She told Officer Barbaron that she was headed to pick up her child from school and that she crashed when she dropped her phone and tried to retrieve it. when he asked for her driver's license. She initially handed him a credit card. Corporal Fandal also spoke with two witnesses in the car behind her and they recorded a video of her driving erratically and crossing over into the oncoming lane before crashing into the pool. >> This happened. Yeah. >> Can you have BLS respond for airbag deployment? We're just going to have the ambulance check you out just cuz the airbag came. >> That's fine. Do you want me to move the car up a little bit? No, no, move it. Run. There's damage on the other side. Okay. Does anything else hurt? >> No. I feel I honestly feel great. It honestly. >> Okay. So, wait. What happened? >> So, my phone fell. Like I said, I went down. My son I went down to pick up the phone and then >> Okay. You were driving this way or >> I was driving this way. 25 going to pick up. >> Okay. >> Get some cones. >> Walking. We're just leaving for the day. YouTube. >> We should be all right. So, wait, which one had the midwife crisis? >> My 24y old. >> Yeah, she's a nurse and she doesn't have Do you have an updated insurance card? This one's expired. And I also need the registration for the vehicle. of the vehicle. >> Soon as you're done taking that information, we can start alternating traffic here. >> Okay. So, >> my registration is obviously at home. I don't have the registration in here. >> You don't have the registration in here? Okay. Is this the same as insurance? Do you have it on your phone? >> I don't have it on my phone. You don't here. Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. >> Sorry. I'm just a little flustered. The last time I was in an accident, I hit I was hit by an 18-wheeler. So, me. >> This is a fuel man. Where's the registration? >> Check on 381. >> Okay, that's that's more updated insurance. Let me let me switch. So, you don't have the registration for the vehicle, right? >> Oh, which is bizarre. It's got to be in here somewhere. Give me another look and I will get it to you. >> Okay. If you find it, just let me know. I'll just grab uh your plate. All right. >> What do you think? I'm going to ask I mean I know she just got an accident. She gave asked for her license. She gave me her credit card. Um, >> she seems to be like sluring her words all up, but I don't really smell anything. >> All right. So, they were behind her the whole time. They've got like footage, I guess, that when they pulled out by like furnace, >> she was supposedly all over the road and then ran through some people's grass back there >> and then like crossed over and then hit here. That's definitely faster than 25, too. >> Yeah, she said she dropped the phone. I mean, that's >> Yeah, I don't know how far back she started that, but um we can run a few tests and see how she does if you want. >> All right, we just send him this way. >> Did you get the registration card? >> Uh, no. Stay right there. >> Okay, >> you guys don't need us. >> No, I think we shut this down. We'll we'll probably shut this down eventually, but not right now. We'll just keep moving traffic cuz I don't think that there's enough >> tension that they're going to >> I mean >> it's not going to pull the other poles over. >> I doubt it. >> And I don't think this pole is really going anywhere too. >> No, that's not going anywhere. We'll see how uh see how action handles it. >> Yeah, probably. >> Want to just have >> Want to just have him pull in here. >> Who's that? Gilbert or N. We'll leave him there. >> Have him pull up a little bit. >> Thank you. >> Thanks, man. >> We'll try to get a hold of you guys later. >> Just pull up a little bit more closer to her. I didn't really get the full crash on the video. >> Okay. >> She said she dropped your phone. So, I want to see how long this was going on. >> Oh, yeah. It was wild. >> Like you pulled out from Lar Road and followed her from Pleasant Pleasant Road all the way down. >> Okay. Oh, that far down. Okay. And I'm sure if you go that way there's Yeah. Did you see her hit anything else other than like riding in the grass or anything? >> Fish grass. >> Fish grass. No like mailboxes or anything. All right. >> All right. So, you got the part of ending up at this point. Okay. >> All right. Thank you. All right. So they have like a video. There was one point, I don't know how far back she was like all the way in the opposing lanes. Okay. I don't know if she was She's I don't smell anything, but she seems like she was a little bit, but maybe it's something else. He uh he 61 said the same thing. >> Yeah. She just drove off the road. She claimed that she dropped her phone at this point, but I don't know what was going on the rest of the the way, you know. How are you doing with that? You were all the way on the other side of the road. >> Corporal Fandal started with the horizontal gaze nice HGN test. >> The second exercise was the walk and turn test and it was administered by officer Barbaron. During the walk and turn test, Jordan did not touch heel to toe on each step and turn improperly. The final exercise was the one leg stand test. During the one leg stand test, Jordan failed to raise her foot in the proper fashion. >> Okay. You were, you know, completely I saw the video on the other lane and then you came around here and then you just went off into this pole. >> Okay. >> All right. So, it's going to look like this. >> One, two, three. I'm doing three for demonstration purposes. >> Okay. >> On the nine step, you're going to keep your left foot on the line and turn with your other foot by taking several small steps. >> Okay? >> And then you're going to take another nine back. >> It's going to look like this. >> One, two, three. Again, I'm doing three for demonstration purposes. All right. >> Nine. Turn around. >> Yeah. The whole time, you're going to keep your hands to your side. All right. Do you understand? >> Yep. >> Okay. For this test, you're going to raise one foot, either foot of your choice, approximately six inches off the ground. All right? >> Again, you're going to keep your hands to your side at all times. You're going to have your legs straight out and your foot pointed out. You're going to count out 1,00 1, 1,002, 1,003, and so forth. All right? >> I tell I tell you to stop. All right? >> You tell me to stop. >> That's how I tell you to stop. All right? Again, keep your hands to your side, your leg out approximately 6 in, your foot pointed out, and keep your eyes on your your foot, your lift, your foot. >> Okay?
