During the walk and turn test, Marissa failed to touch heel to toe on each step, did not count allowed and stopped the test before turning. The final exercise was the one leg stand test. During the one leg stand test, Marissa was unable to raise her foot in the proper fashion and this test was terminated early. Can you see the tip of my finger? >> Can you see the tip of my finger? >> Yes. >> Okay. What I need you to do is follow it with your eyes. Don't move your head. Do you understand? >> Okay. >> I keep trying to look at the finger. Right. >> I know. >> But what? What? >> My eyes are watering. Go ahead. >> Okay. You're looking at me. Look at the finger. I am. >> You were just looking at me. All right, I'm going to go up towards the sky. It's going to be a little bit hard to see, but just keep trying to follow it. All right, one more time. Keep your head still. Just look up with your eyes. Okay. All right. Just stay here. These officers going to run you through a couple of other field sobriety tests. Do you have any kind of current or former injuries that may affect your performance? >> No. Why am I here? >> Okay. >> Can I have you stand uh over here at the back of your car, ma'am? Okay. >> Just facing facing away from it. >> All right. The first test I'm going to run you through is called the walk and turn. Okay. Um I'm going to demonstrate it for you. I'm going to put you in a starting position. I just want you to hold that position, okay? Until I demonstrate and tell you to begin. So, what you're going to do is you're going to put your feet together like this. Hands down on your sides. Hands down on your sides like this. Sit. I want you to stand over there. Okay. >> It's very like >> I understand that, but I don't want you in the roadway. Okay. For your safety. >> That's why I'm having you stand over there. Okay. >> Yeah. >> So, just back where you were, facing out this way. Okay. >> Yeah. >> Hands down to your sides like this. >> Facing that way. Okay. Do you understand what I'm saying? >> Y. >> Right. Okay. Keep your feet together like this. And look at my feet. All right. I want you to take your right foot, put it in front of your left like that. >> Well, I'm also on a tilt. You know that, right? >> I'm sorry. >> You know that it this is like a You [snorts] know that, right? >> Okay. >> But it it it's it's flat ground. Okay. >> Okay. Okay. So, >> right right foot in front of your left like that. Okay. And I want you to hold that position. All right. Hands down on your sides. All right. Okay. So, for this test, from the starting position, just watch me. Okay? Stay in that position. Don't move. I >> I can't do this right now. No, I'm >> Would you like me to explain it to you again? >> Yeah. >> Okay. So, again, feet together, hands down your sides. Okay. >> Why am I doing this? >> I want you to put your right foot in front of your left. Okay. >> I want to explain the test so you're you're not in the starting position. >> Okay. Okay. >> Arms down your sides. Okay. like that. All right. You're going to take nine heel to toe steps. All right. It's going to look like this. One. >> All right. Wait. >> Two. >> Three. >> Okay. >> Four. >> So, going straight. >> Five. Yep. You're just going to stay in that position. Just watch me for now. Okay. On your ninth step, you're going to make series of small choppy steps and turn yourself around. Okay. You're going to take nine heel totoe steps back. 1 2 3 4 so on and so forth. Okay. >> All right. Okay. >> Do you understand the instructions? >> I think so. >> Would you like me to go over it again? >> Yeah. Again. >> Okay. You're going to take nine heel to toe steps. All right. From the starting position. >> All right. Okay. >> Get back in the starting position. Your right foot in front of your left. Okay. >> Yep. >> Right foot in front of your left like that. All right. Heel the toe. >> Okay. >> One. This is like it's it's it's it's a incline. All right. Wait. >> I mean, like, you were telling me to do something like Come on. It's It's just like an incline. Really? >> Well, the ground is flat, though. >> No, it's not. [snorts] Look at that. No, it's not. >> Okay. It's inclining this way, but it's not. >> Oh, no. It Okay. >> This is not a good spot. Are you going to do the test? >> I will do the test. Yes. >> All right. So, get back in the starting position then. >> Did you understand my instructions? Nine heel to toe steps. Okay. On your ninth step, you're going to turn around and do nine heel to toe steps back. Okay. >> You're going to keep your hands down your sides. >> You're going to count each step out loud. Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. If you understand, you can begin. >> Tell me again. What? >> Nine. and heel to toe steps. >> No, but this is like Come on. Like I can't do this here. >> Okay, man. I can't do it here. >> You see the white line right here, ma'am? >> No. What? >> See the white line right here? >> It's a lot more even here. It's a straight line. You can follow this line. >> There we go. Perfect. Yeah. Okay. Ready? Wait. and >> now what? >> You said you said the instructions. So now now what? >> All right, come back over here to the back of your car. Okay, we're going to do another test. Just go back to the back of your car there. You don't need to be on the line for this one cuz you're not moving. Come back over here out of the road. All right. You're going to do it is called the one leg stand. Okay. So, the starting position is feet together, arms down to your sides like this, like we were in before. Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. Get in this position. When [snorts] I tell you to start, stay like that for now. You're going to raise either foot of your choosing. Right or left, doesn't matter. 6 in off the ground, toe pointed out. Okay? Like this. All right? And you're going to count 1,00 1 1,002 1 100 1,003. And you're going to do that until I tell you to stop. >> So weird. Okay. >> Okay. >> Okay. >> All right. So either foot of your choosing when I tell you to begin 6 in off the ground, toe pointed out, and you're going to count 1,00 1,002. Okay. Do you understand the instructions? >> No, I don't like this, but Okay. All right. Fine. All right. >> You understand? You may begin. >> Oh, I actually don't like it. >> So are you are you refusing to do it? >> No, I don't know. I don't know. Can I speak? >> No, I don't. >> So, they're called standardized field sobriety tests. Okay. These officers, whatever >> they have, >> this is weird. >> Okay, so they are under the assumption that you may be under the in alcohol or some kind of narcotic drug or something else. They're running you through tests to see if you're okay to operate a motor vehicle. These are standardized tests that are throughout the entire country. >> Okay? >> There's nothing weird. There's nothing different about >> I'll do it. Fine. I'll do it. >> Okay. Do you need again? What? What do you want me to do? >> Okay. You're going to raise either foot right or left. Okay. 6 in off the ground like so. Toe pointed out. And you're going to begin to count 1,00 1,002003. Okay. until I tell you to stop. >> Okay. >> If you understand, >> I'm also on like an incline. You see that, right? Like is it like at least let >> Well, if you'd like to stand back here then. >> Actually, do >> then you can face that way. >> Fine. >> Facing face. >> Down at your sides. >> I will. >> Holy [ __ ] >> If you understand, then you can begin. >> Okay. Ready? >> Yep. Okay, hold on. All right. This is so weird. >> How long do you want me to do this for? >> I You're going to You're just going to count out loud and I'll tell you when to stop. Okay. >> No, I can't do it. I can't do it. I'm like I'm like I can't No. No. >> Get out of the road. Okay. Do that. No one can do that. >> Just get out of the road. >> No one can do that. No. That's not like This is a weird thing. I can't do it. >> So, you're not going to do it? >> I I can, but >> Okay. >> Come on, guys. Really? >> All right. Just turn around. Face that way. Face that way. >> This is not right. based on her erratic driving, the odor of alcohol, her admission to consuming alcohol earlier, and her inability to satisfactorily complete the field sobriety exercises. You've been arrested for driving while intoxicated NJSA 394-50. The law requires you to submit samples of your breath for the purpose of testing to determine alcohol content. A record of the taking of breath samples, including the test results, will be made. Upon your request, a copy of that record will be made available to you. After you have provided samples of your breath for testing, you have the right at your own expense to have a person or position of your own selection take independent samples of your breath, blood, or urine for independent testing. If you refuse to provide samples of your breath, you will be issued a separate signage for the refusal. A court may find you guilty of both refusal and driving while intoxicated. If the court finds you guilty of the refusal, you'll be subject to various penalties, including license revocation of up to 20 years, a fine of up to $2,000, installation under the ignition interlock, and referral to an intoxicated driver resource center. These penalties may be in addition to penalties imposed by the court for any other offense of which you are found guilty. You have no legal right to have an attorney, physician, or anyone else present for the purpose of taking the breath samples. You have no legal right to refuse to give or delay giving samples of your breath. Any response from you that is ambiguous or conditional in any respect to my request that you provide breath samples will be treated as a refusal to submit to breath testing. Even if you agree to take the test but then do not follow my instructions, do not properly perform the test or do not provide sufficient breath samples, I will charge you with refusal to submit the breath testing. I repeat, the law requires you to submit samples of your breath for testing. Will you submit the samples of your breath? >> I need a lawyer. >> I don't know. I I don't know. I I need a lawyer. I can't answer this. >> Your answer is not acceptable. The law requires that you submit samples of your breath for breath testing. Can I do that? >> If you paid attention, part of the statement that I read you was that you have no legal right to have an attorney or position present. I have an attorney, but like >> this is a this is a motor vehicle violation. You have no legal right to have an attorney present. And I already told you when you answered I don't know that your answer was not acceptable and that the law requires that you submit samples under breath for breath testing. If you do not answer or answer with anything other than yes, I will charge you with refusal. >> Okay. So >> now I ask you again, this is the last time. Will you submit to breath test? >> Yes. You want you can guess right now. I just got it right now. Yeah. on the rain. Yes. in my bag and a lot of stuff. >> The other officer has it. Okay. >> What? >> The other officer, he has everything. How long ago? >> March. >> The first one was March. When was the second? >> This. >> All right. Yeah, right. >> No, no, no. This is >> all right. So, all right. So, and you never had one before that? >> No. >> Okay. So, this would both count as your first. >> Why? >> Because for it to count as your second, you would have had to be convicted and then arrested for another one. Mitch will explain it all to you, but you're you're in good hands with Mitch. >> I know I am, but like, you know, and I'm I'm not being a dick, like I'm being like a nice person and all, but like the first time I I lost my mind, I I was like I lost it, you know, and then I was like, "Fuck." >> Listen, it's, >> you know, >> it's a mistake. We're going to drink Uber. We're going to run together. I'm just mad right now. Like we always like it's my fault. I know that. But >> that's what we do. We deal with it. >> I don't know. Like >> I name them all, are you? >> No. that like to be pulled over like Jesus Christ. And why am I the one? It's just like it's annoying. >> One of the draw unfortunately, right? Like every time that's it. >> I don't know what is. Yeah. No, I agree. Like there's a reason, but still. >> But again, there's no accident. Nobody got hurt. There's been times where you're not as fortunate. So >> yeah, but like you're three times the limit. That's a big deal. It it is. And that's where you have to do some self-reflection and not let that happen again. >> Right. That's going to [ __ ] me up when I >> when you work with it. The prosecutor documents and see what they work out. >> Hang on. No, she's going to be picking up. I need to know. >> You can't She's coming and getting you. >> I understand that, but I need to know why she's coming. >> She's on her way. >> I know. >> She'll ring her buzzer and something. Seriously, >> you have to have a seat on the bench over there. We're not going to handcuff you, but have a seat on the bench. >> Why is that? >> Because I'm telling you to. You're in our headquarters. It's our policy and procedure. If you don't want to, then I'll put you in a jail cell. >> I need my bag. I need everything. Whatever you guys have, what you don't get me, I need all of it. Okay. Still [ __ ] around myself. Is going to hate me. >> I won't hate you. But like I I I got one, right? And I'm still working with that now. I got that. [ __ ] really like, you know, >> and she's going to tell you fix the root cause of drinking and driving or you won't have to represent me anymore. >> I hate to say it, but like everybody knows who drives. It's so bad, but >> doesn't make it right. >> It doesn't make it right. And like you said, it depends like like >> like I I just I'm lucky, you know, like so many people [ __ ] drink. >> They do. >> You should not. >> It's the same, right? >> Well, never again. Now it's my second time doing this and I got all over again. Um, >> the first time I'll tell you about like I was like ugly. I was like, I'm pretty sure not. I was like kind of like just an [ __ ] I'm really not. >> This time I was too drunk. >> Yeah, this time I was just like like the [ __ ] out of it. I I I cannot ever do this again. No. I have a friend right now. Guess what? Five DUIs. Five. >> It's not good. >> Okay. He's going to jail. >> Jail license for 10 years. No question about it. >> Yeah. What town does he live in? >> Hometown. >> No, I mean like that. Like, how do you get out of that? >> My gosh. She's going to be his [ __ ] I I But like how you can't get away with [ __ ] buying DUIs. >> No. Again, luckily nobody was hurt. >> Yeah. >> I mean, I'm not going to jail with this, right? >> No. Listen, I'm sorry, guys. He has no I no clue until I light him up and then it's like they don't know what to do. But you like you like your neighbors like they're probably thinking like I'm trying to steal cars out there on my way down. I'm stopping. Make sure lock. >> How long you lived in Ocean Port? >> Yeah. If I got pulled over, my kids were in the car. >> Well, like my heart was saying, luckily there was no there was no accident. So that's all you need for an accident on top. >> Yeah. >> My friend got actually like crashed and like some girl got hurt bad >> around here. This is like 3 years ago. Yeah. True. She was drunk driving and her again. I'm like, "Oh my god." Like, "No." No. My god. Like, that happened. So, like, am I going to get my bag back? How's that work? And then you have my phone. >> Phone's right here. >> And I can't use it. >> Yes. And there's no phone. We're not on our own either. So, >> okay. Heat. Heat. You got the pictures, right? God, >> this is a long process, man. Yeah. >> Waiting for her to come here then. >> I know. Still a long process. Heat up here. Okay. So far enough. Heat. Heat. both. >> No, I'll print back. I don't know. >> Say it again. I'm sorry. I don't know if she's actually coming. >> I told her on the phone. >> I know. >> I said, "Yes, I will come get her." I said, "Okay, thank you." For some reason, they didn't attach the >> Yeah. But they didn't know why. >> Did you uh the location number. >> Yeah, >> I hit import and then I can throw it like autoopated like the address and everything custody though onto the file. Is that what you're saying? >> Oh, just like in the uh in here not we're not under the tickets you say. >> Yeah. >> How many? >> So I imported them all. right there or under. >> Yeah, I thought Yeah, like under >> Oh. Oh, so they just went through a name but not to this call. >> Maybe you forgot to put the uh add incident or whatever. >> It pops up like >> Yeah, usually. Yeah, but if you skip a couple seconds, it disappears. >> Maybe I probably. >> So, well, when I know she's here, >> pop up here. They're in a >> buzzer in the bathroom. >> Sure. >> Anyway, yeah, there is a way to in attach it. I just don't know how to actual. >> Oh, when people like what's a cell look like? Not like that. >> That's still Yes. >> So, no like that. >> So, my friend was told there's >> no you don't even have a mattress. >> Mattress is the blue thing is the >> Oh, okay. You have that, but you don't have a pillow. >> No, there's no pillow in jail. It's not blanket. >> No, if somebody blanket, >> we we have a portable like a disposable blanket that we give somebody. You can't give them anything to hang themselves with. >> So, >> so how are you going to sleep? >> Like, you wouldn't be able to wear a jacket in there. Your earrings would have to come off. Like, you can't have anything to jail. >> So, how do you keep warm? >> You're in jail. You're as warm as you're going to get. That's that's all it is. So he is laying on >> people aren't in there for long periods of time. >> Oh no in there for long periods of time. So they don't have a blanket. >> You have disposable blankets if somebody really needed one. >> That's [ __ ] up. That's [ __ ] up. Think about it. We don't have a blanket. >> Well, we haven't used as you're saying that. But I think it's like what we were saying like you know at home it's like someone's calling something bad I can't imagine I can deal with like two nights of just sleeping or like but no like that's off that's off and then factor in >> these are shell cells you should see the other this is a newer building. You should see other police departments. They're like 50 years old. Dirty bars on them. Like it's these are these are very clean. These are like >> up people come in do cleanly come in there clean. >> Yeah. twice a week every the whole headquarters gets clean and they >> so then when they but when they go to like the cafeteria whatever the call is like like so what's that like >> there there there's no cafeteria in the municipal police department that would be like county jail here if somebody's here during meal time we just go to McDonald's and we get to bring it back so we need >> okay so then where's the cafeteria like >> in the county jail >> I don't know >> if somebody went to on the county jail. It's like you would picture like school cafeteria on the jail doors and tables and everybody just sits down. >> So like that's part of the plan like they just go and like get whatever they give or they sit down. >> It's like a buffet like like they only have certain choices. Not you know it's crazy. >> So here's the other thing, right? So like you have somebody that's Um, I'm just going to throw this out there. Jeffrey Der, [ __ ] crazy [ __ ] And then you have like someone like me who is like had like a DUI. >> Let's say I had like a lot of DUIs that I had and then you have a jack down. >> So, you're not going to put them in the same place, are you? >> Correct. You know, first of all, a man and a woman have to be in different cells separated by sight and sound. Um, and then individuals, they would never go into the same temporary jail. So, if you go to Mon County Jail, like let's say you got arrested for a domestic violence incident and you were out walking county jail tonight, you would go into their initial pod with like 20 other people. There's all 20 people. You go with the girls and the guys would go with the guys and then they just have to wait there until they get released and then they get a jail cell that they go to. But yeah, you're with like 20 people when you first go there. So, the girl that's coming to pick me up, um, it's [ __ ] nuts. So, I I met her because her we both have in common >> boyfriend. >> Yep. And he has five six DIYs. >> Wow. >> And two restraining orders on her. And we met just because of I don't even know, but she's so nice. Right. >> You know all that. You still dated him. >> That's >> I didn't know all that. Actually, I did not know all that. >> I knew like some of it and then I start it all started unfolding and I met her afterwards. I was like, "Holy shit." >> Yes. >> And she was like, "Yes, >> wrong." You know, but anyway, like the point is is like so she had like she did not want to do it. She she wouldn't she wouldn't do a restraining order and it's actually like the more I researched it like not that I really do it but like it's very easy to put a restraining order on something from what I understand like >> no not really you have to be able to show probable cause to a judge and a judge has to first >> well temporary I guess is pretty easy though >> no temporary is actually harder cuz temporary is emergent you have to show an emergency >> no he was like psychotic but I I when I met all this I didn't know any of this, you know. And now that like I met her, I was like, "Wow." like I'm now really [ __ ] sick. But he had this he he like I guess he um he he went against it or I don't know what it is but like he had mercy but he still like high like at a bar like all this stuff like went against >> shocking. >> What? >> Shocking. >> Oh no. Oh yeah, they exact. >> Yeah. >> And I and I did. I'm like I I did not even see it. Like holy [ __ ] And then now like you know like she she's so nice. She'll say but it's [ __ ] weird. Like I see why she did it. I mean he's not violent but it's just like this like you said stalking. >> Yeah. No, but and then he has a DUI. Like he's six. >> Yeah, that's worth >> I mean, okay, like I have this is my second. I'm very embarrassed by it. Clearly, I am so mad at myself, you know? I don't even know what the [ __ ] happened here. But when I let go, whole [ __ ] not. And that's a whole other level of problems. Like, it really is. >> Yeah. That's that would be a lot. >> Well, I would assume that like someone's going to say, "All right, you got to go to jail or rehab or something." But he told me that he there was one night or one I guess he had to stay in jail for like 3 days or something. He was drinking water. He told me he met this guy. This is why I was asking you this cuz he was with a very very very strange guy that was like in there for convicted for murder or something. So that's what I'm asking like you know don't they kind of like separate like are you there for like you know murder like I mean I'm assuming you're not going to throw some guy in there from a DUI guy that has like the murders. >> Well DUI would only be municipal police department. You wouldn't go to county jail unless there was any kind of like aggravating circumstances like it was a DUI with manser or you know something like that. All right. Well, I wish I could call my friend but I don't have my phone here. But I can call her. >> I can do it if you can. I'm going to call her around here. I just need to call her. Yeah, I might as crazy right there. I'll just bring it over here. I'll just copy number. We're going to call her over here. I'll call her up here. You gave me the address, right? What's your name again? Okay. Went straight to voicemail. Well, after like two rings. Try one more time. But again, happened the other time, too. I run like twice in there. >> She says she was coming now. >> Mhm. >> I I believe her. >> Hey Pam, it's patrolman. The West Long Branch Police Department. Okay. I just wanted to make sure. Just so you know, it's the West Long Branch Police Department. I know I said it before. I just wanted to make sure it's on Broadway. It's right off 36. Okay, no worries. How many how many minutes you think? Okay, no problem. All right, thank you. >> So, like 6 or 7 minutes was close. >> I at least one. >> Yeah, that was close. >> Guys, I love you, but I hate you. I [ __ ] hate her. >> It's understandable. We get it all the time. Listen, I from what I understand cuz I the my first UI like I'm still waiting on this [ __ ] and from what I understand is the prosecutors or something like you guys are like everything. So the way you're going to like describe what happened or something like you know that helps a lot with case. >> Now it's everything on video. >> Yeah. Now I really wasn't an [ __ ] The first time I might have been a little bit of an [ __ ] cuz I was so distraught. This time I was just like and I never want this to happen again. Like I really don't. I'm not a bad person. I'm just mad at myself. >> How old are your kids? >> 18 17. >> Yeah. >> Yep. >> They cannot find out my ex. He's going to go to town on me. >> Yeah. Where does he live? >> [ __ ] [ __ ] >> Where's he live? >> Red. >> So they go to shore or they go to >> No. My parent uh RBC and Yeah. >> RBC's. >> Yep. >> You play any sports? >> No. Well, my son does. He plays the same. But no, seriously, my son will literally he he's such a dick. He's going to rip me a stretch and just I don't need this. That's why I if he cannot find out about this. >> We're not telling him. You have no reason not to. >> No, but he somehow finds way. You're a [ __ ] loser. You're a [ __ ] drunk. He's a [ __ ] drunk. Okay. I don't need to find out about this. So, Bobby Turner, do you know him? >> Yes. >> Okay. He's like my best friend from high school. So when I the first time I got pulled over and he's like Jesus Christ like why didn't you say my name >> I was like I don't know I was stuck I have no idea like god damn I want to help you I'm like I don't even know and then now telling that >> and now this but >> you know I guess it happens No, Bobb's old. You guys are young though. So, the guy that pulled me over the first time was really young and Bobby said he goes, "This guy's like I don't think I think he's like still new and I think like you know is as much as many times you said like your father this and that." It's like I don't think it matters. He's like he was just like young and he's from the [ __ ] bush. Yeah. Really [ __ ] wacko coming in here though. >> Yeah. I do. >> Weird stories. >> How early are you working? >> 7:00 a.m. 7 a.m. >> That's awful. >> Yes, it is. Yes, it is. >> Yeah. Go grab it. I didn't even know. Like I'm thinking like when I got pulling for you guys over like I didn't even know what was I doing. Like I swearing like I didn't know. >> The light was red and you made a left-hand turn in the red light. You went past me. I was a little bit back in the intersection along the curb and you went around me and the light was red. You had your left blinker on and you went made the left turn while the light was still red. You stopped for a few seconds and then you just went through the uh intersection. that first of all that's just a checklist anyway. >> Yeah. I mean, well, it's identical. We have all you processed earlier anyway. 21. I lost track like so many guys like I do all the detectives everywhere but then being off the road and even but then going back on the road like as a supervisor like I'm not the one that's like backing and stuff. So, it's funny. The first time I've ever seen you not even I get that even like a little call from people like here. >> There's still some Yeah, they're all there. I wor >> Oh yeah, he was a one. Heat. Heat. You want to take that off? Take it back. Just take it off me and I'll take it off. >> Yes. >> Yep. Off you. Thank you. Be back in a couple minutes. She is here. You have her license. Who do the kids look like? You or your ex-husband or that's why I can't have them find out about this [ __ ] Well, I mean, not hard. >> I mean, like I can't, you know, that's why like it's going to go into that stupid ass patch. Like I I don't need that. >> I don't know what Ocean does. Again, like Roy Long branch, so we don't do that. But maybe Oceanport does. I'm not sure. Not sure what they do. >> Something when I got pulled over in March, it went in. I I don't even know how. And then like all these people [ __ ] found out. I was like [ __ ] >> So now what happens is there's a lot of people since we have body cameras, they send open requests for open public records act and they they request our body cam videos of our DUI arrests and they post them on like YouTube. That's what they've been doing recently. It's like some guy in California. >> I do not need this one on [ __ ] Google. Like I don't have to figure that out. Yeah. I mean, I actually squashed it. Like, I found it. I found I found it. >> Yeah. >> And I like contacted whatever [ __ ] newspaper it was and they were like, "Yeah, just give us like 100 bucks and we'll get rid of it." >> They shook you down. >> Yeah. >> I like I don't care. I'm going to give you $1,000. I was like, "Get it off." Like, >> I don't want it there. >> And then now I got to deal with this. I'm like, [ __ ] Like, that's it. The like And then I'll like keep like searching and searching and see if it's there. Like and then as soon as it pops up I have to like go. It's so annoying. But like look, I [ __ ] up. I [ __ ] up. It's my fault. I wish you guys was like, "All right, you know, I'm >> We didn't pull you over again. We're West Long Ranch." That was Ocean Port. >> You're in West Branch right now. >> I was like, "Okay, >> we do not We're not Ocean." >> Really? No. Like, it was like >> You're in West Lance. We're We're a different police department. Oceanport is who pulled you over. the other officers from Ocean Court. He had to come here because he's not certified to run the machine. >> Why can't they be like, "Okay, we'll leave your car here. We'll [ __ ] drive." >> Seriously, >> nowadays everything's on body camera. >> I mean, come on. I'm not like asleep with the wheel. Like, give me a [ __ ] break. Like PBA cars means nothing anymore. Nothing. Like I literally I'm like here please help me. Here help. Like leave my car. Drive me home. Whatever. I [ __ ] up. I'm not I should be driving. Focus on my car. That's it. Obviously I have for a reason to sell one of this because myself obviously more so but it's just like Okay. >> How do I know if she's here? By the way, >> she's here. >> Yeah, we're all we're all signed for. >> Okay. Now, what? >> It's going to be released information like you guys are a lot of this. Like they're going to go back and say, you know, the judge is going to ask how you were, what you thought of me. I'm not causing problems. Why not? >> Actually, this is your summones here. Okay. >> So, obviously for the uh >> at the West Long Branch Police Department, Marissa was read the standard statement for motor vehicle operators and [snorts] she agreed to provide breath samples. Her alco test results indicated a back level of 0 to 32% which was nearly triple the legal limit of 0.08%. When the officers were finished with processing her, Marissa was released to her friend, he signed the potential shared light warning form on Morris's behalf. careless driving, reckless driving, um traffic, creating risk of an accident, and then um the uh red light. Okay. Your summon is here. Got your property up here, your license, the documents for your car. Okay. So, my bag is in the car, I guess. >> Okay. So, what we're going to do, your friend, I told her already, she's going to follow me back to Oceanport headquarters. Okay. And uh I'll come out with this bag. Okay. >> My bad. >> It's at It's at Ocean Court. So, she's going to follow me back there >> right now. >> Yeah. Okay. No, I think I got everything. I just want to wash my phone. >> Yeah. Yeah. If I need anything, I'll message you guys. >> Marissa was issued the following traffic citations. Operating under the influence 39450. Reckless driving 30496. If you want to wait in the parking lot, we'll be >> Yeah. It's like a garage of work. It's going to open up. We'll pull out of there and just follow him right. All right. Clear.
