approximately 12:55 a.m. officer Jonathan H with the wagan police department observed a white Infinity speeding without headlights as it was headed southbound on JS Road near the intersection with Lake Street Commander Oliver activated his emergency lights to initiate a traffic stop after the driver turned westbound onto Lake straight officer HK made contact with the passenger of the Infiniti as command Ander Oliver made contact with the driver the driver was identified as Vanessa long way with right okay so I know you've been drinking toight how much have you been drinking like two drinks asked Vanessa to perform field sobriety exercise sizes he was about to administer the horizontal Gaye nagas hgn test but she ultimately refused all field sobriety exercises about 30 40 minutes ago mhm okay so you got there about 30 40 minutes ago guys just hanging out meeting some friends there yeah okay my my my kid's dad is having a VIP section there oh okay oh very cool I know how's the VIP sobriety exercises she agreed to perform the field sobriety exercises at the station officer H started with the hgn test and he observed the lack of smooth Pursuit distinct and sustained night stmas at maximum deviation and the onset of nagus prior to 45° he also observed vertical nagus the second exercise was the walk and turn test but she refused she also refused the one leg stand test the final exercise was the modified Romberg balance test and she agreed to perform that test why I'm not being no WR over no [ __ ] DOI cuz I didn't take no [ __ ] okay I didn't I didn't take no I want was eventually released station pending her court appearance and officer haste gave her a ride home Vanessa was cited for DUI 625 ilc S5 11 to 5001 A2 du back of over 0.086 to5 ilc 511511 driving without headlamps 625 ilcs 512s to 2011d and illegal transportation of alcohol 6 to 5 ilcs 511s to 5002a what' you say your name on hey man Vanessa Vanessa all right I'm M G Roy okay bro what's going late County Sheriff's Office in wagan Illinois on June 22nd 2024 she has additional arrests for driving with a suspended license in Lake Forest Illinois on May 16th 2024 as well as another arrest for retail theft in wagan Illinois on May 12th 2024 and you think I want to deal deal with a DUI over somebody tell me can you can you please I couldn't even [ __ ] wipe my [ __ ] little little [ __ ]
