What do you have in your hand? Show me your hands. >> Oh my god. He actually drew his firearm on the guy holding the gas pump. Context clues, officer. It's just a gas pump. >> Court is now in session. >> I saw a very violent subject. Do we have a weapons on Circle K 7? >> So, I don't know if you heard that. He said something about he's checking out at the Circle K and send another unit if you have them. He sees this cat from a distance and I guess can't register context clues and really thinks he has a gun. I don't know. What's it look like to you? >> What do you have in your hand? Show me your hands. Okay. Stay in the car. Okay. Turn around. Place your hands behind your back. What are you doing? >> I'm filling up gas, can. >> You understand you're holding it like this like it's a pistol, right? >> No, I was showing her to cut the pump on. >> Okay, but that's not what it looks like to the motoring public on the roadway. >> How does this show? >> That's not what it looks like to the motoring public on the roadway. Yeah, it does. I've seen people do that all the time. Have you done that? I've done that. I've pulled the gas pump out and and the pump wouldn't turn on and I hold the gas pump up to see if the clerk will just turn it on for me so I don't have to go inside and hand them money. Good grief, man. This cop is too jumpy to be in this business. But what do you think? If you'd pulled up and seen this man standing at the gas pump holding the gas pump, would you have at all considered that it was a firearm? I don't know. It didn't look that way to me. And I just think this cop really truly overreacted. He spends 20 minutes trying to convince everybody on the scene that he legitimately pulled his firearm and he was in some kind of danger because this guy looked like he had a gun. Oh man, you need to change jobs. That's just my opinion. What do you think? >> I was just showing her the thing to let her know to get the gas. >> have your ID on you? >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> Can I turn around? >> Yeah, that's fine. >> Damn, gosh. >> All right. But you understand you're holding it like this and it looks like a handgun, right? >> No, I'm just I'm trying to let her know to pump the gas, bro. >> Okay. >> Why you What the [ __ ] >> Yeah, I'm 10-4. Sorry, there was an individual who had something that looked like a gun in his hand. Yeah, I'll be on top of >> Wow. I'm going to get your badge. You know I'm going to get a lawsuit on you. I'm showing the lady. Look at this [ __ ] Look, let me tell you what the [ __ ] did. I'm getting ready to set up in the lot. Get the hell out of the lot. >> 12177587 >> How the hell did this guy not have a firearm on him? The police did. Look what I held up the thing to let him know I needed a firearm again. >> They got cameras behind the car. >> 12177587 >> Look what I held up the thing to let him know I needed a firearm again. Put your hands in the air. Put your hands behind your back. >> Yeah. What? >> All right. >> I'm sure they got cameras. >> Mr. Ruff. >> I ain't got nothing to say to you, bro. I ain't did [ __ ] and I ain't being detained. I want to go. I don't got nothing to say to you. You know what you did. I ain't I don't got no rap for you. >> Boy, it looks like he's holding a gun. >> Man, that don't look like no gun. You see this [ __ ] right here swinging? >> I didn't see that, sir. >> Yeah, you saw what you wanted to see. You saw a [ __ ] with tattoos. Why would I be holding a gun like this right here? And who? Man, you saw what you wanted to see. >> Okay. >> You profiling [ __ ] >> You profiling MFer. I don't I can't disagree with this guy, this citizen. I just can't disagree with. You saw what you wanted to see. I would be this mad because I've got tattoos. Um, you know, you see a a guy out there with tat all tatted up and and in a wife beater maybe and and you know, he's standing at the gas pumps. I mean, you know, the the hose didn't give you any context clues that this is not a firearm. I just don't get how this cop could have made this mistake. I think the copper really feels bad for it, sort of. But watch what he does to try to at least cover for himself. I think he realized he made a mistake, a big mistake after you've pulled your firearm out on somebody. I think he realized his mistake because he spends a lot of time trying to convince other people that he was right. Let's watch the rest of this video. It's actually kind of funny. >> Hey, I want to buy number 385. >> 385 It's 385. >> So, that 385, that's his badge number. I can't get this officer's name. I'd like to make him infamous. I can't find his name anywhere in the reports. Obviously, it's not in the video, but his badge number is 385, and it's the Leon County Sheriff's Department. I guess I could call down there and find out what his name is, which I might do. Hey, how you doing? >> Hey, what happened? >> So, I'm driving down the road, and he's got something black in his hand, and he's moving it like it's a pistol. So, I pulled in to investigate what was going on. That's all it was. >> Oh, yeah, cuz the pump wasn't his pump wasn't on. And he was signaling me that the pump wasn't >> It's an officer in Alabama, you guys? >> Okay. Yeah. Just the guy had something in his hand that looked like a gun, and I was like, "What are we doing?" >> Yeah, I noticed something else weird coming up. >> Okay. So, you saw him with the thing in his hand? >> I saw him with the gas pump in his hand, yeah. >> Yeah, his gas >> I saw him with the gas pump, man. This guy's obviously a cop somewhere else, and he's coming in to, you know, pat the guy on the back and say, "Yeah, yeah, you know, I don't blame you for what you did." Really? Seriously? I I don't I don't know. I don't get that part. This cop's talking to everybody. He's talking to customers coming in. He's talking to the clerk. "Didn't Didn't you Didn't you think you saw a gun?" I I sure thought I saw a gun. Please, you know, affirm what I think I saw so that I don't look so stupid on this body cam that's going to be plastered all over YouTube. >> His pump wasn't working, and he was the one he was signaling me that the that that the that the pump the gas wasn't on the pump. >> Is he causing a problem at your your store? >> No, he coming here every day faithfully after work. He coming here to get gas >> Oh my gosh, is he >> causing you a problem here at all? If she would have said, "Yeah, you know, I really don't like that guy coming in here." What would you have done with that information, officer? Would you have gone out there and harassed him some more? She said, "No, he's I he comes in every day after work. He's a great customer. We love him down here. Just tuck your tail and go back to your car. Go to the next call. 10-98, no report." I just can't get over this cop. >> Hey, I don't want to hold the gas pump again. You you start the gas over there. >> Yes, I will. >> Hey, what's your name? >> Lollar. >> You'll sign the statement, and I'll get cat picture of everything you did. >> I just said I had none. >> Got you. >> Hold on. I'm going to stop. >> Can I just get your name? >> Huh? Yeah. >> J. >> J K. >> Yeah. >> You work at >> I just stopped. >> A U W. >> A U W. >> A U W. >> A U W E R D A. >> E R D A. >> Yeah. >> And final word? >> You don't have to say what it says. >> Well, I'm going to have to put this his name on it. >> And you work for who? >> I'm Pritchard Police Department. >> Pritchard in Alabama? >> Yeah. >> P R I T C H A R D. >> Yeah. >> Okay. >> You spelled it better than some of the locals we got. >> Yeah. So, what did you see when you pulled up? >> Come on back. >> He was just holding this gas pump up like this. I don't know what he had in his hand. He just kind of lays it up. I don't know if he's trying to straighten it out or whatever. >> Okay. >> Can you let me see Can you let me see my one person lineup? >> Sure. >> I don't >> I don't like people talking to me. >> All right. You have a great day. Go Bubba. Be safe out there, all right? >> Thank you. >> Thank you for your service. >> Absolutely. >> I thought it was on the wrong pump. And I I thought it was on the pump. I seen him do that, and I was like, "Oh, his gas not on there." So, that's why he was holding it up. He was signaling me. >> Cuz he was holding it wasn't the gas nozzle. He was holding something else up. >> I I I when I seen him he was holding that got the gas pump. He was he was sitting >> The the part with the hose. >> Yeah. >> When I saw him he didn't have the thing with the hose. He had he had something else. >> Oh. >> Which is all it was. >> Oh, okay. Cuz I'm like wait a minute, what's going on with Clint? Cuz he come in here every day. He's very friendly. He's respectful. >> Okay. >> And him and his wife come in every day. Come every day. >> Okay. >> Monday through Friday they stop by here to get get his $15 worth of gas and his two cigarettes and and he rolled on out. >> Okay. >> Yeah. >> Aw, that's sweet lady. He come in here every day. He gets $15 worth of gas, gets a cigarette. He's he's sweet. She really is taking up for this guy and this cop is still he's still pulling at this thread. I just think it's a thread. It's going to end up exposing you brother. Just quit pulling the thread. He got this witness this Pritchard police officer's name for his report. I'd have been 10-98 no report in this instance if I'd made this mistake and hope nobody ever said anything about it. >> Right. Oh my gosh, what's going on out there? He just left out of the >> Yeah, no. It's what I saw when I was driving down the road. You know what I mean? >> Right. >> I just want to make sure you weren't getting like held up or something. >> Right. And I thank you for being >> Yeah, that's all it was. >> Cuz we get some crazy people through here. >> I just want to make sure you weren't weren't being held up or something. I I just can't believe this cop trying to still trying to explain that. What kind of dumb ass criminal would try to hold up this store from behind the gas pump? Come on, officer. Just admit you made a mistake. Slink on out of there. I love how sweet this lady was. That's Clint. He comes in here every day. He gets his $15 worth of gas and his cigarettes and you know, she just talks about how sweet he is. I would have been mortified if I'd made that mistake, but I would have been 10-98 no report headquarters and zoomed on out of there. >> So I'm glad you guys do be alert. >> Absolutely. You have a great day. >> in here honey. All some days all night by myself. >> Yes, ma'am. >> So I'm glad you guys be alerted. Yeah, he he's really kind. I'm sorry. >> And it's How do you spell your S H? >> S H A N I K A. Thank you, love bug. >> No problem. >> And your last name? >> Uh Crittenden C R I T T E N. >> C R I T T? >> Uh-huh. E N D as in dog E N. >> And your date of birth? >> 5 16 81. >> And uh That works for me. Oh, good phone number. >> 334 714 4280. >> 714 4280? Okay. I appreciate it. Thank you. >> Why my name had to get put in there? >> Just they like us to just document it. You know, that I made contact with the clerk everything's fine. Yeah, that's That's all it >> I ain't got no warrants in my name. I'm good. >> Hey man, you got to stop profiling. >> Can you come talk to me and apologize, man? >> Can you come talk to me for a second? >> Oh, no. I really don't want to, for real. You but you know what you did. And you know you dead ass wrong. You know I ain't have no [ __ ] gun. >> After him. >> Profiling. I can't disagree with this guy. He got profiled a little bit and the cop just won't admit it. He tries to talk to him again to try to convince him that he really did see him holding something that looked like a gun. And yeah, I guess in you know, in the dark of night, you know, in the really poor lighting, maybe in the rain. No, I'm sorry, officer. You don't get me on this one. I can't I can't go along with it. As always, here on Dr. Judge, you be the judge. But if you're going to argue, argue like a lawyer. If you're going to argue for this officer, tell us what police department you work for cuz you got to be a cop to argue for this guy. Thanks everybody for watching this channel.
