like that really why don't I have an ambulance come and check you out just just for safety purposes on April 20th 2024 around 8:31 p.m. officer Raymond Calderon with the Hoboken Police Department responded to a report of a motor vehicle collision involving a 2017 Lexus and X2 and 2017 Honda HRV at 11th Street and Bloomfield Street he initially made contact with a 34-year-old woman who was driving the Lexus and she informed the officer that she was struck from behind by the driver of the Honda she also agreed to let First Responders with Hoboken M's evaluate her before leaving the scene officer called a Rome the made contact with the 29-year-old woman who was driving the Honda and she was identified as Kathleen and you don't have to go to the hospital you could just refuse to go to the hospital you just signed something I I need to go to the hospital no okay so they could just check you out make sure you're okay and you know and then you could just sign something saying you don't want to go to the hospital at this time okay is that normal protocol to call the ambulance or I mean if you're telling me the thing is after we're done here you're probably going to Drive I haven't really looked at the cars yet but I want to make sure before you you get on the road I want to make sure that you're okay you know they're the experts I'm not so I feel more comfortable if to 45° he did not observe vertical nystagmus the second exercise was the walk and turn test during the walk and turn test Kathleen did not touch Heel To Toe on each step and took an incorrect number of steps after she pivoted the final exercise was the one leg stand test and she displayed a lack of balance and failed to raise her foot in the proper fashion oh my God I can't even believe him just
