What's your name? >> All right. I'm >> Hello, Corporal Parish. >> Yes. So, is your daughter Taylor? >> Okay. So, she's >> Yeah, she's got a couple like scratches and stuff to her, I guess, to her face. The first aid squad's here checking her out. Um, her car hit a telephone pole. Um, and she's pro, I would assume, going to go to the hospital to get checked out. I I don't have that answer yet for you. Um, we are at Norite by Yorkshshire. Do you know where that is? >> Okay. Yeah. So, so I think she's 18, right? Am I correct? >> Okay. So, um I mean she can we couldn't she couldn't find her phone. I guess >> she said talking to her. She was like looking for directions trying to call her boyfriend and that's how she end up over here. >> So, it's in the car somewhere. >> Okay. >> Right. So, I mean >> Yeah. So, the gist of what we found out so far, I mean, I guess she had a rough night breaking up with her her boyfriend. Her boyfriend broke up with her. Um, she was making a loop to head back home, emotional, maybe looking directions using her phone or whatever she was doing, and uh, hit, like I said, hit a telephone pole. Um, she said her mouth hurts, which could be from the airbags coming out. Um, but as of right now, she's she's Yeah, she like she Yeah, like she's mobile. She's talking. Um, >> her phone I might be in the car. Um but obviously when she goes if she goes to the hospital as of she's since she's 18 she can make decisions. Um >> but >> yeah yeah no problem. >> Yep. Um >> right now hack down unless they see something in there. >> So it'll be it'll it'll most likely be Hacktown hospital just so you so you do know. They haven't made the final decision but it probably will be. >> Yes. So she Yep. She's talking, sitting. Um I mean she she definitely will be in pain and have a couple cuts and stuff, but um no problem. Um if once we know the hospital, I'll give you a call back. Um if we find her phone, I will also uh make sure she gives you a call or whatever. >> Yeah, usually. Yep. So, we'll give you any other updates if we get them or, you know, as we get them. >> Yeah. Yeah. So, the ambulance, the ambulance, the police, the fire, we're all here. >> Uh, Nor Road just by Yorkshire. So, almost to like um >> do you know Draketown Road? Like >> we're just before that intersection of Draketown Road and Noright Road. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, like I said, probably some injuries to her face from sounded like the airbag, but uh up talking, breathing, >> able to walk. So, no problem. We'll give you any updates when we get them. All right. >> Yeah. Yeah. No problem. Okay. >> All right. >> All right. Okay. No problem. >> Hold on. Hold on. I think it's off. Let me just double check. >> Yeah. Yeah. This you? >> Yeah. What? What? So, are you on mute? No, but I will be. Okay. Mom's got a minor kid at home. She's working on just somebody so that she can meet her at the hospital or whatever. >> Taylor, you're on mute. So, just so you know, >> Taylor, what's your cell phone, >> Officer Cole Shamansky, Officer Scott Meyers, Corporal Daniel Parish, and Sergeant Kirk Griffin arrived on scene to assist shortly afterwards. Officer Shamansky asked Taylor to explain what happened and she admitted that she was attempting to call her boyfriend. He had broken up with her earlier that day. She also stated that she was headed back home after driving towards her boyfriend's house. As he was speaking with Taylor, he detected the odor of alcohol. However, field sobriety exercises were not administered because she appeared to be injured. >> Okay, thank you. I'm listening. >> You calling it? >> Yeah. Yeah. Go ahead. Is it on? >> When she gets an angle, >> go talk to her. >> Yeah. >> Yeah. >> Oh, come on. >> Back somewhere. Oh, right here. >> They got it. I think I got it. >> Yeah. Yeah. I hear someone said they have it. >> Yeah. Give it to uh >> Cole. >> Where the hell's the >> You think so? Huh? You think so? >> Yeah. Hold on. Yeah. Okay. Hey. Okay. Um, hold on. Yeah. Uh, nothing else out of the car, right? >> Yeah. No, I think we're all good. All right. We got phone, license, insurance. Taylor was issued the following citations. Operating under the influence, operating under the influence underage, reckless driving, traffic on marked lanes, use of handheld wireless telephones, and failure to wear seat belt. >> Okay.
