Yeah, you're still a [ __ ] loser. No one gives a [ __ ] about you. You're a [ __ ] loser. You're a [ __ ] bum. >> On your stomach. Get on your stomach. On your stomach. >> The lifeguards called the police because they thought she was going to drown. That's it. That's the whole reason anybody came. They told her to stay out of the water. She went back in. Lantana Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida. The 26th of January, 2026. An officer walks down onto the sand and asks a woman if she's all right. She can't stand up straight. He can smell alcohol. He asks for her name and she wants to know why he needs it and he tells her the truth that when a police officer speaks to somebody, he has to write their details in a report. Because that's the job. That is the entire crime so far. Somebody is drunk on a beach. He gives her the choice straight away. Cooperate and this is over quickly. Don't and it gets harder. Then he explains what he actually wants from her and it isn't an arrest. He asks where her friend is. He asks twice. Hey, you all right? Yeah, you all right? Well, you you seem a little intoxicated. >> For why? >> Can you stand up for me? >> Yeah. Are you bored? >> What's that? >> Intoxicated person on the beach? That's insane. >> That's what you are. >> Yes, I am. I am intoxicated on the beach. >> All right, so don't say it's insane then. It's why we're here. >> But is that really your issue? You want to write me a ticket? >> Where's your friend at? >> My friend? >> You said you were staying with a friend. >> I Ubered here. >> All right, but where's your friend at? >> Why do you care? >> Cuz she's got to either come pick you up or you got to Uber back to her house. We can't leave you here on the beach. >> Hey, so I'm just laying here. >> I understand that, but we're not leaving you here on the beach. You got to get out of here. You have a phone on you? >> Yeah, I'm not. >> What? >> No [ __ ] no one called on me. >> All right, why are you being disrespectful? >> Why are you being disrespectful? >> All right, well, listen. This isn't California, all right? So here's what we're going to do. You're either going to call a friend or you're going to Uber and get out of here, all right? You're intoxicated on the beach. The lifeguards called us here because they're worried for your safety. >> I've literally just been laying here and not doing anything. >> Okay, you can tell me that all you want. They wouldn't have called me for no reason. >> Did you not? >> He tells her somebody has to come and collect her or she has to call a car. And he tells her why he won't just walk away because she's intoxicated. She's next to the ocean and the lifeguards called him out here worried about her safety. He is not trying to charge her with anything. He is trying to get her off a beach and into a car. What follows is several minutes of her telling him what she thinks of him. We're not going to run all of it and we're not going to repeat the parts about how either of them looks. What matters is what he does with it. Nothing. He doesn't raise his voice. He doesn't threaten her with anything. >> Did you not like stare at me really? Drunk and naked, right? You're not offended. Glad you're not. I'm not offended either. You're not offended by >> Do you want to put your shoes on? >> Yeah, I would like some I would like some of space. Please don't um I have rights. >> Yeah. >> I have rights. I have rights, right? Yeah, I have rights. So, please get the [ __ ] off me. >> I'm not on you. >> You have no idea. You [ __ ] loser. You're a [ __ ] bum. Sorry. I'm going to make way more money than you in my life. >> Oh, yeah? >> Oh, yeah. No, I'm not Only Fans. I'm just hot. I really hope you're so happy with your life. I wanted to go swim. >> He asks her more than once whether she's going to call an Uber. She says yes. He tells her to wait by the police cars and make the call. She walks straight past them. He tells her to stop. She keeps going. And that is the moment this becomes an arrest, not the drinking, not the swearing. >> It's called your life sucks. >> All right, so now you got to call an Uber. >> No, yeah, it's it's No, you're going to get the [ __ ] out of my face. >> All right, you can't leave. You have to call an Uber. I'm not letting you go on foot. >> Bye. Bye. Bye. >> This [ __ ] joke. Abigail, I'm not going to ask you again. >> [ __ ] ugly police officer cuz you look like a [ __ ] rat. >> All right. I've had enough. Whatever. >> It's all controlled. >> Are you going to call an Uber? >> Yes.
