came down the whoever flew down the street where the fire department was it's kids there on the corner there was a kid on the corner with the mom with Johnny stab going across the street oh sorry and um and uh this guy just blew by and I thought he was going to stop and Pull and he didn't there was other people then he gets to the main street I don't know I don't know I was upset but I got here I calmed down and I I don't know what to do what happened you crashed into you or yeah look but right here no no that's that's from work but that I follow oh your mirror yeah I follow him all the way up from John on February 9th 2023 around 5:39 p.m. Sergeant Christopher shakuras and officers Matthew Rizzo and Paul Ryan with the Bon Township Police Department were dispatched to the area of mcaffrey Lane in reference to a hidden run officer Ryan made contact with the caller who advised him that his vehicle was struck by a black Volvo SUV on the 300 block in the town of Bonton officer Rizzo located the suspected Volvo in the turn County Park upon locating the vehicle officer Rizzo made contact with the driver who is identified as Kira where the firehouse is is that where it happened at Johnny's Tavern yeah okay well not at the tavern that wasn't at the Tav what what happened on boen Avenue yeah like uh uh right uh where the firehouses right directly in front 320 I was at the house 320 320 what uh Avenue yes sir that's what on the stre actually happened at 320 Avenue actually at 320 you were parked or I was parked okay I was parked I was going to go eat cuz I got to the house I you know I cleaned up a little from work I okay I'm going to go eat okay and I oh do you work for Verizon or no this is a this is my B I work I work in I work for MPD Logistics in fre in heis okay uh but this is a van I use for you know side work but I'm getting in the vehicle I'm in the vehicle I'm waiting for see if I'm going to hook up with somebody I'm going to eat right right and I see him coming and I know it's narrow but you didn't sped up and Bam I'm like waa and then I I I pulled out behind him the [ __ ] cuz I didn't know I thought he was going to run away and he there was a lady and with her kid on the corner on the left hand where the tavern is and then he flew down there's more people down there at the at the other bar restaurant he just crazy okay all right [ __ ] you were parked which way uh uh facing down I had to facing down and he came down and hit your down okay yeah okay all right I don't know maybe there's a problem I don't know all right well they're check they're checking right now my license yeah you have your license insurance uh insurance registration okay does your does your registration come back to you or yes to me yes uh uh okay okay there we go okay I'm waiting for the insurance card okay so please don't give me I know they give a ticket if you but all right well just give us AE cuz mostly what's going to happen is Boon's going to have to come down here the town of botin cuz it happened in the town of botin cuz not no we're in botin Township right now oh okay okay so just give me a minute okay Kira told officer Rizzo that she thought she hit something and that the other vehicle was following her he noticed damage to the passenger side of her vehicle and detected the odor of alcohol as he was speaking with Kira officer Ryan arrived to assist after he was finished speaking with the caller since the incident occurred in the town of bton their agency was notified and Sergeant mondino arrived on scene as well to be briefed on the trying to call everybody here should we them now see if they want to respond I mean ultimately it's our call right now this is just where they ended up and she hit that yeah head towards the20 Bo 42 here based on their indicators of impairment Sergeant shakuras instructed officer Ryan to ask Kira to exit the vehicle and perform field sobriety exercises officer started with the horizontal gaze mogus hgn test this was followed by the one leg stand and walk and turn tests Kira did not seem to understand the instructions so Sergeant chorus also had Kira perform the walk and turn and one leg stand test Kira was unable to complete these tests satisfactory face of me face of me I already I turn it off so I want you to do I'm going to have you follow my finger okay do hgn you going to follow my finger with your eyes and don't move your head at all okay all right next test I'm going to have you do okay I'm going to demonstrate the test okay don't start the test till I tell you to all right stand your feet together like this hands at your side don't start the test till I tell you to okay all right I'm going to explain and demonstrate the whole test you're going to pick one foot off the okay all um all right so at this time we're going to place you under arrest for driving one the influence all right you didn't pass any of the tests um and we feel that you're under the influence currently so officer Rizzo is going to place you under under arrest for driving while intoxicated all right based on the motor vehicle accident the odor of alcohol and the indicators of impairment Kira was placed under arrest for operating Under the Influence her vehicle was impounded by corlano Towing for a mandatory 12-hour hold under John's law officer Rizzo placed her in handcuffs advised her of her Miranda rights and transported her to the botin township Police Department for further processing do you have any all now you said you were driving to Star Athletics were you picking up a daughter or a family member or anybody correct okay who are you picking up my daughter okay is there a phone call do you have a husband or a boyfriend or a family member that could come and pick up Police Department she agreed to submit breath samples for testing and her Alco test results indicated a BAC level of 0.31% comma which was nearly four times the legal limit of 0.08% once they finished processing her Kira was released to her husband pending her court appearance after he signed the potential liability warning form on her behalf officer Rizzo issued her sumes for operating Under the Influence reckless driving and careless driving the town of Bonton also issued her summonses for careless driving failure to report accident and leaving the scene of an accident involving property just to I know you said you don't have anything on you but we just have to make sure court records indicate on May 16 2023 Kira was found guilty of operating Under the Influence as a result of being found guilty Kira's license was revoked for 4 months she had to use an ignition Turlock device for 9 months and she had to spend 12 hours at an intoxicated driver Resource Center she also had to pay a total of $890 in fines the other citations were dismissed as part of a plea agreement on November 30th 2023 Kira was arrested again for DWI in Chester Township New Jersey after crashing into a bridge at almost five times the legal limit 0.373 per BAC her case from Chester Township was disposed of in court on September 19th 2024 okay you could sit down right here and then just for the time being I have to handcuff you over here put it in like this so it's more comfortable thank you you're still on yes
