Sergeant William Orrigo placed her under arrest shortly afterwards. A search of her vehicle incident to arrest yielded the presence of an open container inside the vehicle. There were also damages to the exterior of the vehicle, indicating that she had likely struck another vehicle before stopping on Lincoln Avenue. Her vehicle was impounded by for a mandatory 12-hour hold under John's law. Here you go. Sorry. >> What's that? >> I got one right here. >> Man, you got to get cops on the same size as >> Ma'am. Good morning. >> Did you guys have her drive at all? Is that what she was doing? >> No. >> Oh, she's just sitting here. >> No, not yet. >> Did she hit anything here? >> I mean, there's damage on both sides. >> I just walked around. Didn't see any car damage by any mean. >> I can go drive it. >> This is brand new. >> Yeah, it all is. both sides. >> Sergeant, I'm going to go drive around. >> See if she's got any damage. >> I don't have a body >> here. I don't know where the registration insurance is, but I guess we're just going to Is her purse over there anywhere? 25. Well, I don't know what the hell's going on with this car, but I'm assuming she killed the battery trying to [ __ ] get it running. The lights on the inside are just flashing. >> Maybe it's for like an accident >> like that. >> I don't think so. Something's [ __ ] wrong with it. It's not leaking or anything, right? It didn't like rip the oil pan. She's banging on my window. Stop. Stop. I'm taking her. >> 25 or 26. 257 252 >> heading 101 with one adult female 2311 star. >> Hello. >> What? >> Why are you like Why am I in here? >> Cuz you're under arrest, ma'am. >> Oh, why? >> For DUI. >> Why you do anything? >> You're intoxicated behind the wheel of a vehicle. But I'm not. >> You were? >> No, I was not. >> I literally removed you from the vehicle. >> But I was not. >> Okay. Well, tell the judge that. I don't >> I [ __ ] will. >> 11. Did you find any cars damaged? >> Okay. >> Just so you're aware, you are on body camera right now. >> All right. You want to check back over here? >> Yeah. So, [ __ ] tell your body camera that I wasn't [ __ ] doing anything. >> Okay. 02 is 101. 2312. What are you doing? >> Sit still. I told you if you took Get out of the car. Get out. >> Get out. >> Get out of the car. >> Turn around. >> Can't do anything. Why are your pants down? >> Because I try and push myself. What did I do? I didn't do anything. >> Listen, I'm telling you right now, if you don't stop the system, you're going to get yourself hurt. >> What did I do? I didn't do anything. I didn't do anything. >> Stop resisting me. >> I'm not resisting you. >> I'm just saying that I didn't do I didn't do anything. I didn't do anything. Get stand up. What are you doing? >> You're pulling me and it hurts. >> Walk. >> Well, it hurts. And you're pulling. It won't if you walk. >> Well, I'm not doing anything wrong. So, like you're like Sit right here. Right here. man right here. >> Officer Doug Jeff observed that the destination on her GPS was set to her home address, indicating that she was probably heading home. Anastasia would later tell the officers that she had been celebrating St. Patrick's Day with her friends earlier that evening. The standard statement for motor vehicle operators was read to her and she initially agreed to submit breath samples, but she was eventually charged with a refusal since she refused to cooperate when the officers attempted to transport her to a testing site. Why? Why did you take your pants off in the back of my car? >> Because I was fixing myself. >> You think that's appropriate? >> I was fixing myself. >> You need to take your pants off to fix yourself? >> I I didn't take my pants all off. Your pants were off when I opened the car door. >> I was just adjusting myself. I had to take off my belt. >> Where's your belt? Cuz it's not in my car. >> Well, not my belt belt, but like my um I guess it says in the belt, but like this part. Not Not I don't I don't really wear belts, actually. >> Okay. Well, why don't you button your pants? >> I can't. >> What? What do you mean you can't? You can't button your pants. Why? >> They're too tight. >> How did you get them on today? I don't know if I button them. >> So, you've been out all day with your pants unbuttoned? >> I think so. your telephone number. >> Is that a yes? >> What's your telephone number? >> Ma'am, what is your cell phone number? Why? >> Because you're being issued summones and the court is going to need to be able to reach you. If you would like the court not to reach you and just these summones just go to a warrant, then just keep on being difficult and don't give me your cell phone number. It's fine. >> I don't know what that means. >> I I don't really care anymore. It's too early for me to deal with you. So, I'll just write your summones and we can go on from there. >> No, but like I don't understand what that means. Okay. Very good. I tried. >> No, you didn't try because it's like you didn't understand. Like you didn't explain. >> I very simply asked you for your cell phone number. It's not It's not that difficult. You're 25 years old. You understand what a cell phone is, right? >> Right. >> Not entirely. Yeah. >> You don't know what a cell phone is? >> It means you It means you call people on it. Yeah. >> Right. Yeah. It's a cell phone. That's what it is. You call people on it. Very good. >> You call people. >> Very good. So, do you have one of those? >> Okay. What is the number? >> Why? >> Never mind. >> What's your name? >> Sergeant Or is Ro. >> Why? B L >> Yo. E R R I O D. >> So you can read, but you don't know what a cell phone is. >> What's up? >> How we doing? >> What do you mean? >> Nothing. Go home. Somebody shut my headlights off, please. Yeah. >> Still in it. >> You just open it up. It'll open. I don't understand if I didn't do anything like why like why am I like why am I here? >> I already explained that to you. You're under arrest for DUI. >> Oh, I didn't do anything though. >> Okay. >> I was just in my car. Whatever you say. I don't understand like But can you explain to me like what did I drive? >> DUI driving while intoxicated. >> But I didn't I wasn't driving. >> You were crashed. >> But I didn't crash. >> You did. Your vehicle was up on the curb. On the sidewalk? >> Yeah. I put it there. >> Why? >> Because I didn't want anybody to hit it. >> So you parked it on the curb on the sidewalk. >> Yes. That's not normal. >> I do that at my house all the time. I park on the grass. >> Okay. Well, that's not that's not allowed in non that's an ordinance violation. Number one. Number two, you were outside of your vehicle screaming causing the neighbor to come out. So, what was the purpose of that? >> I didn't mean for it to come out at all. >> Okay. Well, >> I was talking >> whether you meant to or not. >> On a cell phone, but okay. >> I thought you didn't know what a cell phone was. >> No, I know what a cell phone is. I have one. >> So, the [ __ ] [ __ ] for the reason why like I'm here. >> The what? The [ __ ] [ __ ] She called >> the who? >> The [ __ ] >> I don't even have any idea what you're talking about. >> Like whoever like called. Like that's why I'm here. >> You're here because you're you're driving while you're intoxicated. >> But I was not and drive. >> You were until you crashed. >> But I did not crash. I did not drive. >> You just said you parked your car on the sidewalk. You literally just said that. >> Yes, I did. So, you were driving to get there and you're intoxicated. >> But I'm not. >> You are? >> I'm not intoxicated. And I did not >> All right. Well, you'll have an opportunity to provide your breath samples for for testing. >> All right. >> And we'll see what those breath samples provide. And when those breath samples provide your alcohol level in your system, we'll see how intoxicated you are. Wasting my time. If >> you say so. Ah, [sighs] 25. So, do me a favor and add the um vehicle to the cab. But like I wasn't even driving so like I don't understand. >> Okay. Got it. Thanks. >> Yellow [ __ ] are just trying to get their [ __ ] quota. >> Say that again. >> So yellow are just trying to get their your quota. >> Oh, is that what it is? >> Yes. >> Did you call me Did you call me a name before that? No. >> Sure sounds like you did. You really like dropping the N word, huh? >> I didn't say >> you got a little racial problem on you, do you? You know you're on video, right? Everything you're saying is is being captured on video. >> Okay. >> You think that's appropriate? You think that's an appropriate way to speak? >> What? >> You think it's appropriate to just throw the N word around like call people that. >> What about it? >> Why don't you just exercise your right to remain silent right now? Why don't you just be quiet? How about How about you do that? Might be in your best interest. >> I mean, I was silent and like I literally was [ __ ] sleeping like >> in your car. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. I don't know what the [ __ ] deal about that is. >> You have the right to remain silent. Do you understand that? >> No, I don't. >> Anything you say can be used against you in a court or other proceedings. Do you understand that? >> I'm sorry. What you said? >> I said [ __ ] use against me. I didn't do [ __ ] Like I really didn't. I really [ __ ] didn't. Like I really [ __ ] didn't [ __ ] Like I don't understand. right now. >> Leave the handcuff on and sit down. >> No, I can't sit down because I do [ __ ] >> Sit down. >> Sit down or I'll put you in the cell. >> Okay, then put me in the cell because I need down >> on the I can't sit still. Like that's the one. >> Okay. Well, the unfortunate reality is that you're under arrest. You won't have the move or leave this room. >> You're under resisting. All you're doing is making things more difficult and and creating the potential for yourself to get hurt. >> Okay. >> I'd rather get hurt than like [ __ ] up and like get in trouble for not doing nothing. >> You're going to get in trouble. You're going to get in trouble even more. That's the problem. That's what you're not understanding. >> I'm not I didn't do [ __ ] Like I really [ __ ] do didn't do [ __ ] Like >> I didn't say you did [ __ ] I said you're an under arrest for DUI. Nobody said anything about [ __ ] Sit down. >> I can't sit down. That's the thing. I can't. If I didn't do anything and I would be like I don't [snorts] understand why I was I was never driving. I was never drunk. I drunk. Like I don't understand. Like why the [ __ ] Can I like trash you? I can see you. >> Yeah, I will. >> [ __ ] [ __ ] guy. >> [sighs] >> What are you doing? Why can't I sit still? Sit down and see. >> I can't. I have ADHD. >> Okay. Well, figure it out. Sit down. Go to sleep. You're tired. Go to sleep. I'm >> not tired. >> Well, why were you sleeping in your car? >> Excuse me? >> I worked on >> Okay. Well, you're tired. Go to sleep. >> I'm not tired. Usually I have insomnia. Sit down. >> I can't sit. >> If you get back up, I'm going to strap you to the bench. Do you understand? >> I told you. >> All right. Well, I'm telling you, if you get back up off this bench, I am going to get shackled and I'm going to shackle you to the bench. Do you understand? Is that what you want? >> I just want to go home. >> You're not going home right now. When I'm done with the paperwork that I need to do, you can go home. Right now, you're gonna sit on this bench. >> Until I'm done. That's how long it takes. >> How do you say your last name? >> Why? >> Oh my god. All right. Anastasia, you have been arrested for driving while intoxicated statute 394. >> And I was not driving. The law requires you to submit samples of your breath for the purpose of taking for the purpose of testing to determine alcohol content. Any response from you that is ambiguous or conditional or any respect to my request that you provide breath samples will be treated as a refusal to submit breath testing. Even if you agree to take the test but then do not follow my instructions, do not properly perform the test or do not provide sufficient breath samples, I will charge you with refusal to submit the breath testing. I repeat, the law requires you to submit samples of your breath for testing. Will you submit samples of your breath? >> I didn't do [ __ ] [ __ ] Yo, >> I didn't do [ __ ] Yo, didn't do [ __ ] Yo, >> I'll give you whatever the [ __ ] you want. >> Your answer is not acceptable. The law requires that you submit samples of your breath for breath testing. If you do not answer or answer with any other anything other than yes, I will charge you with refusal. Fine. >> Now I ask you again, will you submit samples of your breath for testing? >> Fine. Like >> yes or no, ma'am. Will you submit samples of your breath for testing? >> Yes. >> Uh I need you to stay here with her. This battery is about to die. I need to go get mine and put this on there. How long is this going to take? >> Until it's done. Heat. Heat. What are you trying to do? >> She's trying to get out of hand. >> Stop moving around, >> dude. When when we got back here, she was her hands were on the ground and her pants were off >> in the car. >> In the car. just started on Christmas. >> She had a uh someone barrel on her phone, but she's probably right next to us. So, she's probably trying to get back to her house, but she put her all that. >> Whatever. Uh, I got a CEA fall that Joey. >> Huh? >> Joey. >> I'd prefer not to go that way. Anastasia remained uncooperative the entire time she was being processed at the station. After the officers were finished with their paperwork, her mother arrived at the station to take custody of her. However, she began erratically and the officers determined that she would be taken to the hospital as she was being strapped to the gurnie. Anastasia kicked Sergeant Ergo multiple times. Her mother also told the officers that she had previously been arrested for DUN Pennsylvania and that case was currently pending in court. Anastasia was transported to Our Lady of Lord's Hospital for further evaluation. All right, I'm about to go to Mason's show. What's that? >> Yeah, I know she's ass. Um, we're going to use these handcuffs cuz they actually fit. Hand straight. Stop. Stand up. What are you doing? >> Good. >> I can't see it. >> Hold on. It's caught in her shirt. >> Yeah. Put it tighter. She's just out. >> Good. >> I need to lock it. Good. Yep. >> All right, let's take a walk. All right, this is what we're going to do. >> Are you Are you going to refuse to submit your testing? >> No. >> Okay. Well, then stand up and walk so that we do get tested. >> Did you piss yourself? >> No. >> Why are you wet? >> I don't know. I got to close my office door, please. >> You don't need me to go? >> No. >> I don't think so. >> Uh, yep. Come on, sit in the car. Come on. 252 central >> 252. >> I'll be heading from my 101 to District 7 is 101 for Alcatest testing. 2312. Sit back. >> Central 356. >> What is wrong with you? >> What? >> Yeah, she has. She's just slamming her head against the [ __ ] >> cage. Yeah, I'm just going to charge her refusal. >> You're going to the to the hospital. Stand up. Stand up. Are you kidding me right now? Get up on your feet. >> You're not going home. >> Get up on your feet. All right. Lay on the floor like an idiot. >> What are you doing? >> Just let her stay there. >> I ain't doing anything. >> She peed herself. >> What's that? >> She peed herself, too. >> Yeah, it's all over me. >> Here you go. >> I didn't pee myself, actually. >> Why are you Why are you acting like this? >> Because I didn't do anything. That's why I'm trying to make your life's difficult. Why? Why? Why? >> Because I didn't do anything. >> You're just making this worse for you, though. >> Cuz I didn't do anything. That's why >> this. See, this is all being recorded and you're making it worse for you. So, the more you just keep continuing to do this, it's not going to be good for you. Okay. >> I didn't do [ __ ] [ __ ] >> Okay. >> All right. Come on. Okay, let's go in here. Enjoy yourself. >> Huh? >> Stop. >> Yeah. >> Okay. Guess we're not going to be in here. >> No, we'll just leave her right here. [sighs] You want to go sit on the bench now? >> I didn't do anything. Why am I being treated like this? >> Nobody's treating you any way. We're trying to get your your alka testing done and you keep on slamming your head into things. >> Well, I just want to go home. Okay. Well, you could have just went home probably 20 minutes ago if you would have cooperated. Have a seat. You're just making things take longer. That's all. So, now it's just going to take longer. >> All right. Well, unfortunately, you keep on making things harder. So, you even said it yourself. You're just trying to make things harder. >> Change circles out of these clothes. >> Yeah. Lisa is trying to take her picture. You can try here. >> We can we can give it a whirl. >> It's not even low enough. >> Say again. >> It's not even going to get low enough. >> Yeah, you might. >> No, I'm just trying. >> No, stand up. >> Dude, I'm going to have to go home and get changed. Yeah, probably [ __ ] Oh my god. Happy Sunday. Oh man. Can we stand up for a second? >> Uh, that's not my case number. 1609 is. >> Yeah. >> Oh, that is it. Never mind. >> Oh, look what you did to my watch. >> Is it shattered? Yeah. See, it's gooped up. >> Yeah. Look, it's all scratched. >> You got charge of a criminal mischief. That's it. >> Uh, move her hair out of her face. That's enough. She's my favorite. >> Sit. >> That's probably Sean Smith. >> Sit down or I'm going to cuff you back to the bench. Okay. What's that? >> Yeah. Uh, yeah. Just leave it in the other room. All right. Where? Where? Where are you going? What are you doing? You can't even stand up. Like what are you what are you trying to do? >> I wish I wish these cameras could get smell. >> We need smell vision. >> Smell vision. >> You smell awful. Have a seat. >> Do I really? >> Yes. You smell like piss and alcohol. Sit, please. Well, I didn't piss myself. >> Uh, I think you're wrong on that one, too. Just like you didn't do [ __ ] you did do piss. >> I didn't actually. >> Uh, she just keeps on smacking her head into stuff. So, we just want to check her out. Make sure she's not the sit down. Just sit down. >> I have ASC. I can't see. >> You have what? >> There's always an answer for everything. She's got something. I can't. >> She's different. >> Yeah. >> What? I can't not do that. >> You just sat down. >> You could. The EMGs can talk to you. >> We'd be all right. >> Perfect. That's all right. What happened? >> And you [ __ ] >> Okay. first like they're closing out this whole [ __ ] time. Mhm. [snorts] >> Dog, gave me her license. What's up, buddy? >> Yeah. I don't know that. Even [clears throat] I'm not even risking it. >> She's a refusal. I'm not refusing any of things. >> Well, the problem is that when we attempted to take you to to provide breath, you kept on slamming yourself against the car and you unbuckled yourself from the seat belt again. And then you started hitting your head off the seat and then when I took you out, you wouldn't walk into the police station. You made me drag you into the police station and you told the officer that you were only doing that stuff to make our lives harder. So that's refusal. >> I'm not refusing anything because like >> you're physically refusing. As a matter of fact, you're also resisting arrest. >> I'm not. You could have like >> Ma'am, why don't you just talk to the EMTs? Okay. That's probably in your best interest to just to just talk to them and leave me alone. >> Okay. So, like what what is up then? >> You you were hitting your head against the wall. So, that's the only reason why they're here is to check your head and make sure there's no bruising and damage on your head. >> All right. Can I check that? >> Can I Can I touch your head? >> What if I say no? >> Then I can't touch you. I can't do anything if you don't let me do it. >> I guess. >> Perfect. >> Okay, >> sounds good to me. We tried. Thank you. >> Yeah. Thank you. >> My head is fine. >> Okay, good. It's all we needed to do. Sit down. Sit down. >> Well, I can't because my glasses are still out there. >> What's that have to do with you being able to sit down? >> Well, That means I can't see. >> You don't need to see. Just sit down. >> I do need to see. >> You don't need to see. >> I don't need to see. >> I don't need to see. >> There's nothing for you to see right now. >> Yeah, but like I don't need to see ever. or like >> you can see when we're done and we give you your glasses back. >> Yeah, but like I don't I I don't I don't need to see ever. Like I don't need to have glasses ever again. >> You're saying like >> what? Whatever. I'm not I'm not trying to argue with you. Whatever you feel like I'm saying, that's what I'm saying. I don't I don't I don't even know what you're talking about right now. >> You're saying that I don't need glasses anymore. >> Well, then you're you're healed. Your your vision is healed. >> Okay. I don't need glasses anymore. >> No. >> No. He said my vision is healed. >> That's awesome. >> What's your I wish your stability was healed a little bit. >> What's that mean? >> Your like your balance. >> Oh, I I have balance part like >> two doors. Yeah. >> Anastasia, are you an alcoholic? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Did you run a deal? >> Did I run it? >> Yeah. >> It's negative. >> Valid. >> Yeah, I believe so. >> No insurance. >> None. There was nothing else hit. No, like No, >> there was something hit. I just I just don't know where. >> Yeah. >> What? You don't want to sit. >> [music] [sighs] >> This might be what? Yeah, there's there's there's drugs on board, too. You can feel scribe if you want. I don't think I don't think that's safe. I think Hey, who can we turn it over to when we're all done here so we can make sure that you get home safe? Mom, dad, sister, brother. We have to turn it over to somebody to take responsibility for. Who do you live with? >> Cuz that's nice and close. >> So like what do you do with homeless homeless people? >> What do I do with home? >> Send them to jail. What? >> They go to jail when they're when they're locked up and don't have any place to go. >> So you want to go to jail? >> I would hate to bring them to jail. >> So >> So if somebody is homeless, they have to take them to jail. >> Yeah. Why? >> Cuz we have to turn them over to somebody. >> The law requires that we turn you over to a responsible adult. >> Yeah. Most people have cars to get DUIs in. So, >> I don't understand like if my car wasn't it was >> car was on. It was on the sidewalk. >> But let's go back real quick. Um focus you over. I know the ADHD is really kicking. >> Dad, what's your dad's name? >> Is her phone on? >> Just start calling people on her phone. What's your password? >> My birthday. >> Your birthday? What's your birthday? >> 0212. >> Or I'm sorry, uh, 10:28. >> Yes. >> 10:28. What year? 97. >> 98. Oh, that's [clears throat] sexy. >> Do you have a face on me? >> 1 2 3 4 >> What's your dad's name? What you said? >> Uhhuh. >> [music] >> Oh man. [clears throat] There's your song. She's not like that. She All right, we will help. He's got >> He's not coming. >> Nope. >> Mom's coming. Hopefully, >> he's not coming. >> Nope. >> Put your mom's phone number. >> Wait, my dad always calls. Yeah. >> But wait. Yeah. >> What we got? >> Wait. My dad says he's not he's not coming. >> He's not coming. >> Wait, can you call him again? >> Yeah. What's your mom's phone number? >> It's 69 9. Um, wait. No, wait. It's 856. >> Is your contact in your phone? >> Yeah. >> What's it What's the name of her? >> Mother. >> Wait, wait. Can you call my dad? >> No. But wait, like they're like trying to pick me up or what? >> Your dad's not coming. >> Yeah, but like I like is he trying to call my mom or like >> No, >> I don't understand what he's trying to do. >> But I guess at this moment he's had enough of you, too. >> No, like I'm trying to understand what the like what he's doing. Like why is he calling my mom for? >> Cuz he's not coming to get you. Anastasia, what's your occupation? >> What's that mean? >> What do you do for a living? >> Why? >> What? >> Why? >> Why are you sick? >> Yes. >> What's wrong? a lot. >> Anything specific? >> Um, >> yeah, but I can't name mine. >> Okay. Are you [snorts] under the care of a doctor? I don't think I have enough. >> So that's enough. >> I don't think I have. >> Are you taking medicine? >> [music] >> Do you have diabetes? >> No. Come on. So there's no >> You're going to be getting out of here as soon as you let me finish this report. >> Okay. >> So if you sit up on the bench and answer the questions or don't answer the questions or just sit here and be quiet for 15 minutes while I finish this report, you'll be going home. >> Okay? >> So sit up on the bench. [snorts] ADHD. >> Okay. >> Okay. But if you keep banging your head on the ground, I'm going to force you to go to the hospital. You understand? And then you're not going to go home. >> Yeah. >> All right. Anastasia, do you have diabetes? >> I wish. Are you injured? >> I wish. >> Are your injuries affecting you right now? >> I wish. Yo, wait a minute. Warnings anymore? There's none in here. What? There's none in there. Uh, in the There. >> Where? It's empty for right there. It's empty. That one. One without like get rid of that one. Anastasia, can you hear me? >> Anastasia, >> come on. Anastasia, pull this down. >> Before you are asked any more questions, I have to advise you of your constitutional rights. You have the right to remain silent. You refuse to answer any questions. Do you understand that? >> Anastasia. >> What >> do you understand that? >> I know. >> Okay. All right. We're just going to go with remaining silence. You good, Anastasia? >> What? >> Why don't you sit up? >> Why? >> Lay down on the bench instead of the dirty floor. >> Why? Enough That would We got somebody coming together. They're going to go after [snorts] >> I just got to go to the hospital. She's good down here, right? Put like a mirror under her nose. [laughter] >> Hey, why don't you sit up? See, now stay there and you won't get uncomfortable again. me. All right. Yeah, it's like >> that can't be comfortable. Hey S, what are you doing? >> I don't know. >> All right. Well, why don't you just sit up? >> This is hard to sit. So, >> do you want to go sit lie down on the bench in the cell? >> All right. Stand up. You got to promise me that you're going to cooperate. You're not going to act like a knucklehead. >> You promise? >> Yeah. All right. Come here. Stand up. Turn around. Oh, hold on. Listen to me. If you start acting like a knucklehead again, I'm going to take you out of there and I'm going to cuff you back to this bench. You understand? >> Yeah. Just lay down right there. Try to relax. We're trying to get somebody to come. I already got it. That's what I'm doing right now. We're going to have to open it up there so we can fill it out, though. >> Yeah. >> I didn't realize that I couldn't reopen it after I printed it. So, I got to re I'm reopening it now. >> Just slow down. >> Dude, I smell like your >> What you doing? >> Like salt. At least she's enjoying herself now. >> That was impressive. >> Um, >> we in better spirits now. >> Yeah. >> All right. Can we Can you explain again why your pants were not on when you were in the back of the car? >> Yeah. I was adjusting myself. >> All right. Sergeant Orrigo issued her the following citations. Operating under the influence. Consent to take samples of breath. No liability insurance coverage on motor vehicle. Do >> you have a >> What do you need? Never mind. >> What do you need? >> I do have a bathroom, but I'm already wet. So, >> there's a bathroom right here. I can close the door if you want to go to the bathroom. You want to go to the bathroom? >> Is there toilet paper in there? >> Yeah. Flat. Hold on. Let me get you some toilet paper. You want to grab a roll? Bro, we have a [ __ ] a sharps container downstairs and some noodles in here. >> I don't think we're allowed to do that anymore. >> What? >> The sharps container. >> That's like a legit sharps container. >> Oh, did we get one? >> Yeah. >> So, who put them in there? >> Yeah. >> Is yours still running? >> No. Yeah, definitely way too intoxicated, >> dude. I hate >> observation. [ __ ] >> quite pissed. >> Yeah, probably. >> It's all over my pants. It's all over my dude. It's I'm [ __ ] trying not to throw up right now. My god. >> My hands are all cut up. >> The woman The woman walked out. She was out there screaming. I don't know cuz she think she was trying like when we pulled up she was trying to start the car. I guess she was out there yelling screaming cuz she couldn't get the car down. She must have like crashed into the curb. >> Yeah. And then the car stalled or whatever or she fell asleep cuz she couldn't get it off the coat. >> And Anastasia, are you done? >> Do you have your pants back on? >> All right. You good? But >> you don't have your pants back on. You good? >> Yeah. >> Yeah. You okay? >> What's wrong? >> All wet. >> Yeah, I know you're all wet. So am I. >> I think I can take a guess. >> Oh, there you go. You finally got him buttoned. >> Yeah. On the button. >> Nice. >> Good work. >> All right. What do you want to do? You want to sit in there or you want to sit over here on the bench again? >> Yeah. >> All right. Go ahead. Go sit down. Relax. >> Okay. You want to open that down a little bit? I guess you >> you should be able to open it. >> I can open the PDF. You already clicked everything. You fill it. >> Yeah, but you got to fill out the mom's information. >> Yeah, but that's >> No, you can't. >> You can't tell. >> What? >> I can. >> Oh, really? >> Then you probably have to log in your job on here >> cuz all I can do is It says reopen, but all I can do is click PDF. >> All right. Keep an eye out for >> Where were you? >> Um, >> you got a friend's house? >> Yeah, I dropped my friends off. >> You dropped your friends off? >> Uh-huh. >> Wow. Where do they live? >> Uh, Mount April. >> Mount April. >> What are the names? >> They always drop them off. >> They live around. They You know what? >> Huh? >> Do you know their address? Their last What's their last name? I think I know them. Eagle. >> I work here. I work at Mount Eagle. Kelsey. >> Kelsey. What? [sighs] >> You don't know your friend's last name? >> I don't know how to pronounce it. >> Was it like Polish or something? >> It's like I don't [ __ ] know. Like inorf or something? I don't [ __ ] know. >> That's emidorf or something. Innov. >> Yeah. Yeah. something like that. Like that, you know, >> might be Italian. >> What street they live on? >> I don't [ __ ] know. >> Just some in know. It's like It's literally right next to my crib, too. >> Right next to what? >> It's right next to my crib. It's like >> your crew. >> Her crib. >> My crib. Like um where my mom >> Your mom's crib? >> Yeah. >> Mom's nest. >> Yeah. It's where I used to live at. Oh, >> were you were at their house boozing, partying up? >> Yeah, for St. Patty's Day. >> No, like they made me pick them up and I picked them up and then like they're like, "Cop me off." So I'm like, "Okay." So I dropped them off and like it says, "Mommy from" and then like I dropped them off and I'm like, "All right." >> Where did you where were you at before you picked him up? >> They told me to come to Skaters. So I'm like, "All right." Like, so I came to Skoos and then like they were there and then like they're already there. >> Oh, so you went there and hung out for a little bit. >> They always do that. Like they always go out without me first and then like after they, you know, they have like one or two. They're like, "All right, come pick me up." So, of course, I'm like, "All right, I got my friends. You guys are the best I got. So, all right, like come." So I'm like, "All right." So yeah, they're already they're already there. So I'm always like like this secondhand person. >> It's fashionably late. I like that. That's what I am. >> I don't want to be late, but like at the same time, it's like I don't want to bug myself, you know? Like I already know where you guys are at, you know? >> Yeah. But it it'll be kind of like awkward if I just show up and realize don't bite me, you know? >> No. >> All right. All right. Your mom's here. Come on. Let's go. >> You feel okay? You all right? >> No, I don't have my glasses. >> I got them right here. >> Huh? Better not. >> Okay, good. You want mine? >> Yep. >> Yep. >> Dog cell phone. >> It's on the table. >> Where? Um, so that's what we have for we have to turn her over to you. Somebody responsible. I'm going to need you to sign that. This is uh where you would sign. This is basically just saying that you're taking possession of her. I'm going to I have her keys in the car. >> No, the place. >> No. Yeah, the car. Yeah. Maybe I don't have another car. >> What What happens like how long do I hold on to her for? I believe it's 12 hours I should say. >> Well, she just she just can't operate a motor vehicle for 12 hours. You don't you don't keep her for 12 hours, but she just can't operate a motor vehicle for 12 hours. >> So, and her vehicle's been impounded anyway. So, we won't release it for 12 hours anyway. >> Where will it go? >> It won't it some the whoever the registered owner is, which I'm assumed. >> I'm sorry. >> It's going to be impounded. >> It's already impounded. >> Oh. >> So, the registered owner will have to I'm assuming she's the registered owner. >> Yes. She's going to have to come get it from here tomorrow. >> Okay. >> She does also have to uh bring uh her insurance card. >> Okay. >> With the vehicle. So, >> what time did this occur? >> We got called for at 5:35 for it >> this morning. >> Yes. >> So, >> and um nobody was anybody hurt? >> No, nobody was hurt. She It It does look like she did hit something. Um we checked the area, couldn't find anything. >> It was on the sidewalk. >> Yes. Okay. So, um, if there is another somebody else does report their car that was hit later and we figure out that it was her vehicle, obviously that's a separate incident. Um, couldn't really tell where she was coming from, where she was going. So, >> so what happens after this? >> She'll have court and stuff like that for >> Oh, okay. >> Yeah. So, >> the initial court date should be listed on the summons. >> Oh, it's going to be on here. Yeah, it'll be. >> So, this is actually the summons. >> Uh, the summones are >> Sorry, I've never had it before. >> It's okay. These are the summones. This is just the uh this is just the the John's law form, which is the uh form we need. >> Oh, this is the summons. >> Yep. >> Okay. >> And she signed this too, of course, right? Does she have to sign it? Uh, >> just me and you. >> Oh, okay. This is her, right? >> I'm sorry. >> Refused to sign the acknowledgement. >> Uh, you're signing here and I'm signing here. >> But what's this mean? Refuse to sign the acknowledgement of receipt. >> If you're refusing to take her, then >> Oh, I see. Okay. >> So, sign where? I'm sorry. Uh, >> right where your name is. See where it says Stacy there. >> Okay. That's it. >> That's it. >> Yep. >> And those those copies are yours or hers. Um she was issued a summon for DUI, refusal to submit to breath testing, and >> I didn't submit >> failure to provide a uh insurance card. >> Okay. So, >> you never asked for any of that [ __ ] >> And this is the second one. >> Anastasia. I did though. It's all on video. Trust me. You'll you'll you'll be able you'll have an opportunity to see everybody's body cam videos and I'm sure you're not going to be thrilled with the outcome. >> You never asked to see anything >> multiple times and ask you to even >> Do you remember when I tried to drive you to to do the breath test and you took your seatelt off and threw yourself around the inside of the car and then told us that you were doing it to make our jobs harder? >> Yeah. >> That was when I was trying to take you to get your breath test done. >> That was a physical refusal. >> Yeah. because you refused. You were banging your head off the page to your pants. >> I never refused. >> I I understand. It's okay. Just you'll have your court date. You'll have your opportunity to tell the judge that. Why don't you go ahead and go home and get some sleep? Okay. >> [ __ ] you. >> Have a good night. >> Any kind of >> um can I get her to make it somehow? >> Unfortunately, because she's an adult, um it's not that simple. >> This is the second one. Oh, is it really >> second DUI? >> Okay. >> She's still in the court process for the first one. >> Um, >> and I'm kind of afraid to have her in the house. >> Okay. >> We we had an ambulance come check her out. Uh, she was she started bouncing her head off of things and, you know, she was just >> Yeah. >> Well, I'm ask cuz she's definitely not stable. Does she have any medical conditions or issues that >> she's had depression and ADHD and she hasn't been um she was diagnosed with PTSD when she was little but she's been through multiple diagnosises. >> Okay. And she is she supposed to be medicated and she's not or >> Yes, she just refused. I kicked her out for the drinking actually. >> Okay. >> This was a couple years ago. So she's been staying with dad. >> Okay. >> Or in her car. >> And I guess is dad not is he enabling it or what's his situation? I think so. >> Okay. >> And since that we haven't been together. >> I understand. Okay. >> Um >> so basically she never got the kind of help that she needed. >> Sure. Sure. It's understandable. >> Uh I I mean I can call the ambulance back out and see if we can try to get somebody to come talk to her, but the problem is that right now she's so uncooperative. I don't know that she's like because she's an adult. I don't really have the ability to force her to go to the hospital. That's why I'm afraid because she's not cooperative like with me either. >> Let's see if we >> This is the kind of behavior cop. >> You were already arrested. >> Police care. >> It's I mean it's there's nothing. It's not your >> No. No. Once she's out of work custody. >> Yeah, >> obviously. >> She obviously can't drive. >> That's what I was telling her. >> Does she have anything to do? I see one. She had a notice for drug. >> She She's She She had This is her second DUI. >> Second DUI. >> Second DUI. Yeah. She's in the court process for the first one. >> Let her walk it off. Maybe see what she said. >> She just got a court notice that she didn't attend the drug alcohol program. >> I don't want her out. >> Can you have respond self? I don't even know. >> We're going to try to get you. >> Yeah, we're learning a little more about her now that mom's here and she's down. She's going to need metal braces. >> I don't know. I'd rather just walk. >> You can't walk. We're going to We're going to have you go to the hospital and get checked out. Just stay here. Stay right here. Stay. Stay here. Stay here. Stay here. Stay here. Stay here. >> Where did you park your car at? >> You're going to go to the hospital right now. You want to go back in the station? You cold? >> No, I'm not cold. >> It'll be all right. It'll be all right. So you said no officer >> the ambulance is is coming. >> Oh they are? >> Yeah. >> What? For what? >> Check you out. >> Why? >> Cuz you're not in your right state of mind. >> If all this happens, I'm entertainment. This is big stuff. I know it's scary. Need some help. Come here. I'm here. I'm here. I'm right here. You have to do this. I'll be here when they check you up. Okay. She going back to the street. >> She refused to get follow. That's fine. She needs some type of medication. >> Yeah, I I don't like >> I'm going to put this right in your phone. Okay. >> What? I'm here with you. Okay. This is the process. All right. This is a big thing that happened. >> Well, I didn't. Nothing happened, though. Like, they [ __ ] took me out of my car like for no [ __ ] reason. And I don't know why. >> Okay. Well, that's why that's why a professional is going to check you out because if you don't know why, that's even more serious. And I can't I can't do that. I'm not a doctor. I can support you. >> All right. I don't have to touch you. I don't need doctor. Okay. I'm going to go to the home. Like I don't need this. Like I like I guess I'm not going to work today. I know. Running away is not going to solve anything. And homes the other way. Turn around. Right. >> I just want to get you something to eat back here. >> I just want to get some walks, you know, because it's like I don't work and then it's like I'm not going to work, you know? So, it's like I'm trying to find like another job. >> I don't think you have >> ambulance calling station. >> Come on. >> I'm going this way. >> No, you're going to go to the hospital. We're going to we're going to we're going to have somebody talk to you and see if we can get you help. Get you some help. >> I don't want to help. >> But Anna, I think it's time. You're you're you're 25 years old now. Okay. >> Yeah. And there's there's obviously a lot of things going on that you haven't dealt with that you need to deal with. And I think today is the day where you you you wake up and you start dealing with these problems because you're going down a path right now that is very difficult to come back from. >> Well, don't have to. >> Well, I'm trying to walk this way. >> You're not We're not going to let you go that way. Come on. Because we have to go this way. I don't want to go on that lane. >> You have to. You have to. >> I want to go this way. >> Hannah, you have to go this way. >> Why? >> Because you have to get on the ambulance. >> Why? >> Because I watched you try to hurt yourself way too many times for me to let you go. So, you're going to go to crisis. >> I'm >> You are. And what I would prefer and what your mom would prefer and what everybody here would prefer is that you do it on your own rather than us trying to force you to do it. Because if you do it on your own, you might actually get something from it. >> Anna, please. Come on. >> No. >> Stop. >> Anna, come on. THIS IS NOT >> NO, >> it's not. >> No, >> Anna. Come on. >> Let me go. >> Come on. You're going to hurt yourself. Anna, stop. Come on. >> I didn't do anything. Let me go. Let me go. Let me go. There you go. >> All right. Put your feet down. Put your feet down. Put your feet down. Put your feet down. >> All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. Relax. Relax. Relax. Relax. >> Put her down. Put her down. Put it down. Okay. All right. Relax. You said I could go. >> No, you're going to the hospital. >> You're going to the hospital. >> No. >> Yes. >> No. [ __ ] you, [ __ ] >> Come on. Yeah. >> You have to go to a crisis center. >> Why? >> Because you're You don't think You think this is normal? >> What? the way you're acting right now. >> No, I'm just trying to go home. >> Okay. But unfortunately, the reality is I've watched you try to hurt yourself far too many times. You have to go to a crisis center and talk to someone. >> No, I don't. >> You do, though. >> You do? >> I don't. >> You do. >> Your mom's going to go with you. >> I don't. >> Okay. Ready? >> It's not nice. >> I don't give a [ __ ] Is that running on traffic? >> Yeah. Okay. All right. All right. I think when you talk to mom about uh what's going on here? No. Yeah, I know. >> No, because like if I have to fight on my right, can I do anything? Huh? >> It's if you're not This isn't about you being in trouble, Ann. We're trying to help you. >> I don't want to help. >> Okay. But unfortunately, at this point, we kind of have an obligation to make sure you get help, especially if your mom your mom is is on the same page. She wants the same things. Okay. >> I don't give a [ __ ] about what my mom wants. >> No, I feel free to jump in anytime. >> Like hold the limb. She's going for your >> I feel that. >> No, I just want to go. >> We're past that. >> Oh, yeah. We're definitely pass that now. >> You You want it down? >> Yeah. >> AND LET'S GO. >> NO. [ __ ] YOU, [ __ ] Here you have that tight tight mine is >> I'm going to let go running in traffic. >> No, I was not. >> I trust them over you right now. >> Well, [ __ ] you, [ __ ] I'm not black. >> Well, [ __ ] you, cracker. Let's bring this on. >> Just cooperate. >> No, because they're like attacking me. >> You're the one that's attacking. >> I ain't do anything. >> You're fighting them. So that's >> No, I'm not fighting them. I'm fighting them because like they're attacking me >> and I didn't do anything. He didn't do anything. He kicked me in the face and in the >> You deserve it, [ __ ] >> I What? He did. I'm sorry, Cracker. It's >> all right. That's enough. It's enough with the racial slurs. >> Hold on. Hold on. Let me >> Well, you deserve it because I ain't do [ __ ] >> All right, that one's good. >> I literally did not do anything. >> Then you tried to take my scissors. >> Yeah, this one down like right there. 297. >> Come on. We're going to take her up the Lady of Lords. >> Okay. I don't know why they'll be able to explain things to you. >> Hopefully provide you some >> some help for whatever's going on there. >> Sure. >> Let's go. >> Wait, I need that. We're >> going to have it. I'm assuming you want up. Do you want us to go with you or are you ready? >> I'm good. You good? >> You think I practice? You only done this cuz you ain't getting you a get no [ __ ] You got [ __ ] and you like what? >> Where did the ghetto come from? out of nowhere. What's up? Where did the ghetto come from? Out of nowhere. >> A white Chevy Silverado. >> We know. We know what vehicle hit them. >> Thank you. You're going to follow them up. >> Okay. >> Yeah, we're pretty sure we did. >> Just go from there, right? >> Uh they're going to go to Lady of Lords. I I I mean, unfortunately, we can't really do much more than what we're doing now. So, if if uh >> I'm just afraid to keep her at my house for that very reason. >> I don't like being up at the hospital. >> Hopefully, I think it's important that you go there and explain to them what what you explained to me. >> Right. >> So, that they know how to treat her, >> right? >> Um at least they can give her some, you know, maybe sedate her and get her some get her some sleep. >> Yeah. >> And then try to talk to her when she when she wakes up and so up. >> Yeah. Um, in the meantime I, you know, I >> cuz this is this is her second DUI and she went to court for the first one. >> That means they had to arrest her, right? Is that a DUI? >> Yeah. >> So, this is her second arrest then, >> right? I would >> So, was she in a cell? A whole cell? >> No, she was just sitting on the bench. She was sitting inside obviously. >> Uh, for most of it. Yeah. Yeah. >> Okay. All right. >> Yeah. There's um there's a couple hours of video with the whole situation that when everything pans out, I'm sure you could. >> It was like that, right? >> Request >> just up and down. Up and down, but for the most part, it was that. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> I didn't attend all the court stuff with the first one for that very reason. >> Yeah. >> No, it's clear that she's got she's got some things going on. I mean, you know, there's there's clearly some >> No. Well, and and unfortunately the reality is that she's she's she's 25 years old, you know, and these these her actions >> are going she's going to be held accountable for her actions. So, she needs to understand that if there's if there's underlying issues that are causing these actions >> Exactly. >> then you're far better off getting them resolved than continuing to to act out because you're going to be held accountable regardless, right? >> You know, the courts aren't going to, you know, lean in her favor because of her past, unfortunately. You know, that that's just the reality. >> And that's why I didn't want to. We're not, you know, we're not going to charge her with any of this stuff. I mean, you know, that's it. It is what it is. Uh, you know, unfortunately, the reality is that, you know, if that happened in many police departments, she'd be now she'd be looking at, you know, indictable offensive in Pennsylvania. >> She did this, she did that like kicking and like fighting the police officer. >> I didn't intend the court. >> Yeah. I mean, I can tell you right now that court >> if what happened over there happened >> her license has wasn't suspended for that first this incident. You're saying? >> She's going through the court. She was supposed to check in >> for alcohol and >> do a check in online and she never did it. >> Okay. >> So, they just said if you don't reschedu, you know, there's going to be a warrant out for your arrest. >> Okay. Yeah. I I mean, like I said before that that just that you know, the way she was acting over there, she I understand and you know, he and I you working in a small town, we get it. We understand. We get it. but not she's not going to get that that in most places. If she's kicking and punching and and and assaulting police officers, she's going to be charged with aggravated assault, which is going to be and that's not something that just goes away. So now you're looking at indictable offenses, not just municipal court offenses. You're talking about superior court offenses like and and these things just start to compound to a point where you you just can't get out from underneath it, >> right? Right. And that's what I was trying to explain to her like now is the time like let's try to get this squared away and and whatever the root of this problem is get get it worked now. >> Right. >> And that's when she started kind of losing her mind. >> She was Yeah. She's in denial cuz she represses everything. >> Well, >> so >> I think that you know survival is a human body has a way >> the defense. Court records indicate that on November 6, 2024, the citation for operating under the influence was downgraded to reckless driving and Anastasia was fined $240. The other two citations were dismissed as part of a plea agreement. >> Yeah. But she's, you know, hopefully they can get her some help. Like I said, I think the best thing is for you to get up there and and and explain to them what you explained to me so that they have a better a better angle of treating her. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. Thank you. >> All right. No worries.
