sorry
it's gonna be a 47.
is that my car yeah nope
what did you hit where did you hit it at
I didn't did you hit the curb right
there
something honest I didn't get nothing we
hit something yeah no obviously I did
and I didn't think I hit anything but if
I I obviously did so I'm not gonna lie
do you know where you might have hit
something it's a curb probably probably
the curve yeah here on here or yeah on
this street obviously okay I'm sorry
you're driving from where
and I was driving from like down south I
don't know yeah what made you think it
was a good idea to operate a motor
vehicle while drinking it was not a good
idea yeah definitely not a good idea and
I agree with you so biggest thing right
now your car is kind of messed up
I mean you said it wasn't going at all
probably just because you got that
Fender I'm trying to get it to go so I
was con I was confused but yeah I am
well the only thing is is you have one
tire facing this way and then you have
another tire facing straight so you
might have messed up a tie rod right no
I agree
hold on we'll go through the motions and
we'll figure it out okay
you just want to wait right there yeah I
don't want you to fall
you have your driver's license
can I get it yeah that's fine it's not
okay yeah it's completely fine any
weapons of videos like to be aware of no
no weapons at all
oh my God I cannot believe the [ __ ] I
did this okay that happens
you can dig it all sorry
all right how many beers you said you
had again I've had like about three I'm
not gonna lie to you I'd rather be
honest than why definitely yeah
I really be honest in line so we have
three beers I've had about three beers
I thought about three beers maybe four
but I'm not that much like I don't
understand why this is like why this has
happened it's kind of confusing okay so
you had three beers maybe four and
that's pretty accurate three and four
three and four is that that your final
that's my final answer yeah
just wait in front of my unit real quick
okay wait right here
right here yeah okay well you can just
face this direction okay
what happened
for it I don't know what else to say
like I came from my friend's house
and I couldn't see it like I'm supposed
to use buses and I don't have them so
like that's obviously a hardened itself
and like I don't have an installment to
take the blame
I'll see you later
[Music]
you're going to do
my car like there's no doubt about it
what did I've had three drinks but like
obviously I I know how this goes so it's
fine
I just want to let my roommate know that
I'm okay because like she's gonna freak
out so like is there any way you can
like let me call her well yeah I mean
you're gonna charge your phone or what
yeah I see my I need my phone charged
and then I just want to call her and let
her know that I love it I'm okay larger
in your car there's a charger in my car
okay
okay
okay
is there any way I'm gonna be able to
like call my roommate um okay just so
just like and let her know
is there any way you can like who might
know after after like my phone charges
the second letter now because she was
expecting anything I just let her know
you can take you can do what you need to
do but I just yeah I just want to let
her know let me predict this part of my
investigation yes sir and then whenever
we get to a point though your phone's a
little bit charged though okay
I just want to let her know before
anything else happens okay
um do you have any brain injuries tbis
anything that I should be aware
okay I'm supposed to wear glasses though
but I don't have glasses right now okay
but you don't normally wear glasses I do
no I do I do wear glasses I do wear
glasses
oh I try to I try to get by okay
did you get by without a move you'll be
fine yes sir yes sir we're gonna be
going is kind of conduct an
investigation but okay
yeah no for sure right there oh right
here right there just keep your hands to
your side
um
okay what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna look
at your eyes I need all the tip of my
finger with your eyes and your eyes
yes sir
okay okay
foreign
we're gonna use this line right here
okay so we're gonna be walking this line
so if I can get you standing right here
just where I'm at where I'm at not
facing towards me come over here come to
me
you're gonna come to me Destiny yeah
sorry I'm so sorry what I have to do is
get on this line okay and you're going
to put your right foot
stand in line put your hands to your
side keep your Left Foot Right There put
your right foot in front of your left
foot okay can you do that part yes and
what do I down to I'll explain it all
okay first thing first put yeah no no
don't start oh don't start okay okay put
your left foot on the line okay and then
put your right foot in front of your
left foot this is going to be the
starting position do not stealth do not
start until I tell you okay sorry
Destiny Focus okay sorry ready okay left
foot on the line okay
put your right foot in front of your
left okay can you do that for me yes put
your right foot one no stop starting
okay
just trying to get you okay I need you
to pay attention to the instructions
okay I'm not trying to upset you there
you go do what you gotta do so left foot
on the line right foot in front of your
left foot like that and stay like that
okay okay just stay in that position and
I'll tell you when to start the test and
I'm gonna explain everything to you
email so what's gonna happen is you're
going to take nine Heel To Toe steps
forward on this line
and you're going to keep your lead foot
planted turn around and take nine Heel
To Toe steps back okay so about nine and
then back yes so I'm gonna do three for
demonstration purposes okay go ahead so
it should look like this
one
two three keeping your lead foot planted
you'll turn around okay get back into
the starting position one two three does
that make sense yes you're gonna count
out loud looking at your feet keeping
your hands to your side I need you back
in the starting position yesterday can
you get back starting position okay you
may begin when you're ready one two
three four I'm not gonna pass it I'm not
gonna lie to you guys I'm not gonna lie
just just try to try it we have to have
you do this why though like if I'm not
gonna make it like it's not a pass or
fail test it's not you don't pass or
fail all we do is we just see how you're
doing
four five six seven eight nine ten ten
round
one two
three four five six seven eight nine ten
I know I thought okay
it's not a passenger it's not Pastor oh
but it's fine like it's not faster fill
all it is is just some tests to see
where your sobriety is at okay so the
other test I'm gonna have you do you can
come back in front of here so we get
this kind of the security of the vehicle
you just put your hands and feet back to
your side and then a leg of your choice
to put up your choice you're gonna
approximately hold it six inches off the
ground keep your legs straight and your
foot parallel to the ground you're gonna
look at your foot and count out loud
okay one thousand one one thousand two
so on so forth until I tell you it
should look something like this
1001 1002 okay one thousand three so on
and so forth until I tell you to stop do
you understand all the instructions that
are given yes sir do you have any
problems balancing no I'm hoping not
okay
[Applause]
calm down it's okay
I like when it break it it's like it's
it's what's gonna happen
there's no password
I know but it's my fault okay so it's
fine you may begin to touch when you're
ready
1001 one I can't I can't you can't do it
are you refusing to do the test no I can
try but I'm not gonna pause it it's not
pass or fail that's the problem one
thousand one one thousand two one
thousand three thousand four and one
thousand five okay I don't want you to
fall exactly so that's what I'm saying
like I'm not trying to like I'm trying
to be honest with you guys like you are
being very honest be very like be with
me like I'm trying to be honest
here's the other thing I'm gonna have
you do pay attention so put your feet
back together to your size keep your
hands to your side a hand of your choice
you're gonna go one two three four I can
do that I know that already let's do it
do three three consecutive times one two
three four five six seven eight one two
three four five six seven eight one two
three four five six seven eight one two
three four okay perfect perfect so
um the other system I'm gonna have you
do it's gonna look kind of funny but
you're gonna slight get back into the
starting position Destiny Okay get back
inside the position you get like this
they're slightly bend over a little bit
you're gonna make a prayer behind your
back does that make sense but behind
your back yeah it's gonna be like that
yeah
okay do it again
that's great thank you
okay Dustin you're under arrest for
operating the motor vehicle under the
influence of intoxicating liquor drugs
okay
just stand up every time okay I'm fine
okay so what I'm gonna use I'm gonna use
the back of my hand to search you I'm
not you can search me all you want okay
do you have anything on your list
in my car and that's about it do you
have wet in your car nicotine okay
okay well I'll get let you get a phone
call here in a minute okay
all right face towards me face towards
me facing towards you yeah what do you
want to do I need a picture
oh my God we'll make sure yeah
the problem is you could have hurt
somebody I know and that's the problem
okay
okay I'm gonna read you something very
important okay
okay listen to me I'm going to tell you
something very important you want to
rest for operating the motor vehicle one
do the influence of intoxicated liquor
or and drugs they make so comply implied

like my mom needs to know what's going
on right now

Two Shots four beers Two Shots before I
left Mouse I know that was wrong
it's just rough since life is rough
sometimes life is so rough I just
thought about maybe eating some
counseling or something to help you with
some of your traumas
nothing you want me okay but I'm gonna
work on myself I've been trying I I'm
not gonna lie
I used to be an alcoholic
I used to drink don't like I couldn't
drink no more and like tonight I don't
know what happened I really
but I wanna make amends and be honest
with everything that I thought I knew
what happened I just wanted to let my
roommate know
really the one meals
and then can I call my mom and just so
you know because my mom
just cooperate with me I will
collaborate with you the whole time I
don't care like I'm I know what I did
wrong I I respect that I take a full
accountable
full accountability
okay I'm gonna take a deep breath okay
blow as hard as you can
I'll tell you when to stop keep blowing
okay
did I pull over it a little bit yes
it happens
it happens but it's like you should know
better
I've known better but
but I've made mistakes
I don't know what happened that's all I
wanted
again
[Music]
anybody can call me now is there anyway
yeah let me just we got one more breath
test and then you'll be good and I don't
know my mom's where are my friend's
phone number my roommate's phone number
and I need to call both of them
so I can love them both now if that's
possible like I know it's in my phone
but I don't know the number if you can
just call my lock into my mama that'd be
good
for a little bit
no
yes
[Music]
I immediately made a joke too like jokes

a joke like oh like I'm gonna get home
and I'm gonna be fine like

hurting and I'm Gonna Leave it I'm not
gonna [ __ ] put anything in front of
it oh I will deep breath
[Music]
