for
sorry to interrupt your uh cell phone
usage your chat you have going
on okay I'm officer Santos of the Bria
Police Department I stopped you for a
numerous things um number one is you're
driving for quite a few miles with no
headlights on were you aware oh no okay
and also you haven't put your cell phone
down the entire time you've been on your
phone okay do you have your ID on you I
do have you been drinking this evening I
have
not okay were you taking any drugs or
anything no sir no
sir do you know where you're at right
now
somewhere around uid
something oh my
gosh okay what are you handing me right
now just my
ID just your ID I mean I assume so
yeah okay you're handing me your credit
card okay go ahead and shut the vehicle
off all right go ahead and take your
credit
card take your credit card okay unbuckle
your seat
belt okay what I'm going to have you do
is I'm going to have you do some field
to test okay
okay oh5
radio
go the owner is the operator I'm going
to have her conduct some sfss all right
come on go ahead and step outside of the
vehicle all right and then we're going
to walk over here to the sidewalk okay
okay okay over here to the
sidewalk
all right what I want you to do is just
stand right here okay all right are you
diabetic no okay are you on any type of
medication no okay have you had any
recent head injuries no have you ever
been diagnosed with nagus no okay so the
first thing I'm going to do is I'm going
to be checking your eyes what I need for
you to do is St with your arms to your
side you need to button up your pants or
I mean I guess I can yeah okay it's for
your comfort no I mean it really doesn't
matter okay all right hands down to your
side feet together okay and then I need
for you to follow the tip of my finger
with your eyes and your eyes only do not
move your head do you understand yep
okay okay don't move your head
okay
okay don't move your head just your
eyes 1622 radio I'll be with5
[Applause]
Cy okay what I need for you to do if you
can't hold your head still can you put
your hands up to your face and just hold
your head okay just hold it still right
now okay yeah just hold your head still
and just follow with your eyes
okay
e
okay now we're going to be going up
okay okay just with your eyes okay now
your
face
okay all right so the next test we're
going to be doing is the walk and turn
test do you have any type of uh
disabilities or physical limitations
that would stop you from walking nine
steps turning around and walking nine
steps back no okay what I want for you
to do is I want you to imagine a line
directly in front of you okay I want you
to put put your left foot on that line
with your right foot in front of your
line like
this okay so your left foot's on the
line nope don't start walking okay so
imagine the line in front of you place
your left foot on that line with your
right foot directly in front of your
left foot and then put your arms down at
your sides and maintain that position
until told to do otherwise do you
understand okay so when I tell you to
begin no not not yet not yet don't start
okay go back to the start St in position
with your left foot and then your right
foot directly in front of that one okay
when I tell you to begin you're going to
walk nine Heel To Toe steps counting out
loud in the following manner one 2 3 on
down to nine when you've reached your
ninth your ninth step leaving your lead
foot on the line make a series of small
steps in the following
Manner and then you're going to make
nine Heel To Toe steps back down that
line once you start the test do not stop
the test make sure you watch your feet
at all times keeping your arms down at
your side and counting your steps out
loud once you start the test do not stop
the test until finished do you
understand
okay I
think 1 2 3 4 5 put your arms down your
sides 7 8
9
okay you you have to turn around and do
nine steps back put your arms at your
side now yes
okay
okay go ahead and
stop all right go ahead and turn around
all right so the last test we're going
to do is called the one leg stand okay
do you have any issues that would stop
you from standing on one leg for about
30 seconds NOP okay so when I tell you
to begin okay first of all just maintain
the position you're in feet together
arms down to your side do you need to
zip up your jacket no it's just kind of
cold but no I'm good okay all right arms
down at your side feet together and then
whenever I tell you two you're going to
raise one leg either leg 6 in off the
ground with your toe pointing outward
and you're going to watch that foot and
you're going to count out loud on the
following manner 1001 1002 13 1004 and
so on until I tell you to stop okay once
you begin no don't start yet once you
begin do not stop until I tell you to do
so make sure you watch your foot keeping
it parallel to the ground and count out
loud okay do you understand okay give me
just a second to get the timer
going okay are you
ready
begin make sure you're counting out loud
and watching your foot with your arms at
your
sides
okay you have to count out loud and
watch your toe one two watch your raised
foot you have to watch your raised foot
you're not watching your raised
[Applause]
foot all right go ahead and stop okay so
right now you're under arrest for OVI
turn around put your hands behind your
back
do you have anything that you need to
get out of your vehicle do you have a
purse in there
or do you have a cell phone I I saw it
in there that you had it on your lap
yeah I'd probably have a cell phone yeah
sure okay would you like
that yeah sir I guess
okay
all right we're going to walk over here
to the back of my
cruiser and then I'm going to searchy
real quick do you have anything on your
person
okay
good over here in front of the high
school five
radio
show this female on cuty for
OVI okay I'm just going to leave your
debit card in there for right
now all
right
oh watch your
head of course my flashlight died after
that of course Le we were able to finish
that before my flashlight went dead okay
we're just going to get the seat belt on
you it's kind of a weird
one there we go it doesn't really have
any retention on it so it's just a fixed
one do you know anybody um that would be
able to come pick you up cuz I'm going
to take you to the police department
we're going to process you and you're
going to be out here in the next couple
of hours I do my mother after we get
there okay where does she live at does
she live far Ry River wherever this all
right so once we get back to the police
station we have some legal documents to
complete then we go ahead and get her on
the line that way she can start getting
you cuz it's a real quick process you're
not spending the night in jail okay
okay
[Music]
well we either park it at the high
school or call for a toe I just called
uh the auxiliary over here to come to it
unless you want me to park
it honestly it's your call H you're stop

call
[Music]
open container
y uh half empty bottle of
tequila my I didn't grab my other
flashlight yeah you're good how old is
she I believe she's over 21 uh we're
having issues with leads right now yeah
sounds about
right
anything
else all right I'm going to go
ask paill yeah I was going to say there
were some other different uh wrappers of
different things over there
yeah I'm going I take her back and uh is
he going to take care of the toe sheet
and stuff so you can come back with me
or he should okay empty uh usually has
okay so I'm going to start taking her
back and if you just finish up with that
and then if you just want to meet me
back there and then he can sit on the
car for the toe and then if he could
just get the keys to the house
separated sorry you just got to perfect
timing so um he's going to finish
getting that stuff out I'm going to take
her back to start processing if you
wouldn't mind making sure unless he is
doing it right now to separate the house
keys from the car keys thank you the own
cation with her my beginning 10. I
appreciate you um you midd Vehicles park
at watch yourself I think there's vomit
uh G I think there's like throw up on
the whole outside of this this car over
here so you ready for the
tow yeah I believe he is he's finishing
up right now and I'm going to go bring
her back but there's kind of throw up
and Spilled stuff in the car so just
kind of watch yourself a little bit
27 station assisting 20 with paperwork
if you uh get any calls let me
know I don't even know if this is worth
taking is
it bunch of
roaches
is this worth taking
no okay we're not going to charge them
no no probably not I mean she she uh we
got this and then an empty one of
these she's going to charge them you
have yeah I don't know is that empty
yeah it's got residue
but what else you need to look through
oh I only looked through this side so
far here I'll put that back if
and then if we're not going to take
that quite a lot of uh
condoms do you see any anything of
importance not really here's this uh bag
of coins I don't know bag of what bag of
coins
coins all
right
going to pop it from up
there just going to Pop the trunk make
sure there's nothing of value in
there and that's the
hood
[Music]
H pretty
cool I'm not going to dig through it no
yeah probably nothing of importance
a tent or something
yeah all right other than the skateboard
we're
good spray
paint where was that at spray paint this
on the passenger
floorboard all
right
you go back and start pay for on these
yeah you uh do you usually put the V on
these or no yeah you want me to get it
off the computer
yeah all right I'm going to head back
assist with this tell them to come
inside cuz I do have to call up their
driver's license and stuff like that
hold on I'm just going
call hi whoever is driving has to come
inside for a
second or it doesn't have to be the
person who's driving just whoever is
coming to to release whoever is coming
to release me needs to come inside for a
second the sober
party or they sober yeah we're both
sober are you in the back yeah are okay
tell them to come around the front where
the double doors are in front of the
courthouse you
heard my
okay thank
you oh is he walking yeah oh goodness oh
they could have just they were they were
driving but I'm assuming theyve walked
somewhere from around
here yeah say they could have just drove
over here yeah you guys should have
drove to the
back you probably can't even hear me
double do it's in the back yeah there
should be
some yes yeah yeah that's oh there we
go all right so I do have to just call
up one person's driver's license to show
that we released her to a sober
party and then she has all the documents
to where her vehicle's located and all
of her court stuff in case she
forgets oops I'm sorry it's
okayo sorry it's okay it's
okay

me oh my God all righty so you are good
to go so again if you forget any of this
stuff again it's it's all paper clip
together so you know where your
vehicle's at and all your other stuff

to Berea Court thank you okay all right
