Please like, comment, and SHARE! 🙏 🔍 Episode Overview: Around 11:32 PM on August 10, 2025, Officer Elsa Franco of the Villa Park Police Department went to a home for a domestic battery call. When she arrived, a man told her his brother and fiancée had fought. Dispatch warned the officer that both people were drunk and that guns and knives were in the house. Officer Franco then spoke with 26 year old Brianna Burnett. Brianna said the fight started because her fiancé wanted his engagement ring back. She refused to give it back since her own things were still at the house. Her fiancé, Vincent Coconato, also said they fought. Both Brianna and Vincent had visible injuries. Because of this, the officer arrested them both. Police took them to the Villa Park Police Department in separate cars. Brianna sat in a cell while Vincent waited on a bench. Both faced the same charges: 720 ILCS 5/12-3.2(A)(2) for domestic battery through physical contact and 720 ILCS 5/12-3.2(A)(1) for domestic battery causing bodily harm.
