeans shorts. >> How about the guys? >> Are you sure that they they took their clothing off there and changed out? I mean, did they have a change of clothes with them or how did that happen? >> No, they all got something out of Patrick's um room. >> Okay. And changed out entirely? Shoes? >> Yeah. >> Pants, shirt. >> Uh Tay shoes were burned because he wanted us to buy him another pair of shoes. >> What kind of were burned? >> Um they were black and gray. Um black. Um, they're Nikes and they have like squiggles on the side of them. >> What model Nikes? You know, so many do you know? >> Popular model out there now. >> It's like a Air Max, but it's not Air Max. >> And what color were they? >> They were like black and blue and gray kind of. >> Okay. And those were who shoes? >> Ta. >> Taz. Okay. >> He wears a size 11. >> Size 11. >> 10 or 11. you. >> And what about Ton's shoes and the rest of his clothing? >> If he never got out of the car, why did why was it burned? >> I don't know. >> But you're sure it was >> because of evidence? >> Okay. >> Tomb shoes. I think he still had the same shoes on. They were forces. >> Who had them on? Ton. >> Ton had forces on. Yeah. But they were burned or not? >> I'm not sure if his shoes were burned. Okay. >> T shoes were burned cuz I think he had blood on them. >> Okay. >> Um, they were Nikes with squigglies. They look like Air Maxes, but they don't. They're not Air Max. They had squiggly lines on the sides of the shoes and they were blackish, bluish, grayish maybe. Um, he had like a some gel in the heel of the shoe >> in the heel portion. Some gel. >> Yep. Yep. Yep. Um, and they're Nikes. How did Ton and Tay get out of there? Did >> you drive him home? No. >> I think Ton had one of his vehicles there. What's he drive? >> I know he has a Lexus and Damn it. The other car I know is um tan. I don't know what kind of car it is, but he works at Applebee's. And if you guys pull the camera at Applebees, you guys will see that his car stopped on him because he called me to pick him up and I took forever and so he ended up getting me alive from Alicia and Alicia brought him back to her house >> after the fact. This was now the the next day. So, did she still did he stay overnight there? >> I'm not sure. I know he works at Applebee's. He's a man at Applebee's and he usually gets off like around 1:30 and that's the it was the night after >> Friday night. >> Yep. I think. Yep. >> That he worked. >> Yeah. >> 1:30 in the morning he gets off. >> Yeah. He's the manager of the of the line the cookie. >> Okay. >> Um cuz you were going to get a job there. He called me auntie. My car stopped. And I say your car stopped. He just now started calling me auntie cuz he's no kid. >> Mhm. >> But I needed to get in good with him because of the job I'm doing with Steu. >> Right. I needed him to trust me. I needed him to trust me. And I needed to trust me because I was going to nail those bastards. I was going to nail them. And Steu told me just to wait. I was going to nail them because they're getting all these guns and they keep getting guns. told me to wait cuz the boss lady said, "Wait." Boss lady said it's too dangerous. So, I mean, move on with the operation just now. But he told me to get as much information as I could. And that's when I learned that Taye was the one really getting the guns. Ton was calling Tay to get the guns. Taye knows somebody that has a license that is buying these guns and it's a whole lot of guns. a whole lot of times. >> Okay. >> We're taking orders for everybody in the community, guys. Everybody. >> When you I'm sorry. When you um backing up before you guys went to South End of Cooper Avenue, right? You're at um whose place? Over there by slide in at the apartment building, right? Where they pick up Kissa. >> That's where Al was. >> Al, there you go. Thank you. So, um, >> Al, Amanda Mo, Al Mc Morris, Amanda Mo, there was two Somali girls and there was another guy who I didn't really see cuz they're in the next room. >> Okay. >> Amanda Mo's room is all the way in the back to the left hand side. >> That's the room that I was in. >> And you when you got there, you when you got there, you were with Kay and Tum. >> Yep. And Alicia. >> Alicia. Okay. the people that were sleeping in the front room was O. He goes by O. >> Mhm. >> Um cuz I told Ste through his name before, but he's African. So he has a a African name that nobody can pronounce. >> Okay. >> They call him O. He's about 26 years old. And he just got out of jail recently too for a body or his friend had got a body. He was in jail for a couple years. >> So when Kissa comes out, you said who who went in to get her again? >> Ton. When when Ton comes out with Kissa, is is he physically pulling her? >> No. >> No, >> no. >> They're just talking. >> Yeah. And then when we we come outside, there's a silver car there and it's a trick because Kiza was getting ready to leave with him, but she didn't. She ended up going back inside and two went back inside. So now I'm waiting for them to come out and I'm telling them I'm getting sick. You need to go. They just said, "Hold on, auntie. He'll be able to go smoke in a second. We got to handle some business." And I said, "Handle some business? What y'all got to do? I need to go." Me, Ted, and Alicia was already back outside. And we were waiting for Ton to come back outside with Kiza. She went back inside, I think, for a second. >> Mhm. >> And then Ton came out with her. He wasn't forcing her. She walked out. >> What's the silver car trick? What do you mean by that? >> What does that look like? >> Um, a Camry. It looked like a Camry. >> What? The trip guy look like the guy. He looked African or Somali. >> Okay. I didn't really I know he had short hair. >> Sure. It was Sure. It was a silver car. >> I think so. Silver. Go. If you guys look on the camera. >> Yeah, we'll have to look back. I mean, just there's been a lot of stuff going on. >> Um, on the that car pulled up by the door. >> Okay. The back door. >> Yep. >> Okay. It was the back door like right here. Right. >> Yep. >> And a car pulled up diagonally like this. >> Okay. >> I remember two of them going over there talking. So did Tisa to whatever guy was in that car cuz our car, my mom's car was over here. >> Okay. >> Parked. If you guys saw that on camera, y'all would see that. >> Mhm. >> Mhm. >> Our car was parked and we were facing the house. Right. placed >> in the front house, >> right? >> Got back in the car. All of us got in the car, took off from there. >> And then the only other thing I had is when you So you are down at Washington Memorial, right? The coals are burned. Did you drive these guys away from there then? >> No, that's what I don't know. >> You can't remember or >> No, I just don't know. I don't I don't I didn't see what car they got in. >> Did you leave before they left? Well, they left before I left. >> They left before I left. >> Who did they leave with? >> I don't know. >> Okay. >> I think Tomb had his other car there. >> I think he had his other car there. >> So, that was Thursday. >> Okay. >> When did you dip down to your mom's place? >> I think that was Thursday. >> Did you Was that all true that you dipped down there? >> Yes, sir. >> Is that kind of cuz things were a little hot up here? >> All of that is true. I haven't lied to you guys at all. >> Is that cuz things were kind of hot up here? >> Yes. >> Okay. Okay. So, who dipped down to Eden Valley with you? >> Um, me, my husband, Ka, and our kids. >> Okay. And you stayed there till when? >> Um, we stayed there all day. >> In what vehicle? >> The truck. >> The truck. >> Just for the day. >> Yeah, for the day. And then, um, we traveled back home at night um because my mom and George ended up going to find the van. Um, and they I thought they were going to have Triple A get the van, but the van ended up staying running long enough for them to drive it home. >> Okay. >> So, my husband drove the van straight to the shop. >> Okay. >> Tom shop right by Voss Motors. That's where my van is now. >> Okay. >> Had False Motors. False motors. And then right across the the alleyway right there is a is a shop. >> Mhm. >> That's Tom shop. >> So, you did you um stay down at your mom's? I know you said you came back Thursday night. You did? >> Yeah, we came back that night. >> Did you Did you go back to mom's and stay for the weekend then or not? >> No. >> Okay. >> We were at home. So, when we were at your house, where were you? Cuz we knocked on your door. >> I was probably sleep Saturday morning. >> Probably asleep. >> You didn't hear the tow truck? >> No. >> Oh, Alex, you were Um, [snorts] when I came back home, me and my girl did not see the car. We weren't at home. When you guys came and got the car, you were not at home. Where were you? >> Um, we were with the kids. >> Cuz you said earlier that you just got back from mom's. That's why I'm asking, Angie. Like were you down at mom's for several days? >> No. >> Okay. >> We pulled up the same day you guys took the car is the day I went to my mom's. >> The day you guys took the car is the same evening that I went to my mom's. Same evening. >> Did any Did Tune or Tay go down to your mom's? >> They don't know my mom's day at all. >> Did anything involving this incident with Kisa end up at your mom's? >> No. You're certain about that? >> Just a place to hang out? >> Yeah. Well, I was going there to tell my mom that her car was recalled. >> Okay. >> And then going there to get my son and to see my mom's new place. >> Okay. >> And going and she surprised me with my kids cuz I asked them not to come up for the weekend because I wasn't feeling good because I just learned that my best friend died, >> right? >> And so I asked them to stay back and my mom ended up getting it. She didn't want to be at her house alone >> and my little sister brought them there. >> Speaking of Lisa or Janessa, right, Janess Janisa, excuse me. Speaking of Janice, at some point I don't know if Kay has more for you or not, but >> um there's an investigator from the police department that's assigned to that case. >> Okay. >> That would like to introduce himself to you. >> Okay. >> Um and you might have some questions of him and he might just want to touch base with you a little bit. >> Okay. >> Um which is important. Obviously, we and are going to continue to work things on that angle as well. Um, and I told you earlier that it's just it's it's very odd to me that Janisa is dead on a Wednesday and Kissa is dead on a Thursday. >> It's odd to me, too. >> You know what? What does your gut tell you? Is there is there some connection, Angie? >> I don't know. That's what my gut's not telling me because Janisa was around a lot of different people, >> right? >> And she was doing a lot of things. >> Anything that Tay and Tune said along the way, they'll lead you to believe that they had something, some reason to go after Janisa. >> No. >> Okay. >> No, >> they didn't even know her, I don't think. >> Okay. That's what I'm stumped on because Janisa, she was not around a lot of other people. >> Mhm. >> That I didn't even know that she was around. >> Okay. >> And it scared me, >> right? >> Because she was losing her mind. >> Yeah. You mentioned that. >> And she was in and out the mental hospital. >> If you guys check Sco Hospital, >> you know, I'll let I'll let you talk with Derek about that because he's he's got a lot more information about that, but I just wanted to make sure you could visit with him a little bit. Hey, it's my apartment. >> You can have my chair over here. >> I need that. I'll stay with you. Keep mine. Maybe I promise. >> Which one do you want? >> It doesn't matter. Wherever you're comfortable. So, is it Angie? Angela. What do you prefer? >> Angie. >> Angie. Okay. >> Angela. Angela. >> You prefer Angela. Okay. >> 2119. So, has Kay kind of talked a little bit about why I'm here? It sounds like >> Well, I'm investigating my best friend who died. >> Yeah. Yep. And so, I just kind of want to know from you what you kind of know about this. I mean, I'm hoping if anyone's heard anything, it's someone close to her. Um, so I'm kind of just wondering what you know about it. >> I don't know anything about it. >> Okay. No one said anything. >> Anything? >> Okay. >> I don't know anything about it. I know that her family called me and directed me though. >> Yeah. I mean, what did they say tell you about that? >> They said um people that I'm around, people that are around um they don't know what happened, but they just know I was her best friend. And they asked me if I knew anything. And I said, "No, I don't." And I asked them if they knew anything because they were the ones that [ __ ] had her tricking off. >> What do you mean tricking off? My friend Janicea told me that she was bragging to sell her body that her mom's been selling her body. She's been a little girl. >> Okay. >> So, in the car you had said, sorry. >> No, go ahead. >> In the car, you said this [ __ ] knows too much. >> Somebody said she knows too much. >> What's he What's he referring to? >> I don't know. >> Could it have anything to do with >> No, it has everything to do with K Town. >> Okay. And what about Ktown? >> About the shooting at Riverhouse? >> At Riverhouse. Okay. >> Does Ktown know anything about Janisa? >> That's what I don't know. I don't know that. That's what I will tell you guys. I'm telling you guys everything. Telling you guys everything. That's what I don't know. >> Do you know if Janice even knows K Town? >> I don't know. I didn't even know that she even knew half the people. I didn't even know that she was having weird people in and out her place. >> What do you mean by that? >> Um Patrick told me she was having all types of different people in and out that he's never seen before. >> Okay. [clears throat] >> And um that's it. Patrick told me that information and I didn't even know that. >> When did he tell you that? Um um the day that we got back from the same day Kiza passed away. >> Okay. >> Patrick came later on that day cuz we were all looking for him because we thought he had something to do with it >> with >> Janisa's Janisa. >> Mhm. Why do you think that? >> Because he's her ex and he had a hold on her. >> What do you mean by that? >> Mentally. Mentally. >> Okay. >> She was upset that they weren't together anymore. And I told her it was too early to go back with him. And she said, "Well, I got it." She said, "I know how to deal with it." I said, "Okay, if you know how to deal with it, then you deal with it. And I'm not going to be around you because I already been through it with you dealing with him. He's told you to get abortions after abortion, and now you can't even have kids because this man has told you to get abortions cuz he thought the babies weren't his." That's what he told me. And now she can't even have babies. She had got surgery or something. Um uh um what is it called where the pregnancy is in the tubes? >> Two of them. >> Yep. And so they removed one of her tubes, I think, from my understanding. >> Do you think Patrick's capable of doing something to her? >> I hope not. Capable? Yes. But did he do it? I'm not sure. Not sure. And that's what I was waiting on him to come back. That's why I was waiting in the room. >> What's the relation? What's the contact between Janisa and K Town? >> I don't [ __ ] know. >> Do you believe there is one? >> There might be. >> Okay. Why do you think that? >> Because Janisa knew a lot of people in St. Okay. >> She's from St. Cloud. I'm not. >> Okay. >> So, she knows a lot of people out here and I didn't even know K Town. So, I just heard that he did that river river um house shooting and I immediately text and told him that and I think maybe that's what helped get him apprehended >> into custody. >> Okay. because that's what I heard on the streets. But if I had any information about my best friend, I'll tell you. >> Okay. And you thought that her and Patrick weren't together anymore? >> Mhm. >> How long has it been since they haven't been together? >> Well, it's been a couple of years. >> It's been a couple of years. And she was living with me while I was pregnant. She was basically like my PCA. >> Okay. >> But I don't know her daily um whereabouts. >> So now who is a father to your child? >> George is the father. >> Okay. Do you have any children with Patrick? >> He is my sperm donor. >> He is my sperm daughter of my son, >> but George is the father. >> Oh, you mean like George raises him? you take. Okay. >> Cuz we just been hearing a lot of things where >> George is on his birth certificate. That is his dad. >> Okay. >> We don't want our son to know that he has a sperm donor. >> Okay. >> At all. >> I already forgot who it is and you just said it. >> Yeah. Patrick. >> Patrick's a sperm donor. That's right. >> Yeah. Okay. Cuz we had a lot of people that were saying that you had a child with him. Um, and so that's where the confusion was cuz we thought we're hearing that George was the dad and then where is this kid? >> George is the father, >> right? That makes sense. >> George is the father. Patrick is a sperm boner. The reason why I picked him for the sperm boner because he wasn't in his other kid's life and I didn't want to have to deal with anything moving forward with George Jr. >> Mhm. So, I picked a dad that was basically a bum ass dad. >> Sure. >> To be a sperm donor. He was wasting his sperm anyway on these [ __ ] out here. >> Mhm. >> So, why not share it with me for what I needed? >> Mhm. Um, and we just had a understanding between us that he'd be the sponor and that I wouldn't child support wouldn't come get him or anything because I'm marrying George and George is going to be the father and he's going to be the father in the birth certificate. So, he won't have to worry about anything. >> Mhm. >> Now, he moved he ended up moving in with Janisa, him and Chevy. >> Okay. And then >> you're talking Pat, right? Yeah. >> When was that? >> Um, a couple months ago. >> Okay. >> And why was he moving in with her if they were still broke up? >> Because he has a way with her. He was in they were together for years, you know, and [clears throat] He has a way. He didn't have a spot to go. He got kicked out of 611 and he had nowhere to go. >> So that's why he ended up there. >> Okay. So do you think that he was back with her at all? Talking about Lisa. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> They had sex and everything, >> but they weren't actually dating. They're just having sex. Or do you think they were trying to get back together or >> I think they were trying to get back together. >> Okay. I think they were tried to get back together and then Patrick learned that she was having sex with all these other men >> and I think that's why he moved out again. >> And who are those guys? >> Don't know. >> I mean, is it guys she's trying to have relationships with? Is she prostituting something else? >> I don't know. Probably prostitution. >> Okay. >> Probably more than likely that. >> Okay. >> Um I don't know. Why do you think maybe prostitution was her? [cough] >> Because she told me that that's why she was bred. >> Oh, by her mom. And so >> by her mom. >> Okay. >> All right. What's [clears throat] uh Shelby's connection? >> He was dating Patrick. >> Okay. And so did he move in at the same time with Shelby into Lisa's house? >> Yeah. >> And then how did Lisa take that? Um, they were off and on fighting, but then they would go pick rocks together. Shelby collects rocks. >> So like Lisa and Shelby would fight. >> They would argue. >> Argue. Okay. >> Sometimes. >> Do you know what about? >> Probably about her not being his name [ __ ] anymore. >> Okay. than Shelby was. Um, that's all that I can think of the reason why they had bad blood. >> Okay. And Chisa Chisa was trying to get back with Patrick alone, but Patrick learned about all the other people that she was sleeping with, and that's why he end up moving up. >> Okay. And when did he move out? >> Um maybe about a month ago. >> Did Shelby go with him? >> Yeah. And then they broke up. >> How long after that month? >> Um within that month. >> Okay. >> Within that month. >> Okay. Did anything then happen start happening with um do you call her Lisa? Is that what you call her? Or what do you call her? >> Janisa. >> Janisa. Okay. After Patrick and Shelby kind of broke up, did that stir anything up with Janisa or not? >> I'm not sure. >> No. Okay. >> Not sure. I wish I knew more about her murder, but I don't. Yes. >> Okay. >> I'm sorry. I'm trying to do my job. >> You're doing good. >> What do you mean by doing your job? >> Cuz I missed. >> Oh, that stuff. Okay. >> All right. When was the last time you saw Janisa or talked to her or anything? >> The 30th. And she sent me a picture of her. >> She sent you a picture? >> Mhm. I gave it already to the police. They took snaps of it already in my phone. I still have it in my phone. You should keep that. Mhm. >> I am. She dyed her hair the same color as me. >> She what? >> Dyed her hair the same color as me. >> Oh. >> Oh, the blonde in there >> mixed with the pink. Pink is her favorite color. >> Okay. So, when you saw her, did she still have the pink in her hair at that time? >> Um, this was before I saw her. She didn't dye her hair. >> Oh, okay. >> She after I saw her, she dyed her hair and sent me the pictures. But and that had the pink in it though >> and the blonde. >> Okay. >> Yeah. So happy in that picture saying look at me I'm proud basically like I'm going to start over. You know I was proud of her. I thought maybe she was coming back too. >> Mhm. >> Thought she was coming back too. >> And so did she get a new phone recently? Um, >> or how were you contacting her? >> Yeah, she would contact me off the different numbers. >> Okay. >> But it was the same phone, I thought. >> How does that work? >> Text now apps. >> Okay. >> Um, Google Google probably Google um um Google Voice I think it's called or Google number. >> Okay. >> Um or you can have the same phone in different numbers. >> Sure. I gave the officer all the numbers that she text me from. >> Yep. Okay. So, all those messages you showed. Okay. Cuz her family actually had like a number associated with it. >> Yeah. >> So, I just kind of curious why she wouldn't just use that if she >> went back through my phone. I don't know why. And under my Texas is under Jan J. >> J. >> That's her other um number. >> Okay. And at the time I was in shock still am. Okay. >> I gave them the two most recent numbers I had of her. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> All right. Would you have any problem if we went through your phone to look at some of that stuff in those messages and get it pulled right from there? >> I don't care. >> Okay. >> My code is 0523. >> 0523. >> Yeah. Basically, we're just trying to create as close of a timeline as we can. Um, and anyone else that you think we should talk to that might have seen her or talked to her more recently than you? >> No, I don't know. Maybe Patrick. >> Okay. >> Um, she just told me she had this fling with this white boy on a bike and he was a cool white boy. He was thinking he was a thug, but he didn't know what he was doing. all the way. That's what she remember telling me. And she said he was so cute. >> That's all I remember. >> When you say bike, you mean motorcycle, bicycle? >> Bicycle. >> Okay. >> All right. Anything else about him? >> She wouldn't give me a name. She wouldn't give me anything because I'm very protective of my friends, my family. >> I hurt somebody for hurting my people. >> Mhm. And that's they know. That's they know. >> So that's why she didn't want you to know. >> Probably. [laughter] Probably. Probably. Cuz if he hurt her feelings, that would have been all bad for him. >> Yeah. >> All that. >> Okay. >> Because she was losing her mind and she was very vulnerable. >> Can you tell me more about that? >> She kept clicking in and out. In and out. She was talking. She would talk as if Patrick was in the room with us and he was nowhere to be found. He She would talk to him like he was standing there like you and I that we can see each other but he was nowhere medicated. >> I don't know. I don't know. She was very secretive with her life. Do >> you know any self- medication she would use? >> Yeah, meth. >> Meth >> like the rest of the community is >> okay. Anything other than meth? >> Marijuana. She like marijuana. That's why the dude across the hall, he gave her marijuana and he had sex with her. And the U maintenance guy that found her is the plug that I'm working with with Steu. That is um Don, which is the plug that I'm working with with these drugs. That is his owner of his house. Adam, he is You guys check all this out. Adam is the guy that found my best friend. >> Adam is >> Yes. He said he I talked to him at Don's house. I said, "You're the one who found my friend. Give me the information. What's your information?" He said he went by the [ __ ] first day and did not [ __ ] call the goddamn police at all. You saw her door open and then y'all questioned the guy across the hall and the guy across the hall heard her grling. That's what Adam told me. And I said, and I kind of got loud with Adam. I said, "How the [ __ ] he ain't call the [ __ ] police if he heard that? He can sit there and tell y'all this. He's not in custody." >> Mhm. >> He can tell me that he heard my best friend. So when he thought that she was having sex with somebody else and got into his feelings and chose not to say anything that her door was open. >> Mhm. >> He didn't even go over there and check on her. It's >> weird, right? >> And he was giving her weed and [ __ ] her. Mhm. [snorts] And Adam, >> that's right [clears throat] across the hall. You're talking about Adam, you go there the first day, you doing your [ __ ] maintenance [ __ ] check and you [ __ ] don't even sit there and ask why my friend's door is the [ __ ] open or ask anybody. >> And so Adam knows her pretty well. >> I don't think he knows her pretty well, but he knows of her. >> Okay. Did you say something about Adam having connections to the plugs? >> Adam knows Donna. Adam is the owner of Don's home. >> Okay. >> So, Adam isn't really involved with the dealing, but he's connected to the dealer by the home. >> Yeah. But he's a user. >> He sure does get drugs and [ __ ] from Don to pay his rent. And now he's trying to kick Don out, trying to swindle him. And I feel like that's bogus, too. How can you get drugs from him all these days and say it's going towards your rent and then you want to turn around and kick him out? >> Right. >> That's not right. >> It's not right that you saw her door open and you questioned the guy across the hall and either one of you guys [ __ ] call the goddamn police. >> Well, and and the reason I ask is I mean if this is someone if Adam were going and selling her a little bit of dope every once in a while and he walks by and sees the door open. I if it was somebody I knew I saw the door open, I'd be more than comfortable to walk in, hey, what's going on? Now, if he doesn't really know her, are you going to walk into someone's house? You may be a little more hesitant. But if you actually know her and see her and talk to her frequently, >> why the hell did you walk in the second day, >> right? >> Tell me that. >> Well, our understanding is just cuz the door been open for so long, you know, and so if it's a regular maintenance person, I can kind of see that. But now if it's somebody like I said who knows her it would like if you walk by and you saw her room open hey what the hell right and you just walk right in say what are you doing and try to find her. So if he knows her fairly well then to me that seems really odd he doesn't go in right away but if he doesn't really know her it's just more Dawn then I can somewhat understand a little bit more. >> Okay. to the guy across the hall. >> Did y'all question him? >> We talked to him. Yeah. >> What did he say? >> I mean, we didn't know anything about what you're telling me. >> Um, I mean, >> Adam told me that. >> Okay. >> Adam must have questioned him before y'all got there. >> Okay. And that's something we'll probably have to go talk to him about again. I mean, we heard other stuff about what he had saw with the door and things like that, but nothing about the sex and the drugs and stuff like that. >> I knew that because Patrick told me that. Patrick told me that she was getting weed from the guy across the hall and having sex with him. >> So Pat told you that or Adam told you that? >> Pat told me that. >> Okay. >> But Adam is the one who told me what he said that he heard her go >> like that. He made that noise to me and I kind of jumped at him and I said, "Are you sure you ain't have nothing to do with it? How can you say nothing?" And he said, "No, I'm just the maintenance guy." I went in. He said he waited for his friend though before he went in and it looked like she had her got her face beat in and then he called 911 and you guys came. >> That's all I know. >> Anyone else you think we should talk to? I [ __ ] don't know because she was having all types of different people that I don't even know in and out her place. I don't [ __ ] know. >> Okay. >> And then what what's uh all the conversations family's had with you? You talked about it a little bit earlier. >> They just >> are they mad at you or what are they saying to you? Um, they just wanted they were asking me if I knew anything really and I told them I don't know anything. I told them I'm looking for the [ __ ] too. >> Okay. >> Just like that. >> Which family members talked to you? >> I don't even know what family member it was. >> Okay. Male, female? >> It was a female. >> How did they get a hold of you then? >> Um, probably their mom. Miss Linda probably gave them my number. >> Oh, so just someone randomly called you? >> Mhm. from a 651 number 651 number and I end up calling the number back because it called me twice and I returned the phone call and when I returned the phone call didn't answer and then they called me back and I picked up and they said if you know anything about Janice's death please let us know. I said who is this? I said, "If you know anything about her [ __ ] death, please let me know cuz I'm looking for the asses, too." >> Have you talked to Pat about it? >> Yeah. >> What' he have to say? >> He said he hadn't seen her in a couple of weeks, which I know to be true because I was at Erica's house when Janisa decided to walk all the way there from the hospital with no shoes on. >> But she got right out the hospital. >> Mhm. >> She walked where? to my sister's house. >> Um the one on trying to think >> 10 10 11 or >> Washington Memorial Drive. >> Okay. >> And so she walked there with no shoes on from the hospital. And why do you think that that shows that Pat hasn't seen her in a couple weeks? >> Well, that's the last time I saw them together. >> Well, she was with him when they left the hospital. >> She was by herself. So then how was she with Pat then? >> Cuz she walked me out to my sister house. Erica. >> Oh. And Pat was there. >> He lives there. >> Oh, okay. >> Pat lives at Erica's. Is Erica the one that's in Alabama? But Pat still lives there. Does anybody else live there? >> Gwen. >> Gwen. Where's Gwen? Another tenant there. What's that? Another tenant there. Another tenant. Any kids there? You have kids over there? >> And are your sister's kids there? She left and her 15 and 14y old and 13year-old whatever are there? >> I think they're 15 and 14. >> You think what? >> They're 15 and 14. >> Okay. This set of twins and there's another one by himself. I'm starting his secret. H >> start. Oh, hopefully we're going to be done here soon and get you some help. Um why do you think that she hadn't seen Pat since then? with us, Angela? Huh? >> Why do you think that she hadn't seen Pat since then? >> Um, >> since that time at your sisters? >> Um, I don't know. I don't know. Maybe she did. >> Okay. You just said that you knew that it was true cuz you hadn't seen her since then. I didn't know if you had some way to know or >> it was true that I know that they saw each other because I was there at my sister's house when she walked there from the hospital. >> Okay. >> That's how I know Patrick saw her too that day. >> Okay. And she had no shoes on that day. Did she say why she had been at the hospital? >> Because she was losing her mind. >> Okay. And how was everything that day? Any issues between her and Pat or her and anyone else? >> Do you know her to have any issues with anybody else? Any arguments even one time? >> Yeah, with this white boy. I just don't know who he is. >> She had issues with him >> um every now and again. Yeah, cuz this is the first time that she said something about this white boy. But when when I say issues, I mean like problems between them. >> I thought you said they were just kind of hanging out. >> Yeah, I don't know if they had any problems. >> Okay. Does she have problems with anyone else? Any recent arguments? Anything >> that I don't know. >> Okay. Any issues with the drug dealer that maybe she owes money to? >> Could have been. >> But anything you know about? >> No. >> Any issues from prostitution that you've ever heard of? >> Could have been, >> but I'm not sure. >> Okay. Nothing that rings a bell to you that she said, "Hey, this guy that I did stuff with that had issues." No. Okay. All right. If you had to pick anyone that you think could do something like this to Janisa, who do you think it'd be? You with me, Angela? Any any thought on who with Janisa would be who would you say? >> Patrick. >> Patrick. And why do you say that? >> He had a hole in her. >> Okay. Had he ever been physical or though to make her make you think that there'd be something like this that could pull over and get to that point? >> You guys want to talk again tomorrow? Sure. >> You want to see your friend? Are you done telling me that it cut you off? >> Yeah. I need you to see my friend. To the doctor. >> I had other stuff, but >> Okay. Can you stay awake? >> No. >> I want to be quiet. >> You can stay awake. >> Just Just for a couple more minutes. Okay. Just a couple quick questions on something. >> Want me to stay with you? >> I'll stay with you. >> So, the other main question, we can talk later, too, and get more details from you. Um, but the family is obviously pretty upset, right? >> Which is understandable. So, they're trying to figure out who would have connection to this. And obviously your name and Pat's name come up, right? Cuz you're her main associate. >> That's my best friend. >> Yeah. And so there's been some comments that people have made about target shooting. Have you ever heard anything about that or made any comments about that? Ray. Um, Amber Ray, she wanted to go to the gun range. >> Okay. >> And she wanted to bring her daughter to the gun range cuz that's what she told me on the phone. Yep. Her auntie did say something about the gun range. And that's what um kicked in. Like, I can't even go to the [ __ ] gun range. I'm a felon. You ain't got no gun. >> That's what I told her. >> Mhm. I said the only people that I know was talking about the gun range was Amber Ray cuz she wanted to bring her daughter there. >> Okay. >> And Amber said she was talking about the gun range in front of Tel and Tel must have misunderstood her. >> Terrell Trail. Tel >> you talking like K Town or or that's Tel I think. >> Turn. Yeah. >> Okay. So who is this guy? >> Trail. That's what we call >> Oh, like Quantrell Quantrell Banner. >> Yep. Yep. Yep. >> Okay. >> So, were you there for any of this or [snorts] >> So, why do you think How do you think stuff got to Quantrell? >> Gabber told me. I called her on the phone and I said, "Are you out here saying um that I had any involvement in my best friend's murder and you guys knew that was my friend?" And she said, "No." She said, and I said, "Well, how come her family is threatening me and saying something about a gun range?" And she said, "Oh, because I was talking about a gun range in front of Trail to my daughter and Tel probably overheard me and tried to connect it, but ain't no [ __ ] connection there." >> Okay. >> At all. Ain't no connection. So the way mad at her >> the way it's being termed to us is that there is a conversation about going to the gun range and then you making a comment about going to lease or Janicea's house and then you making a comment that Janisa was the target? >> No sir. >> Okay. Anything that could have got spun in a different direction from that? >> That's what I'm saying. You can you can ask Amber Ray. She's the one who told me that she was talking about it in front of trail >> and trail must have spun it around and got it mixed up. >> But she had prior to been wanting to talk to you about going to a gun range >> and then you just didn't want to go cuz you're a felon. Is that accurate or am I missing something? >> No, it's accurate cuz I didn't know I can go to the gun range. I'm a felon. >> Was there anything else that you and Amber Ray had for conversations about that? um just to check to see if I can go. Um she wanted her daughter to learn how to shoot. >> Okay. >> And I don't know why she wanted her and she just got her daughter back. Her daughter just came up here from Arizona. >> Okay. >> And so she was the one referring to the gun range and I was like, "Okay, I'll go with you guys." >> But then I don't know if I can go because I'm a felon. That was the whole conversation with that. How long ago was that? >> That was like We've been talking about the gun range for a minute because everybody wanted to go cuz we saw um a group for it. Okay. Groupons and go. >> When was the last time you guys talked about it? >> When I [ __ ] called her and asked her about it. [laughter] >> But that's after, right? And like why are you saying this around? Okay. So, prior to that though about like actually talking about wanting to go >> um it was a couple of weeks. >> Couple weeks ago. >> Yeah. >> Okay. But you've talked about it on more than one occasion. >> Um she was bringing it up. >> Yeah. Okay. >> Yeah. She kept saying she wanted to do something and she kept saying, "Let's go to the gun range. Let's gun range." I said, "Amber, I'm a [ __ ] felon. [laughter] Hello. I can't hold a gun. I can't possess a gun. Mhm. >> So, how the [ __ ] am I going to go to the goddamn gun range like when they're going to have me on [ __ ] camera shooting a [ __ ] gun? And I just got off of papers. I don't give a [ __ ] if I just off of papers. I'm scared of [ __ ] y'all. I've been on papers since I've been 15 years old. 15 years old. >> I just got off of papers, >> right? >> That's why I was working with Stu. Changed my life. >> Yeah. >> Changed my life. >> Okay. >> That's why I was working with Stu. Ste is the one who trained me right now to be able to talk to you guys. >> Good. That's good to hear. All right. How would I get a hold of Amber Ray? >> Um, her number is in my phone under Ray. R E A. >> R E A. >> She stays in the apartment over on 14th Street Southeast over by Southside Park. She >> So 14th Street South Bend. >> Yeah. Yeah. She stays in those. Um, there's three sets of these apartments on 14th Street. >> Okay. >> And if you drive down Knight, go past Papa Munch. >> Yep. >> Go up to 14th Street and you take a left. >> Yep. >> And then there's apartment. There's three set apartments that look alike. Boom. Boom. Boom. >> Is it right after the turner or you got to go down a ways? >> You got to go down a little bit cuz there's another big apartment right there. >> Okay. on this side. And there's apartment on this side, too. Apartment on both sides. >> Okay. >> But if you drive past that first apartment there, then you see another apartment. Boom. And it's facing the street. And then after that, there's another apartment. Boom. That's the middle apartment where Amber stays at. >> Middle. So, the middle of the three that look alike. >> Yep. And then if you go into the door of the apartment and you go into the driveway like this. Mhm. >> apartment right here. >> So, it's on the main floor. >> You go in the apartment and you go up the stairs. Her door is the second door on the right. >> Second door on the right. >> Oh, so that's on the second floor. Second door on the right. >> Yes. >> Okay. And does she have any vehicles or anything there? >> Yeah, she has a Honda. >> Do you know what color? >> Honda Accord, I believe. Anything like a greenish bluish? Okay. All right. Um, so her phone number's in there. Okay. Anything else you think I should know about or anyone else I should talk to? >> Um, >> no. I wish I did. >> Okay. >> Okay. And with anything at the house, um, I'd like to try to be able to rule you out. Is there anything in her house that you would have touched? Things like that for DNA that we should be aware of. >> How is it? >> You in there a lot? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> The door handles um her light the word. Okay. [clears throat] So, I think K here got a DNA sample from me. Is that right? >> Yes, sir. Yes. >> Okay. So, I'd like to be able to use that to try to kind of rule your DNA cuz sometimes we got to get anyone that was in there, too, to say, "Okay, this is this person's DNA that belongs in there." So, I'd like to be able to do that as well. You know, especially like the door handle. Well, you should have touched the door handle, right? You've been in there. >> Yeah. In the chair. >> In the chair. Okay. >> She had chairs. She had a futon. She had the closet doors cuz I was like, "Where's all your stuff at?" Open the closet doors. Her stuff was in there. I said, "Where are you going? Where are you leaving me?" >> Mhm. >> She was like, "Girl, I'm just going to treatment, but I'm not going to tell you where." And I told her about bridge um bridge recovery. >> Okay. is a new treatment cuz um my play nephew Michael Puda went there and that's where he was at. He was impatient but he end up getting in trouble. He's going to go to prison >> cuz he went there high or got high there or something he said. >> Okay. Did she have any electronics, TVs, anything like that? >> No. >> Okay. Did that seem odd that she didn't have any TVs or anything? Um, I just figured that she couldn't afford it right now. >> Okay. >> Just figured that she couldn't afford it. >> Okay. Um, do you have any issues with me confirming stuff with DNA there? >> No. >> No. Okay. All right. And then you have no issue if we download your phone or anything like that? What do you mean >> to download your phone to look at it for like recent contacts with her and try to find these phone numbers and stuff like that? >> Um, I already gave all the information to the police, so there's no reason. >> What do you mean information? >> I already gave them all the numbers. >> Oh, okay. >> And they got pictures of the Texas already. So, >> well, we just usually like to get it in a when it's a bigger case like this, more than just a picture of it. Actual full download of it. No, don't do that. >> No, that's your choice. >> I don't know what you guys are trying to do. I told you guys everything. >> I'm not trying to do anything. I'm just trying to look into everything and get it all. >> I told you everything >> and I gave all that information freehand >> to the cops at the park. >> Yep. >> So, I do have a problem with you doing that. >> Okay, that's your choice. I just got to ask, right? >> Yep. No, not a problem. All right. Um, anything else you want to talk to us about? >> No. >> Okay. Here's my card. If you hear anything on Janisa or anything, please give us a call cuz we need to find out what happened to her. And I'm assuming is you being her best friend, you want that as well. So, I mean, she deserves that, right? Yes, sir. >> So, unfortunately, she doesn't have a lot of friends. It doesn't seem like. So, >> she was popular. >> Not a lot of people are telling us right now of who she's been real close with. You're the closest one I know of. >> Yeah, my best friend. >> I mean, if you think of other people we should talk to that she's close with, please let us know. >> She's been very secretive with her life because she was home. >> So, >> yep. And when I say that though, what I mean is that one, you probably care about her the most. And two, you're one of the closest. You're the person that's probably going to hear the most from other people because they're going to want to talk to you about it cuz you're her close friend. So that's why we want to reach out to the people that are very close to her cuz those are the people that are more likely to actually hear some stuff out on the street. >> Yes, sir. >> So, anything you hear, please let us know. Um because >> But it don't look like I'm going to the streets. I'm going to jail. Yeah, you'll be back. >> You'll be back. And it it doesn't mean that you won't hear stuff in there, too. Or >> I'm going to [ __ ] nail they ass. >> You're what? >> I'm nail they ass >> for who? >> For my best friend. >> Oh, the stuff with her. >> For these for kids, too. >> Mhm. >> Giving them all the information that I know and they go check it out and it's going to come back true. >> Mhm. And do you have any reason to think that these two incidences are connected at all? >> [ __ ] no. That's what's blowing my mind right now. >> Mhm. >> That's what's blowing my mind. >> Mhm. >> Cuz seeing dad, doesn't it? Two young ladies >> back to back >> in the same general group of people, >> you know, that's very >> abnormal. I mean, odd things happen, right? But it's there's only so much coincidences I'm willing to believe in. >> Yes. Me too. Me too. >> You know, >> but Ka never hung out with us. She was never part of our circle, >> per se. >> You know, we never talked to her on the phone. We never >> Yeah, but she hung out with uh K. >> But I didn't. >> But you hung out with Deontay. No, the only reason why I was in contact with them was because of trying to figure out where these guns were coming from for Stew. >> The only reason why I know Deontay and Kenneth. Other than that, I was not hanging around with them. >> Okay. >> The only reason why I'm in contact with Deontay and Kenneth is because of what Stu was trying to have me do. >> Sure. >> That's it. >> Okay. >> I'm not about to get jammed up or hemmed up for something that I was helping you guys trying to do. >> Right. When's the last time you talked to Deontay? >> Um, yesterday. >> By phone or messenger? >> By Tomb's phone. Cuz I kept asking where is he at? Tomb said he sent him to Wisconsin. And he said he went to the beach. He trimmed his dreads. His dreads are really long. >> They were really long. >> So you talking to about Deonte? Yeah. >> Or are you talking about Ton? >> Deonte. >> You talked to Deonte. >> Yeah. You talked to Deontay yesterday on Ton's phone. >> Yes. >> Okay. And Ton said he sent Deonte to Wisconsin. >> But that was before I talked to him on the phone. He was gone. He's been gone this whole time. >> And then who cut their hair? >> I don't know. He cut his [ __ ] hair. >> Which one? Deonte or Ton? >> Oh. Um, Deontay. >> Deonte cut his hair. >> Yep. Tune has a fight already. >> Tune, right? >> Tune has a fade already. >> What does that mean? >> Short waves in it. >> And you said a little bit shorter than yours, but he has w hair. >> Sure. >> Did he Did Ton did you say Ton had Deonte cut his dreads or just? >> Yeah. >> Okay. And then um >> he said he trimmed them and he said he was going to have him go trim them some more. >> Okay. Kenneth is the ring leader of this [ __ ] >> cuz what? >> He's the ring leader of this [ __ ] >> Tune is >> and I was going to [ __ ] smash him. Kill him. >> And then um did Tun send you some money or something? >> He sent me 40 bucks. I sold him some up. >> Okay. >> Sold him some up. I have to keep connecting with him. I have to keep connecting with him so he can still trust me so I can get the guns when boss lady said he says let it up. And I'm guessing that was you. [laughter] >> Your boss lady now. >> I'm story boss. >> Yeah. Your boss lady. You gave me my reliable that I was reliable. You know, I've been working with him. And your boss lady cuz he said boss lady is is tough. And you tough. [laughter] the boss lady that paid me my first time that I that I did the job because I redeemed liable and you guys finally start paying me. >> That's me. >> That's you. >> All right. >> Yes, ma'am. You boss. >> Let's get you to the hospital. Boss, baby. >> Hey, you a such boss, >> but you're very good. >> In the 2021 St. Cloud Minnesota case.
