stop where this guy turns a simple
warning for the broken tail light into
an arrest followed by a slew of charges
which we'll see at the end of the video
and probably explains a lot of the
behavior that we see in this video like
for example him demanding the police
call the FBI over the traffic violation
right let's get into the video
on September 17 2022 an officer with
Edmond Police Department was on patrol
when he saw a silver vehicle turning
with a broken brake light
after seeing the officer behind him the
driver of the silver vehicle turned into
a nearby parking lot
quickly the officer activated his
emergency lights to conduct a traffic
stop of the silver vehicle
for example when you over your third
brake lights out my my third brake light
yeah yeah now it works pretty good uh no
it doesn't ah see your ID please I don't
have one okay
you don't have one at all
I haven't violated anything
for the First Amendment so I'll need to
share your ID you actually stop there
then when I pulled in here then you
pulled me up
can you start me another yeah go ahead
and start another unit okay so first of
all you really need to brush up on your
amendments because the first has nothing
to do with showing idea on a traffic
stop that's the Fourth Amendment but
that's only relevant when you've been
pulled over without probable cause that
doesn't seem to be the case here and
secondly if all you had to do was pull
into a parking lot to evade the
consequences of a traffic stop then
everybody would be doing it okay your
third brake light is out
and for
eign

okay I have a legal right to remove you
from the vehicle ow
wow it's case law for the Supreme Court
100 is you're being pulled over for so
the case he's referring to that is of
course Pennsylvania versus Mims which
ruled that once a motor vehicle has been
lawfully detained for the traffic
violation please may I order the driver
out of the vehicle without violating the
Fourth Amendment and no Pennsylvania
versus Mims was not overturned as some
Sovereign citizens would have you
believe mim's conviction was overturned
by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court but
the United States Supreme Court ruled
that the Pennsylvania Supreme Court was
wrong and upheld the original conviction
anyway back to the video
you've been pulled over for a traffic
violation public or can you please let
me finish dude I've been recording this
okay you have a third hit your brakes
hit your brakes so are you refusing to
exit the vehicle yeah okay
if you don't exit the vehicle I'm going
to place you under arrest okay for what
for resisting because you're not
following my rest yeah because I'm
giving you a legal I'm giving you a
legal what in my order I'm giving you a
legal order property
right so this guy is as dumb as a box of
rocks so you're saying you cannot be
arrested because you are now on private
property well I guess if you want to be
arrested you stick with that anyway he
doubles down and then triples down on
this argument and then asserts his first
amendment rights again

this vehicle I'm giving you a legal
order parking lot it doesn't matter you
committed a traffic violation on the
road any traffic violation you have a
third brake light out
that is a traffic violation an equipment
violation you can step out of the
vehicle right now or you won't go
are we in another unit My First
Amendment right okay so you obviously
don't understand stopped in the parking
lot then you turned on your lights how
are you doing sir good
so okay you just turned on your lights
when I was in the parking lot okay so I
have a question it's a traffic stop
for what I was already in the parking
lotion based on the roadway sir an
infraction that was happened on the
roadway no that's not what happened I
pulled into the parking lot and then he
turned on his lights yeah
you guys saw me pull over here so
because I missed my turn then you turn
on your lights after I pulled into the
parking lot because I missed my turn now
all of a sudden it's all this whole
thing so you're trying to violate my
first amendment that's not what's
happening
your first amendment's a freedom of
speech sir so first amendment Fourth
Amendment et cetera et cetera okay so I
do not have so you don't you don't think
your third break watch out just Paul
though if you guys are gonna be pushing
like this no I would recommend that I

to be honest I kind of wish he would
call the FBI just to see the look on his
face when they hang up the call because
we all remember what happened the last
time a certain person tried that
following his arrest in Ironton I mean
look on his face was just priceless
he stopped you for a traffic violation

that's what you're saying isn't it

that's fine that's a traffic violation
it's a traffic listen I said I'm trying
to explain stop trying to reverse and
then turn on the flights okay look at
how my vehicle is positioned versus
jealous okay listen you're you're not
listening whatsoever you just keep
wanting to talk over everybody okay
he had a traffic stop conducted on you
for a traffic violation that happened on
the roadway that's perfectly legal
perfectly fine he's asking you to step I
had pulled into the parking
lots okay okay we've explained it now
we've explained it a few different times
you guys are trying to violate my rights
see this is the problem with people
learning their rights from the internet
instead of listening to a lawyer it
leads to situations like this which can
turn deadly fortunately not in this
situation but it can lead to like in
this case being presented with a pair of
silver bracelets and three bed and board
at the gray bar Hotel
no okay well you're under arrest okay
you guys are violating yeah
get on the ground now

all right are you gonna are you gonna
stand up and walk to the car yeah
well that would have been helpful like
five minutes ago sir I've been pretty
reasonable all the time no not at all
yeah thinking you can pull into a
parking lot to evade a traffic stop
refusing to identify citing the First
Amendment and then asking for the police
to call the FBI yeah if that's
reasonable to you then I dread to think
what unreasonable is in your book

officers transported the suspect to jail
to begin further processing
not to worry their body cameras were
running all right they caught the whole
sorry encounter as for the FBI well I'm
sure they'll get right on it for you and
the FBI will I'm sure make this stop
their top priority
you guys aren't going to beat me or
abuse me anymore

know your rights as well as you think
you do also these cops were nothing but
patient with you and they get accused of
being racist as a result

so your cop said my brake light was out
it wasn't until his dash cam or his body
cam so either way I know what time it is

violations because the cop couldn't get
past the first couple of questions
because well you were too busy

of mind I just washed my body camera
footage okay and you can see that your
third brake light is not functioning and
then you flip on your cargo light to
make it look like your white light
shining back as your third brake light I
just wanted you to know that for your
peace of mind because you want to know
my body camera was functioning it was on
it did catch that can you show me that
video uh you can you can request a copy
of it and get it from third records can
you show me that video at the jail the
suspect refused to provide a breath
sample to the officers
that's fine I'm not going to show it to
you but I am going to give you this I
just want to give you that peace of mind
that it is on there so okay so effective
30 days from date served notice of
revocation is given that your driver's
license is revoked or denied for a
period of 180 days or more

a suspect was charged with driving Under
the Influence resisting arrest driving
with a suspended license operating a
vehicle with defected equipment failure
to carry security verification
possession of marijuana possession of
drug equipment during court the
suspect's initial charges were amended
to DUI resisting an officer driving with
the suspended license possession of
marijuana and possession of drug
recruitment the suspect pleaded not
guilty to all charges however he failed
to appear in court for his disposition
at this time the court has issued a
bench warrant for failing to appear in
court so like I said at the beginning of
this video his behavior makes a lot of
sense now that we know what he was
arrested and charged with plus he should
not have been anywhere near a road for
him to have a defective brake light out
in the first place and he has the nerve
to call this cop racist unbelievable
