out of the gate he gets stopped for
speeding and because of his obvious
bizarre behavior he gets asked to step
out of the vehicle
he refuses and demands a supervisor but
it all kicks off before the supervisor
arrives because backup arrives and they
are not messing about which leads to him
calling for his mom and crying when he
gets arrested

pulled me over for what was the crime

central this subject is requesting a

the best part about the supervisor being
called is the confidence it gives him
this makes the end of the video even
sweeter i believe some pd's do have a
policy for calling a supervisor where
sovereign citizens are concerned but
this officer seems to be doing it out of
courtesy and to appease him until backup
arrives so he can arrest him
now what crime have you suspected me of

and here's the problem with getting your
legal definitions from black's law
dictionary black's law is not the law
and it doesn't say anything about
driving being commercial when it says
the person employed in it simply means
engaged in the activity of as in how do
you employ your time the idea that
employed means remunerated for is
utterly wrong and just shows how soft
seats are lacking in basic education
if you're refusing to identify yourself
to me you're going to go to jail for
what for what crime sir
you have to be suspected of committing a
crime to be committing the crime of not
giving up your identification sir i know
the law go get the the statute that says
you have failed to identify it will
state that you need to commit a crime to

just because this officer hasn't told
you the reason for the stop yet doesn't
mean there isn't one you're not in
control of this traffic stop so you
don't get to dictate how all this goes
and like i said previously i think you
know exactly the reason why you've been
stopped
