Okay. >> Yeah, she'll be she's fine. She'll be with me. She's going to drive so I can train. >> Two minutes. >> No, we're not. >> 2 minutes. 2 minutes. There's a dad's in Montreal that their parents are divorced. Um, she said she lives with her mother and her grandfather. Grandfather's old doesn't drive anymore. So, Yeah, they're divorced from England. I guess he lives in Montreal or he lives in Montreal. I I didn't get that one. She said he was in a different country and they divorced trying to call him. Okay. So, if we can't I think she tried to call her grandfather when she first got here and he didn't answer the phone. So, if we can't get grandfather on the phone, we have to drive over there, I guess. Okay. >> Yeah. I mean, there now any but now as long if she's staying with them, they're going to Linda, the bartender here and the owner. I think Linda's leaving. She going to go look for dog. Um, so I'll try to call grandpa and if I can't get grandpa on the phone, then that's reasonable efforts and we can leave her with Okay. >> Okay. All right. Thank you. Court records indicate that Jennifer was previously cited for fleeing the scene of an accident involving property damage on the Garden State Parkway in Clark NJ on January 19th, 2023. She also has three prior arrests for DWI on the following dates. DWI in Highlands, NJ on June 13th, 2009. DWI in Middletown Township, NJ on August 19th, 2011. DWI in Asbury Park, NJ on February 12th, 2018. >> Can you just try to call your grandfather? >> Yeah. >> If he doesn't answer, then um as long as you're good with it, you can stay with Morgan and >> Okay. >> She's fine. I know you have to do it. I trust you. I trust you. >> Hey, pop. >> Hey. >> Hi. Um, my mom um >> got in some trouble. >> Got in some trouble. So, can you just tell the cop that I'm okay to come home with just you >> or with >> with Mark and Linda? I'm going to get a ride home and I'm good at the house with just you, right? >> Yeah. What kind of trouble did you get? >> She's fine. I'll tell I'll I'll tell you about it when I get home. She's good though. >> Talk about how you talk to the officer. >> This is Officer Ross from Middletown. How are you? How you doing? >> I'm good. >> Drive her home. >> And they're going to they're going to drive her home. Is that okay with you? >> Yeah, it's fine. >> Okay. What's your What's your name? >> Pat Healey. >> Pat Healey. >> Yeah. I was a prosecutor. >> Oh, okay. >> Okay. And what's um I I'll get your phone number from your uh your granddaughter, but Okay. As long as you're good with that, then uh she's going to be here with uh with Mark and Linda until they drive her home. Okay. >> Okay. Thank you. >> You're welcome. >> Love you, Pops. Bye. >> All right. What's your address? >> Nice, Scotty. All right. So, I'm going to I'm going to go look for the dog, too. Control turn up. All right. >> Where was the dog >> last? You know, Crustini, that little old man built the right there. I saw him run off to the trail. >> Okay. Okay. So, at least you ran that way. >> So, yes. Yeah. Yeah. >> Yeah. I'm sure he's still on the or she's still on the trail running up and down. So, we'll we'll find her. If I got your phone, your phone number for you if you find her. >> Okay. All right. If >> we know where to be on the trail. She got to be on the trail. On the trail. >> Like that abandoned building a couple >> down this way. >> It was a pizza place forever ago. It's by itself. >> Okay. Um, it's only like a/4 mile down the road. Not even. >> Okay. >> So, up to the trail. >> All right. >> I'm going to when I leave here, uh, as long as nothing else goes on, I'm going to go up and down a trail myself. >> Are you guys bringing my mom home or No, >> she'll end up just when somebody gets arrested for drive and prosecutor. Um, they have to call somebody to pick them up. So, she's going to she'll end up calling somebody. I'm sure. >> Pick her up at >> Yeah. From the police department. >> Where? >> From the police department. >> Police department. Okay. >> Um, >> how long do you think that'll be took? It depends. It could be as soon as a couple hours. Um, if she's super intoxicated, I don't know. I haven't talked to her. >> Depends on what her what she's like. If she's >> very intoxicated, then we might have to wait a little while until she can't call somebody. Um, there's there's a lot of there's a lot of variation. So, >> uh, but she's safe. >> She'll, uh, talk to you later. >> Yeah. >> I'll see you later. >> Okay. Thank you. >> You're welcome. Good luck. Okay. >> Thank you. [Music] >> All right. So, uh, my boss, she wanted me to ask you one more time already told me already. So, she came here. She was intoxicated. We wouldn't let her drink. And then what happened out in the back? She was parked in the back. >> I was Yeah, she was parked in the back. I was in the kitchen cooking. Um, I could hear her. So, I don't know if they gave her one, they gave her a drink or if they didn't, but she was yelling and screaming. And so, I went out of the back with Linda. Um, she was in the car at the time. I reached in the car. I shut the car off. I said, "Jen, you don't need to drive. Just call you." You know, just carried on, carrying on trying to slam the door in my face. I was standing in the door holding my hand. Linda was standing to the right watching. She's like, "You don't like you don't care about me. Why do you care?" We're just trying to drive. I was like, an Uber to port side. Uh, and yeah, mom, I'll send you an Uber. Blah blah blah. And she's like, "See, my daughter gets me an Uber. I'm not driving." Blah, blah, blah. You know, this went on arguing with her probably for four, you know, 3 or 4 minutes. um slamming the door, opening the door, trying to you know, she's trying to slam the door on me and then Uber. I was just like Uber was out front at this time. I didn't know that sorry back out. That's what we heard beeping and then Linda ran over there to see and luckily that's all that happened was you know that's really and look you know I think I guess you saw her come this way with the dog. Did you see her? >> No. No. I walked over there. Linda came and was like, "You should come over here." I walked over there. Jen was still in that frame of mind where she was yelling, screaming at the guy, yelling, screaming at the girl. I saw one of them had the license plate. And then next thing I knew, I thought Jen went in the car. >> And by the time you got pulled up, I was like, "Yeah, Jen's in the car." I thought she went and sat in the car. And I said that when you got there and then somebody's like, "She's not here." So, she just went that way, locked the car, and left. >> Okay. >> Um, >> yeah. >> Tough night, unfortunately. >> Could have been luckily. >> Yeah. Yeah. Definitely. >> Definitely. You know, I mean, when I seen her pull out my dog, man. >> Yeah. It's not It's not great. >> Yeah. I mean, there's only so much you can do. >> Yeah. >> Unfortunately. >> Yeah. >> And you I guess how how do you think she was? She's pretty intoxicated when you got here. with with her like she doesn't stumble and fall. She her demeanor changes and she gets nasty. That's it. So, it wasn't like she looked physically intoxicated. But with her, like I was saying to her, she's like, "No, I'm not drunk." I'm like, "Yeah, you don't talk this way to me. Normally, you talk this way." You know, it wasn't her like I mean, if she probably wasn't mad, she probably wouldn't. Not that she was okay to drive, but she doesn't like to get, you know, blown down, stumbling, drunk. She just gets nasty. >> So, I mean, my argument with her when we were trying not to let her drive was like, "This isn't how you speak normally. You don't ever talk to anybody. That's why you thought she was driving." Yeah. That's really the only reason why just her yelling and screaming the way she was behaving was and how loud her voice gets was that she she wouldn't even come in if you know like she probably wouldn't even come in. Like I told her before you want job and she works. You can't drink here. how she gets and she's been dealing with her daughter her daughter's been dealing with hers here. >> That's when Jen is um drink, let's just say drinking. She >> way over the [ __ ] top. It's like >> actually I'm here all the time. She's always very like drinks during the day. >> No, no, no. I mean, and I don't mean it like that. I'm just like a little razled, but you know what I mean? Like when I watch >> you, you know, treat what she um Yeah. I was just saying how like going away she gets like she >> have any altercations with the other officers. I could see her freaking out. >> I know that I I heard them say that like when I shot that the dog was running. So >> yeah. No, I just I just really I know there was an instance years ago where she said she was at she and she ended up in Asbury fighting cops. So, you know, >> that's a that's a that's a big jump laying down. It's like she's been here before and acting up. Like she does she's pulling you Marcus scumbag in the back. And I'm like she pulled out her phone and she was like I knew that it was going to come back on him. You know what I mean? But I'm like, you keep it on. >> He was like literally was like this. You know what I mean? Like trying to get her to do the stop thing on the car. >> You guys don't have any issues. Like you don't need to report any different story. >> What happened back there? Really just a verbal argument. on that. Yeah, that was just >> at some point. >> We're like I feel like we're like used to it sort of thing. Does that make sense? >> Yeah. >> Not okay. But at some point I was like, >> you know, you were told you can't really come here and you can't drink here if you want to work. So I guess this is your choice and that's what you >> and he was like and he really did like kind of hold the school too. Like cuz I was just like >> I thought about it like >> I know you did. And once I pulled out the freaking cabinet, I was like, I now I know he's going to hold his goal, too. But it's so difficult to >> I didn't know you were, but I just was like in my head. >> Yeah. >> What do you do in that situation? Because you're like as an owner, as a as a person, as anybody, you try to do your best like you want to just >> drag her out of the car and like nail on her, but you can't, you know, like. >> All right, I'm going to go see if I can find a dog. If I find a dog, I'll call one of you guys. >> Okay, guys. Please. Oh my god. This 5:45. >> No, he is. He's the true father to the younger ones, not the older people with the little ones on the girls. 13 and it was 15. Yes. And then the old one is 24 back there. >> What? No, it's not now. I don't think I think that was last night. [Music] >> Sunday. >> You're standing into the other side, right? Trying to make more of a dining room over here. Some more tables. Carl, [Music] so I won't forget that place. All right. All right. So, we'll talk soon. >> Oh, yeah. So, we'll talk soon. >> All right. Thanks a lot. >> She must not have been here long. >> No. No. Cuz you don't let her you don't let her have. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. You tell she's yelling. [Music] They only have the front. >> Only the front. They don't have the perfect shutting her car off. >> Can you go to where she um like where she drives away? Call from around [Music] the ghetto. Call from that too. >> Call from then you can hear yelling. >> Yeah, >> she got out of our yell and screaming at >> What do you need? >> Yeah. Can you save it? at all. >> Can you put it on a disc or anything or >> uh normally I would used to I bought a new camera system because that was a pain in the ass. >> Maybe you can just save it if we need it. >> I'll save it. I think I can save it to my phone. It might be easier or I can save it to file on here and then I'll have it and then if you need it then I got to figure out how to put on a jump drive. >> Okay. >> Or I might be able to email it. It's gotten easier. It used to be an email address. I write down here for you. >> Tomorrow I can email it to you. >> Yeah, >> just this. >> Yeah, it's fine. >> Just her. Do you still [Music] if you can you can email it. Yeah, I swear that I haven't done it, but I think I've seen on there going through here being able to clip it and email it or from my phone. I can if I do it from my phone, it's actually easier, but the video quality isn't as good as on here. >> Gotcha. >> So, it'll take me some time. >> Okay. All right. Thank you. >> It's the status now. Just >> she'll be at headquarters for a while. >> My wife drove home her daughter. >> Okay. >> I didn't want to do it. >> I understand. So, her home is uh I was going to ask if she still that was sort of what probably got her a little fired up. I'm like, "Yeah, I'm not doing this anymore." You know, it's a shame. Couple weeks ago, she was leaving. There's an old timer and a tractor supplies like the same thing. This guy simple guy works at Tractor Supply talking about how he loves working there. I like gave him an attitude. During a phone call made by her daughter to Patrick D. Haley following her mother's DWI arrest. He indicated on speaker that he used to work for Middletown Township as a prosecutor. Resolution no 17 to 65 from Middletown Township indicates that as recently as 2017, her father Patrick Dehaleyesque has worked for Middletown Township as an alternate municipal prosecutor. Jennifer was later arrested again for assault in Hllett Township, New Jersey on March 6, 2025. As of April 6th, 2025, her most recent DWI case from Middletown is still pending in court. >> It's good and it's bad. I'm glad to just be done with her and the last so much. I tried to give her a second chance. No chance. But you know at this point she look like an [ __ ] right there. It's a shame cuz she's like she's trying to fix the bottom. >> Yeah. Yeah. No, you can't be if this is what happens. >> Yeah. >> Can't be done with it. >> I mean if you need anything else >> you got it. I'll get that tomorrow. Take care. I appreciate
