Uh my brother and his girlfriend are the ones that are fighting. Who's inside, I'm sorry? My twin brother and his girlfriend. On August 10, 2025 at approximately 11:32 p.m., Officer Elsa Franco with the Villa Park Police Department responded to a residence on a report of a domestic battery. She arrived on scene and made contact with a male who informed her that his brother, as well as his fiance, had been involved in a physical dispute. The officers were advised by dispatch that there were knives and firearms inside the residence and that both of them were intoxicated. Officer Franco then made contact with the female party, who was identified as 26-year-old Breanna Burnett. We're in an altercation. I was He's trying to get his ring back from her. She's fighting She kicked me first. They're doing the whole thing. She will not get out of my house right now. I did ask her Okay. Well, stop for a second. Okay. Are they still actively fighting or are they separated? We already spoke on that on the phone. Okay. So, they're That's her? No, this is my girlfriend. Okay. Okay. She's the one that was on the phone with, who I was just dispatch. Okay. And it is not going on now. I've asked her to get out of my house. She is resisting. Okay. She's in the bedroom? Uh yes. She's She's with my brother. And they're both in the bedroom? Yes. As far as I know. Well, she has her makeup room there, and the bedroom is next to the bathroom, so that's fine. Okay. I don't know. I think the brother's coming out. Hi. Uh can you come and talk to me over here? >> Yeah, of course. I'll come to I have nothing on. Okay. Um He's the hot seat. He's my fiance. Okay. Um I'm like We're arguing over just like stupid stuff, and he's been drinking. Like it's normal in his breath, but he like comes in the room and he's like, "Give me my ring. Give me my ring." And I was like, "No, like not until I get all my stuff out of your house." So, I have like some kind of um coverage, if you will, if you could say. And Okay. Then his brother went and came in the room and like like threw me on the ground. I got punched in the face and like my hair pulled. Okay. Yeah. So, it was between and your fiance, and his brother >> he got involved. This is like the second time. Okay, and So, I'm like shaking a little. I know. I know. I know. Now, do you need any medical attention? No, I think I'm fine. You're fine? Okay. And it was because I'm just like like an Yes, ma'am. Yeah, yeah. I'm I don't know. Argument. Okay, between you and your fiance. Did it get Did it get physical or just verbal? Yeah, like my hand he like not have it in my like face. Okay. My name is Talk to her first and we'll talk to you the second. He like instigated it. He kind of started the whole like physical fighting. Fighting. So. Okay. Um Between you and your >> held me down and like tried to grab the thing out of my hair. Grab the ring out of your And he's like holding my neck cuz we just did. Yeah. Are you sure you're okay? Um just like it just happened so I'm still like, you know, but What is um My name Yeah. Breanna, b r i a n n a page. Burnett. Give her a middle. Uh P, Paige. What's your last name? Burnett, B as in boy, u r n e t t. B u r B B u r n e t t. What's your phone number, please? Okay, so what's the plan for tonight? Um well, I can if I can get like my stuff I need for work tomorrow and clothes I can go to my mom's or my dad's. Okay. Yeah. Um the only thing is like I'm scared that they're going to try to like you know, hold my stuff and not let me get it. Obviously, I know it's like a more criminal kind of thing, but um Right, if you need to come back and get your stuff you can you can always call us and we'll come back and stand by you and you can get the rest of your um at another time where Right, when it's not like like a heated argument or anything like that. But I'm just scared that that's why I didn't want to give him everything cuz that he's going to have all like take all my stuff. I have like important stuff like that. My my social birth certificate like all that. You can grab all of your stuff today if you need that today. Okay. And my bird. Okay. Now, as far as any do you want to file any complaints for them? I don't know you said you got punched. Yeah, in my in my right eye. Okay. Or so they're all but I don't know. Um What about the commotion? I mean nothing against him but obviously I feel like kind of started the whole No, the instigation. But he came in and he was like he was walking past and then like he hit me and we just have I was like uh Yeah, yeah. >> People have arguments. We got more uh physical when he came in and he started screaming at me and Okay, and they kind of just gang up on They hold me down. They tried to take the ring out and they like fell on the ground and then Okay. All right, give me a second, okay? Okay. I mean the argument I mean we usually figure it out but it's it's been rough cuz it keeps happening over and over and over. So Did you get his information? Yeah, I got it. Okay. But um Yeah, I don't I don't know so we usually work it out but I don't Okay, how physical can't keep doing it. How physical did it get between you guys? Uh argument, fighting. I mean she ripped my tank top before this, broke my necklace, I'm bleeding on the lip, I have a scratch mark and then basically she I'm pretty sure I can't remember really. I'm pretty sure she grabbed me and then was kicking and scratching and then fell off and then that's when Justin came up, saw us fighting and then got in and then yeah, it's just Do you want to file a complaint for the physical part? Probably not. I'm not going to go to that extent. She's Okay. So this is what she she just wants to grab some of her stuff. That's okay. She wants to grab her stuff and she can leave uh for the night and then once you guys are all sober you guys can figure this out. All right. Okay. So that's what's going to happen for the night. Yeah. She can grab her stuff. She's going to leave for the night and then we'll go from there. Okay. Okay. All right, I'll be in a second. So, she's got um So, she's got some some stuff that she doesn't want to file in you guys from the truck too. So, they're going to be here in a minute. So, we just arrested both of them. So, you could have asked you could have asked the sergeant to come. Because they were all three involved. So, that's good. Um correct. So, let me talk to Yeah, I'm going to talk to um sergeant see what he wants to do. But yeah, she's got some uh uh blood in her mouth too. All right, yeah, it's fine. Okay. Nature Center It's definitely on my to-do list for sure. It's uh it's very cool. I don't think so. Yeah. So, she's she's got markings but does she Okay. Neither one want to file a complaint but I know if they're have physical markings People hit each other. Okay. But I think that the brother also She's saying that the brother also was on top of her what not. Um What would be your take on it? If neither of them want to file a complaint, there is markings so I know if there's visible markings. >> can confirm that the markings came from a battery then yes, we should arrest whoever whoever is involved in in creating those. Okay. If the markings are If we don't have evidence that could prove that the markings came from the battery then we wouldn't arrest but I mean in this case it sounds like Yeah. Yeah. >> We can prove that the markings came from So, then yeah. Okay. All right, so it'll I'll be both of them. I don't know how much involvement the brother had. I don't know if he got any markers. Let me go talk to him. No. Okay, cuz she claims that they were both on her. She what? She claims that they were both on her. Okay. But yeah, let me talk to him and see. Yeah, see if he has any Okay. Um, did you get his info? Yeah. Okay. Yeah, he can give me his side real quick. Yep, I'll listen. So, then she was saying you joined the argument. Uh, how you related to him again? We're twins. Okay. You don't look anything alike. No, you don't. Uh, then you joined the argument defending his brother. And just asked her, you have to give it back. Don't own it. It's not yours. And then what? Punched me in the face. Closed fist? He he was holding her hand at that point like the trying to get it and she got it out and punched me in the face and that was the first. Okay. Where on the body did she punch you? Uh, just swung at me. She was right-handed. And then she That was her little thing is not going to do nothing to me. What's left? Um, all three. All three of them? The both. Um She just has priors. She's been here >> really confirm that he She claims that he had her too, but >> video. I have video inside and I will repeat it all day. >> video though? All right, hey, let me ask you this. I'm not charging you for anything. Yeah, I'll just come with you. Yeah, that's totally I mean that's you told us we couldn't Well, look, you guys were both going upstairs and I said upstairs. Okay. No, I was just I I I didn't want to walk until we told you. I was staying in the Well, I was mainly just for the You're not going to come in. You're going to look around. It was mainly for the doctor. We're going to go up with him and get the phone. Cool. All right, let's go. Mainly for the doctor and stuff like that. No, the door was open, right? Yeah, the door was open at that point. I don't want them to come in on me. We're going up? >> Yes. He's a real old man. Don't worry about him doing anything. Uh, a lot of this is the room. This is how we I we left it. I was trying to get my Where did the argument occur? Right here >> room? Okay. Okay, where would that phone possibly be? Yeah, we assume in here then we feel free to look. This is and this is where >> Yeah, dude, I just Where Where's the gun in here? That's what I That's what I don't know and I was asking and that's what I was I was being demanding about is I don't know if it's in here or >> believe his phone's That's what I'm saying because we were being tossed around and stuff, so That was something and you want to he'll give you access to it and camera access. This is his, not hers, right? Okay. So and he'll see The camera is right there. That's the main one that's in the drawer over there. Okay. As far as seeing the drawer there and all that stuff. Okay. With your permission, what kind of camera is it? Uh What kind of what is that? >> of camera? A Casio camera. >> Okay. I'm sure we can figure it out. If uh Uh Uh it's in the back and it's not even going to show. So This is the room right here. So I mean there just be a lot of yelling. So we can go back to how it all started probably cuz I was in the living room with that one. What about the physical part? Yeah, that's the her room's right here. See all the stuff there. Nothing occurred in here like that? No, it's all in her head. No, it's all in her room basically. Yeah, but it's at the side door. So it's not in there. Is that one showing anything in there? Just the screaming and >> think so. Okay. Well And I mean I don't know if Let's talk over here. Give us a second, both What So what is she saying? She's saying that the physical altercation that he hit her, but she's saying that the brother also hit her. Brother's saying obviously they came and calmed her down. They what? Um to stop them from fighting. So, I'm going to take his word for that, but the majority of the altercation and physical part was between him and her. Uh she's got some markings, he's got markings, so they're just going to be both of them. Or both, I know. We can't find the aggressor. No, it's going to be mutual. So. But there's a camera like facing this. Okay. So, unfortunately because you guys are both mutually a combatant, you guys are both going to have to get locked up tonight, okay? Um unfortunately because you do have some markings and he's got markings, um so that's to be determined, okay? Okay, can I show you actually a previous video of him hitting me in the face? Excuse me? Can I show you a previous video video? Breanna told Officer Franco that they had gotten into a physical argument and that her fiance wanted her to return the engagement ring. She refused to return his engagement ring because her property was still inside the residence. Her fiance, later identified as Vincent Coconato, admitted that they were in a physical altercation. Since both Breanna and Vincent had visible physical marks on them that were the result of a physical altercation, they were both placed under arrest. Was that from today's? No, it was from yesterday. >> to talk about today. Can you get that off of me, please? Yeah, can I just have to use the bathroom? Yeah, I'll get those for you in a second. Can I borrow your ID and your wallet real quick? Do you have your purse with you? No, I don't. Thank you. Do I have to wait what is today? Please. Mr. 2, can you mark 1 female proceed? Did you need your purse? Um, no. All right, you got your phone? Yeah. Can I have two bags? Yeah, that'll be nice. They're like I think on the the behind that gate over there. And I'll walk with you over here and then I'll get you some sugar right here. Just stand right here and come. >> [groaning] >> And he hit you with a Do you know if it was closed hand or open hand? Open hand You know His brother Like me and him were arguing. I was sitting on my chair. Went in the room and I was like, "Okay, I'll leave." Okay. And then he came into like the room through my doorway. We were just like arguing back and forth and then his brother came and kind of got in it and then he like pushed me down the hallway. Brother's just calling me. Just named Darius. Okay. It was more of a pushing and shoving and Um, well, they Well, they both gang up on me. got up on me. Kind of threw me down. We fell off the chair and um >> [groaning] >> He did he did he >> No, I don't want those. I think he's going to do it. I'm taking his brother to the county. What the hell is that? I don't know. The shoes and you're going to look fancy. Oh my god. All right. Hey, shoes are >> Beggars can't be choosers. He like poured water in this on purpose. You sure you don't want no other than those shoes? Well, he like poured water in there. They're wet. On purpose. Like they're soaking wet. He poured water in these shoes. Yeah, she's waiting for those shoes, I guess. Yeah, he did something to my shoes. Are these the only shoes that she's got in there? >> No, I have a thousand pairs of shoes. He just hates me right now. And those are wet. She's upset. He hates me. He's just part of it. He doesn't want to get her out of there. He doesn't want to touch me. So, the thing is we can only confirm your guys' actual altercation. You didn't see him or him or his brother come in there and then the kids the kids on camera? No, the kid it doesn't really show anything. That's why I was trying to look at the camera to see what I can get from it. >> wouldn't hit me like that. You called her in custody? Yeah. Okay. Thank you, sir. All right. These are probably not Hopefully they're not soaking wet, dude. I would say it would be extremely difficult for those to be soaking wet. All right. She'd be mad at me. Uh Can I um Oh my god. I don't know what this is. What the heck is this? Um this is not the first time this Is this two pages? Is this two pages? Like two pages? Yep. Am I allowed to do what I got to do to call? Absolutely. Yep. Hey, Connie. I'll give you Tina and I. I can do that. Victor two. I'll be taking one female in custody to the PD. Yeah. I don't know what how you pronounce it. We're going to call his attorney. approve whatever it is with the battery. And then from there, uh you'll go to uh the county and then you'll see a judge in the morning. Okay. And you'll like, you know, what the next step is. Okay. Is it like where the the um the state kind of takes over it when it's like a domestic violence? Yeah. And what happens if I come back and like all my stuff is thrown everywhere outside cuz of the brother? Um He's the one that like it's scary cuz um he's I mean, he just wants me gone and taking his brother from him, you know, that's he does Um but like my fiance has been covering his butt like um for bills and I've been helping as well. Um but he kind of he wants his brother to hate me, too, because he wants me gone cuz I'm taking him from him. Like we're going to like eventually leave and sell that house or like they're going to sell the house, rent it out. Um but I don't know. I just feel like it's that. He's always wanted me gone and then I I'm scared that I'm going to come back tomorrow and all my stuff's on the curb where I can't find my like important stuff. What if it happens on the 29th? Um but, the thing is that you're going to make sure that after this Yeah, I'm going to let them know you need to go get your stuff cuz you can't be back there. Okay. Or you Cuz my car, everything's in Uh, you can't be back there. Okay. Uh, within 72 hours. Can I have someone get my stuff though, right? Yeah, you My animal talk to the judge when you talk to the judge, but let her know Okay. I've never been like arrested sober, so it's very it's different. It's embarrassing.
