I find that hard to believe. If you turn on this car and you drive, I will arrest you for DUI. I'm trying to help you out right now. Okay. How much have you had to drink tonight? If you drive off, I'm going to place you under arrest for DUI. No problem, sir. I'm going to call a I need to call somebody to pick me up. Cuz I need to take a break. I think you need to perhaps get a ride. Maybe call an Uber. I'm sorry? Can you call an Uber? Or perhaps a friend to come get you? Yes, I'm calling. Okay, perfect. That sounds like a good idea. I mean, actual physical control, but the car was off, so I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt to try and contact somebody. Mhm. Um but if that isn't the route that she wants to go, then we'll take a different route. So, I'm going to ask you one more time, can you contact someone to come get you? I'm okay if I can get someone myself. Negative. >> Is that Why is that negative? You're pretty hammered. I'm hammered? Oh, for sure. Do you just normally fall asleep in in your car with the door open? Yeah, absolutely. After work? After like after working downtown area? Yeah, absolutely. Yeah, but even then like it well it was like 4 to 5 hours first, but even then it's like a thing of just being concerned that he found you sleeping in your car. What were you doing? Marta was awakened by Officer Jones after he shook her arm. As he was a speaking with her, he detected the odor of alcohol and noticed that her speech was slurred. Marta told him that she was coming from work. She was initially offered an opportunity to exit the vehicle and call a ride home, but she repeatedly refused to cooperate.
