On March 5, 2023, Berea Police Officer Santos noticed a female driver texting while driving and driving without headlights. She initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle and it took the driver longer than normal to pull over. When she finally did stop, the 22-year-old seemed oblivious that the officer was at her door, since she still appeared to be texting. Officer Santos asked the woman for her license and she was handed a credit card. Then the woman called Officer Santos "sir". The woman denied consuming any alcohol, but an open bottle of tequila was eventually discovered in the vehicle. When the woman was asked to step out of her vehicle, her pants were unbuttoned and unzipped. She was administered standardized field sobriety tests (FSTs) and the woman turned the walk-and-turn test into a walk and stroll down the sidewalk. It is definitely one of the best walk-and-turn tests ever shown on this channel. She was arrest for DUI and taken to the police station. The police report indicates she blew a 0.202% BAC. Her charges and the outcome of her case are discussed at the end of the video.
