because it was the first sovereign
citizen i knew of to get stopped riding
a motorcycle with one of those stupid
private players that says no driver's
license or insurance required
so basically letting the cop behind you
know instantly you probably shouldn't be
anywhere near a public road
right let's get into the video
who are you and your badge number

registration and your insurance okay

when you violate a traffic violation
tonight is a traffic violation of crime

traffic infraction is not a crime
now that's not really what people vs
battle says but even if it did it
doesn't mean an officer can't cite you
for a traffic violation
but what you can be arrested for is
failing to id

there is a also i'm not under arrest or
am i under arrest you're detained
because you're committed detention is
the same as arrest i need you to look at

so you should probably go look it up
right now i choose to invoke my right to
remain silent which governs the
production of all documents
firstly i have looked up that plate and
it's useless and a waste of money and
will only attract the attention of law
enforcement like it has done here
you might as well just have this slapped
on the back of your bike
and secondly the fourth and fifth
amendment does not cover your identity
or license registration or insurance
when stopped for a traffic violation you

this is the same reason i got a lawsuit

a traffic violation is
you keep saying traffic violations are
not crimes but the case you cited people
versus battle did not conclude that
that's the trouble with you sausage you
never understand or worse never read the
cases you cite you read a couple of
sentences out of context and you
suddenly know how the law works better
than anyone else
in any case you weren't arrested for the
traffic violation you were arrested for
refusing to identify
which is a crime in

bike because i believe this officer is
actually going to talk about this
right or right why
actually i think i think the postdoc
driver is going to need the key to get
it
