So, you're testing me for sobriety? >> Yeah. >> Right. >> Mhm. >> So, what's that your concern? >> Understand? >> Okay. If you're familiar with the area, it's nothing new, son. I'm born and raised here. Me, too. >> So, it's nothing new. Familiarize yourself, please. Cuz this is a waste of time. >> Please familiarize yourself. >> We're trying to get through this quick, >> right? And if you were really from here, you will familiarize yourself. This is a waste of time. I'm from here and >> it don't matter. We're stop. >> We going to do what they ask cuz that's what the [ __ ] I do. I wish the [ __ ] I do. >> They're from here though. Let's go. >> Okay. Arms at your side. Mhm. >> Right foot in front of your left, touching heel to toe. Remain in this position until I tell you to begin. Why? >> You're recording, right? >> Yes, ma'am. >> Are you not Are you not going to take the test? >> Absolutely, I am. >> Okay. So, you're going to take nine steps heel to toe, counting out loud with your arms at your side. When you get to nine, ma'am, it's going to be like this. When you get to nine, you're here. You take a small turn. >> Put your [ __ ] dress. >> Pull your dress down, ma'am. >> Y'all cannot obligate me to do that. I've I've I've reiterated myself several times. Yes or no? >> Have I reiterated myself several times? Yes or no? >> Do you understand the test? >> Absolutely. I sure do. Do you understand what my circumstances are? >> Stand by one second. >> Absolutely. >> Stay right there. >> Do you understand what my circumstances are? I'm telling you >> I'm not getting through this test at all. >> I'm willing to talk to you for a second. >> Do you stay home? I promise you, I'm here for it. >> Ma'am, please let me just finish. Okay? >> We need to make a a a constructive decision based on what we see. Okay? We did one test. We need to get through one or two more tests. It's probably like another five or 6 minutes and you in most and be on your way. Okay, >> that's fine. >> He's asking you to do one test but you're you're you're arguing with him. Okay. If you have issues with him, you have issues with him and him or me. >> It's my accountability. >> You can make a promise I'm not. >> If you can you can make a complaint. That's fine. Yes, you can. >> I don't want to. >> All right. But ma'am, you're saying you're willing to do these tests? >> I'm here for it. >> Then this is the last opportunity. Do this test and we'll get you out of here. Okay. >> And if it's not, then what? >> And they're not satisfied with me complying. Then what? Well, we're we're have to make a decision on your sobriety based on what we have. >> Okay. >> Okay. You do not by law have to perform these test. And we're not going to hold that against you. But any decision we make? >> What if I don't? Then what? >> Well, I can't predict the future, but I'm just going to tell you that any decision we make will be based on our observations. >> So, if I don't comply now, then what? >> I don't know because you >> I'm asking you. >> You can't I we're not there yet. Okay. >> Okay. Well, I'm asking you not. >> But there I don't have an answer for you. >> Could you please answer that for me? It's an impossible question to answer. >> That's not true. >> I just I just explained to you what what could happen. Okay. If you do not perform these tests, okay, that's your right. However, any decision we make on upon your sobriety will be our our observations, what we saw you driving, your physical your physical um you know, anything we observe physically with you. Okay? So, that's how we make our decisions. Okay? So, if you want to perform these tests, get through I don't wish to, but I will. Okay, you guys, I will. >> Okay, then listen, officer. Ready? Right. >> I don't wish to know. >> Pardon? >> I don't wish to. No. >> You don't want to do the test? >> I don't wish to. No. >> Okay. So, >> are you guys requiring me to? >> We're asking you to perform these tests. >> But I don't wish to. No. >> Okay. >> These are how we determine. >> Are you requiring me to, >> ma'am? >> So, I don't wish to. What are you asking me? I'm telling you more than once, several times. I've said it more than once. I do not wish to. No. I I just want you to understand we >> I understand. Absolutely. I do. >> Absolutely. I do. I don't wish to. But what what now? >> Chiefs at me. >> Just brought >> We're getting there. Couple minutes. We'll be there. >> I really have to be upgraded from the table to a P. You're not really talking to us. >> It doesn't matter. I'm building right or wrong. >> Sure. >> I'm born and raised in America. >> Were you? >> Yes. >> Yes. So, we have the same rights. Yes or no? >> That's correct. We do. >> Absolutely. I have plenty of reason. If you want to get that deep into it, you'll eventually find the reason. >> Okay, >> I'm doing my due diligence by being a designated driver. I'm trying to at least, but it doesn't matter at this point. So, I really do I actually don't wish to share information with you cuz I'm kind of wishing that you guys do violate my rights. >> Okay, I'm not going to I'm not going to ask any questions. >> I'm being honest.
