164 one sec we're going to have heavy
damage at the school hell
yeah I heavy damage at the school you
have anybody on
Rainbow I have I got a sergeant coming
up we bed AO going this way yeah were
you the one that called yeah me what
agency are you with B fors okay I saw
the I was stressed when you said you the
gun cuz I saw the red and the blue yeah
so I was like whatever so look which is
why I turned mine on so you knew yeah
look yeah and the fence
yeah's a fluid tra though I'm going
start following I was going to say
County they bowet it to County but I
don't know they don't have GPS so I
don't know where they're
at no oh yeah you can see the headlight
there's another piece over there this is
going to
be either
they came in this way oh probably hit
that and then all that yeah all that
shit's from when they were trying to
leave that makes more sense but the
trails this this is from so they
probably reversed and then came out that
way yeah look at all the yeah so that's
definitely oh
my
yeah that's transmission FL 78 they're
not going to get far that's
[Music]
the what's going on
guys how are you good good keep your
hands out your pocket for okay you have
any weapons on you nothing okay who's
the female you're with over here uh my
girlfriend face that way for me I'm
going to Pat up weapons all right okay
nothing that's going to stick or poke me
uh not that I can think of not that you
can think of okay no guns knives needles
nothing
s go ahead and turn
around where's your girlfriend she's
right here okay take a seat on the on
the floor for me on the floor yep take a
seat how am I supposed to come you sit
on
hello sorry that's okay where you guys
coming from tonight no I was trying to
see if my back door is open for me and
my boyfriend to go inside cuz usually my
my stepdad usually leaves the door
locked so I was trying to unlock it and
I was trying to lock unlock the back
door because the lock door isn't open I
don't have a key do you guys have IDs on
you yeah it's inside okay where your
your ID is inside do you have an ID on
you right now where's that ID at it's
inside it's inside here yes go ahead and
grab that for me okay the door's locked
I think that's why I said I need
to can I check my car my is that your
car right there yeah that's my car
okay yeah t far I think it was not point
yeahor they have the vehicle in both
parties involved
okay let come over
here walk down to my car for me down
down that way down that way yep let's
walk down this way who's driving this
vehicle huh who was driving this vehicle
that was mine since I came back from
Christmas break yeah I let my stepdad
know so this is my auntie's car this
your Auntie's car yeah okay who was
driving this vehicle tonight that was
mine but we haven't D tonight we were
driving some girl named em mhm she's my
best friend we were driving her car she
let us off so I was trying to get him
inside but it's cold do you have a
jacket in the car here no it's inside
it's inside if I can I can get my
down because that's my car it's under my
Mom's registration and everything but
this is my auntie's car and we just got
back we were trying to go inside and
everything I just wanted to talk to him
just know about the neighborhood you
guys all good doing good thanks brother
I appreciate just checking on you making
sure cool thanks but yeah I so who was
driving this car about uh 20 minutes ago
no one hasn't been driving like I said
that's my car I've been driving it for a
while I've been in Gallop since
Christmas day until yesterday or the day
before my car's been sitting there and
I've been just driving with my friend
which she just
left she dropped me and him off and then
she left are you the registered oner of
this vehicle right here no that's my
mother your mother yeah how old are you
do you want me to get her that regist
how old are you I'm 19 you're 19 okay
you have the registration for the
vehicle yeah that would be great it's in
my car yeah that would be
great what happened all this damage huh
what happened what's all the damage on
that car mostly of me driving all over
like out of town and everything like
sometimes not going to lie like I hit
curv even though did you hit a school by
chance cuz it looks kind of like it is
that the liquids that was on Southern oh
yeah okay yeah yeah I was like yeah it
looks like we hit a school zone we just
no you didn't hit a school zone you hit
a school school the building I was like
no this is pretty fresh we just got home
so your windshield and everything else
looks like you hit more than just a curb
see that's what I don't understand we
just got home from my friend's CL yeah
come home from her car okay from you
came home from her car yeah she has a
white Honda I think are you grabbing a
jacket or something I was trying gra
reg no you're fine oh did they run
underne something oh they ran over the
whole school pretty much
so did you guys call the tow Daddy no so
this is all the papers we're
together said you have a jacket
somewhere a jacket do you have a jacket
that you want to put on you should
probably grab that cuz we're going to be
a minute okay do you want me to get my
snip dad because I'm I feel like look
like he's right there yeah he's right
there I'm comfortable with him coming
out instead of just me being no that's
okay but you're an adult so you're going
to have to test for everything that's
going on right now I don't mind if he
stands out here
though get a jacket and then come back
out here all right can I ask what yes so
they uh drove that car into Joe Harris
Elementary School
and theol so this one here see all the
damage on the
windshield and then drove all the way
back
here where is I'm sorry Del Elementary
right here across from
Rainbow that's my da that's my
stepdaughter okay so we're trying to
figure out
who we're trying to
and is that Tyler I just don't have my
glasses is that Tyler I haven't gotten
that far out of him we started getting
into a bit of a match and so I walked
away okay um so that's what we're
investigating now so I followed the FW
back to the the house here called the
oil I don't know what they were doing
but they were driving all over the I
don't know Adriana Adriana get a jacket
and come back out here did she say who
was driving she said that this car
hasn't been driven in a while
yeah he said they were driving we
grounded we grounded her we took that V
are you ad's Mom no that's my sister ad
mom and then when I was trying to tell
him that the transmission food and
whatever he like no no nothing happened
and then he saw that and he kind of your
sh okay ad do you have an ID on you or
with you my wall in the car or it's in
my brother's truck and I do not know
where my brother is I've been trying to
find him to take me and him home that's
why I just Hur home what would your
what's your wallet look like it's a mea
course black and silver
the wallet I usually use my wallet on
that side or in the middle but there's
nothing besides you said it would be in
the side here yeah it should be on the
side there if not it should be in my
brother's jacket in his truck I don't
know where he is he said he was in come
col your wallet it's black it's black
yeah would it be obviously in here yeah
okay it should have been like there
I think my um I took it out and I took
it with my
brother so it should be in his blue
Dodge
dakot I'm
sorry I thought it was
there hang out with my partner for okay
okay but he told me tell you but um when
I open my door my wallet should be right
there yeah here I'll grab that for you
sorry you're good no it should be right
here where my old Fone is um that's
where my wallet usually is so it should
be with my brother and then I'll write
down your I'll just write down your
stuff okay so what exactly happened so
we were like drinking just a little bit
cuz I'm
fine but we were just drinking a little
bit at my friend's house in the I don't
know what Apartments they're called but
there's like a lot of Apartments I don't
know what that's called what's your how
do you spell your name a d r i a n n a
we were just like I'm getting tired so I
told them let us get home and everything
I told her come get us home and then she
got us
home and then that's it that's all I
remember I just remember I was going
home and everything and then I just see
cop lights out of nowhere and I'm like
oh no what happened cuz I'm home you
know but that's all I how much do you
think you've had to drink
tonight just three shots of um
SM three shots yeah like 14% of the SM
off yeah I've only had three shots and
I'm fine I'm just still waiting who was
driving you guys um my friend my car has
been here since like 12 last night or
something
Adriana you to be honest with me and I
am my car has walk with me
then okay you're you're telling me that
this
damage oh my God I did not see that and
the top tires Adriana you guys hit a
wall I did not drive my car all day
there there's red paint and at the
school where he said you guys were at
what school um he said the one across
the street from Rainbow
Park called bled
Soul oh okay so the just the one right
here yeah I haven't drove my car yet
though that's what I'm saying is that my
friend dropped me off we got here and
then I don't understand
who's your
friend
[Music]
um his name is
Tyler he my Ty was driving or you were
driving we were we were both not driving
we were both then how were you getting
around my friend her name is Emma sto
she lives on Edith
Street somewhere in North Valley area
yeah she ised to lives there we we went
to go visit her at the view and then we
were just chilling and everything and
then I was like okay we're going to come
back so we came back and then she
dropped us off and everything
but so why did Tyler say you guys were
at to
school the only person not telling the
truth right now is
you I'm telling you right now ad we we
know the answers to the questions that
we're asking you and it's all based it's
all based on how you're answering them
and you're not telling the truth right
now all right I'm trying to give you an
opportunity to come to be honest yes and
like I said all I remember is us being
home right now I arguing and that's it I
don't remember this I don't remember
driving my car because I left my car
here before because
so like I slept on my boyfriend's house
his house last night and then in the
morning my boy um we're kind of going
through family problems with my mom
and and they've been separating and
everything but I've been just home and
then my my brother me and him and my
little sister
went me and him my little sister went
out of town and everything and we went
Christmas shopping and everything and
then we came back to be honest I don't I
just
remember us leaving our car going with
my friends and that's
it if he remembers more then he can tell
you all the story but I do
not I just how come you don't remember
because me and my friend and everything
we were hanging out and everything
and um mostly I get high and everything
and I'm fine but um we took some I think
it was called mics or something and
then I just remember being here and then
I was going to go inside and then I just
saw lights and then that's what happened
I don't I really I
just
remember that so I know you're cold just
hang out for a minute okay
okay just hang out right here though
okay hey
sh identification card
only
obviously um she said she was driving
she said she doesn't remember she said
she wasn't driving though
M he said she was driving he said she
was
but did you see either of them driving
no they're over at this car over
here so sinking
15 B for scen a
crash I can't I don't really
have for your opinion I don't really
know if I have enough for
the7 obviously they both have been
drinking but I don't have anything
confirming who was driving no I'm
looking at like the
seat height
difference I would put her more in the
driver she like how far forward it is
me talk to him
quick is it Tyler what happened over at
the school man I don't
know you did what we scattered you
scattered mhm let's see you scattered
School pieces all over the school well
yeah but like that what else are you
from the school huh what else are you
from the school what else what
I'm not you're not making any
sense you said scattered yeah we all
scattered from the school we saw
somebody that was strange and we all
scattered that's it simple as that so
then what happened to this car over at
the school nothing we saw somethingone
that we didn't we thought we saw
somethingone we thought we saw SC that's
it so then what happened how this car so
damaged consistent with all of the
damage over at this school because we
jumped
up okay who was who was all in the car I
don't I don't remember but we jumped to
Hill and [ __ ] acted like it was all
fine I kept telling everybody it wasn't
fine it was Bullit dude dead ass like I
don't know if the car is damaged or not
like dead ass like seriously who's who
is everybody I don't know who's
everybody you don't know who you hang
out with
all I know is that there some people
behind the whe that's some
people that's all I
know and then how come you guys didn't
stop after you guys I don't know I told
them to stop but like they didn't want
to stop I don't tell you who's driving I
don't I don't know you have no idea cuz
a second ago you said it was her driving
I remember there was a fale driving
that's about it you don't remember
driving her yeah so how come she's
saying that you were driving I've was
driving I wasn't driving this house just
got built you can check all the cameras
and all that [ __ ] I wasn't driving [ __ ]
I don't think there's any cameras in the
house man exactly that's what I'm saying
like I wasn't building [ __ ] like dead
ass like I wasn't building nothing one
of I building little the night
for I'm not talking about building I'm
talking about driving a car yeah
exactly I didn't drive I didn't do
nothing I will never compliment myself
like that dude it ass okay I got my
sister wor about all that who is she to
you she she my girlfriend she's your
girlfriend yeah okay so your
girlfriend's driving the vehicle you
guys go over Hill and then you guys
drive back what she did I really don't I
don't know I just told you I don't know
what she did she did something that's
that's all I know literally it was just
you two in the vehicle no I don't know
who was in the vehicle at that time
where were you at in the vehicle where
was I at the time I don't know I was
probably with my
sister you're not very good at this I
don't know what to tell
me okay I was my sister I don't know
what to tell you like literally you can
ask my sister I was with her where's
your sister at she probably at probably
don't know that one either she probably
at the house I don't know where's the
house uh 23rd and something
like in the county or like
County where are you guys coming from
tonight I
know guess I could have figur the answer
out before I ask that um okay and you're
not injured or anything no not at the
moment not at the moment no you weren't
injured from the crash no do you
remember crashing into a school no I
don't remember crashing any schools sir
that's concerning I know you you're
concerning but I we did not crash into
any school whatsoever you could say
whatever you want to say you can look up
the the video and all that [ __ ] I
promise you it was not us I promise you
look that up look that up that vehicle
is not going to pop up I guarantee that
I guarantee that okay so that vehicle
has all of the damage consistent with
the crash over at the school I don't
believe that I don't no you don't have
to because I'm telling you right now
that's a lie okay that's a lie and so
where's your evidence where my evidence
well if you look at that vehicle and
then you look at the vehicle parts I
would love to come on over here let's go
look at the front of this vehicle in the
front let's go look at the front let's
go
look so this right here all of this
damage here all of this damage here all
of this this headlight that would be
here is over at the school all the
damage here us sir that's not you no
that is not us
I promise you that's not us but who else
would it be I don't know who it was but
that's not us you guys are the only one
that had access to this vehicle that's
that's a lie that's a lie first of all
yes we had a
uh access to the vehicle but that's a
lie sir and you know that and you know
that yes you do know that don't sit here
don't sit here and tell me that you
don't know that because you got one two
three three cop cars right here three
cop there's four four oh now there's
four now there's four do you hear
yourself four yeah there's four there's
four cuz I can count and you can't so
I'm telling you right now yeah because I
only see one two and three there's one
right here four right here bu right here
right here this is a four that's what
you want to consider
four two three four that's four where do
you see this on camera I really want to
see this I'm telling you the damage that
is at the school no there's not the red
transfer that's on this I promise you I
promise you that I've been doing this
job a lot longer and I promise you
you're wrong I promise you you're wrong
okay sir I promise you you're wrong we
didn't do none of this damage sir well
who did I don't sir we went out roading
this was not from I don't know what you
said from school that's cat that's bull
you hear her you see here what she said
that's bull that's bull we didn't I
don't know what you got this from but
this is we didn't get this from the
school whatsoever we didn't do we didn't
go on the school whatsoever do you
understand you can check the cameras you
can check all that do you understand we
didn't do nothing okay we didn't do
nothing literally well we went
off-roading a little bit but that's
about it we didn't we didn't go we
didn't go to the school campus and go ch
ch no we didn't okay you can check that
and you know that I can see that for
fact because as many times I passed the
school
campus none of the cars fix cuz we
didn't do none of that
okay that's a story I want to stick to
that's cool yeah dead ass yeah ass we
didn't do nothing okay cool where were
you sitting in the car when you guys
passenger passenger seat perfect I can
appreciate that they get your
information already she would we we're
door dashing you guys are door dashing
yes door dashing does door Dash you guys
both are just her just both of us just
both of you yes
okay what car were you door dashing were
you guys just both door dashing together
tonight the car we were door dashing in
was the blue Dakota was my brothers
that's the only car we were door dashing
that's
the you see I know you're lying I knew
you lying I knew you were lying okay you
can hey man that's your opinion but I
can promise you I'm not we didn't
nothing we told you the truth sir okay
so how come when you guys the damage is
there because stupid [ __ ] we done and I
told you that you didn't want to listen
that's what pisses me off you don't want
to listen because you want to believe
what you want to believe that's what
pisses me off man so at first you said
you did nothing we didn't do nothing we
told you we went off-roading a little
bit that's about it okay so then we
didn't do nothing we did none of this
damage belongs to this school and you
know that and you know that because you
could go to the cameras and check okay
you could go to the cameras and check
and you know that
sir and we will
yes we didn't do nothing to the
school we didn't do no damage okay and
when you come back you better I expect
an apology dead ass ah don't sit there
and be like oh I didn't do nothing no I
expect aing apology dead ass we didn't
do nothing to that school
no I appreciate
it uh I'll be right back okay we didn't
do
nothing we didn't do nothing sir the
more you say it doesn't make it more you
check you could check the you could
check tired of hearing it dude you can
check the government tired of hearing it
tell you right now I'm you could check
drive by you could check the drive the
drive by Drive what what is it I don't
know I don't want to check you can't
tell me exactly stop talking stop
talking but it's called the driveway
Drive what is
soup that's no kidding it's called the
soup yeah oh dead picked up
soup whoa what did you what hold on what
hold on what did you say no no no no no
no what did you say what did you say Sir
can you repeat yourself L it clear for
everyone to clear 4:00 in the morning
what did you just say what did you just
say clouded CER sir
I didn't say nothing you're going to go
in a car because you're being unruly
right now I didn't do nothing absolutely
ridiculous bud no sir I gave you enough
time to shut your mouth and you didn't I
asked I asked what did you just say no
sir this is illegal this is illegal bed
babe record this this is illegal this is
illegal no what they're doing this is
illegal no going
car I didn't do nothing I really didn't
do nothing no not right now I can't see
him not right
now he doesn't know how to act like a
normal human
being yes you did yes you did you P me
your
hand yes that means I'm under what did I
do no sir no sir I I I checked him when
I first got here this is just your
wallet right yes sir okay that's coming
up yes sir those handcuffs come off as
soon as you calm down I'm tired of
listening to you I'm tired of be yelling
okay warm up since you're so cold put
your feet in the
car you were driving no it was my one of
my friends she Dr us off and then left
yeah what she
leav what she
leaving oh white hondai I
think what's your friend
name what is it am
Joy she drove us off
with unless it was her or with her other
friends you guys were all in this car
where was her car at not my car it was
her car or her friend's car and that was
on one of her friends is on cars I don't
remember so who was driving this car
tonight we haven't been driving that car
that car has so that's the story you're
sticking with okay no that car hasn't
been Ving since I don't like being lied
to so if you're going to lie Li to me
don't talk to me I'm not lying to you
that's what I said no I didn't that's
what I said I haven't drove my own car
since since I came back then who drove
your car tonight I did not know because
like I said my friends dropped the off I
haven't drove my car I haven't started
it I haven't you know I don't have my
keys on me right now that doesn't mean
me okay well then I don't know where my
keys are because my keys should be in
there or my keys should be in my
friend's car his pockets one of them
three I haven't drove it since I got
that okay pH Gall which
is Christmas oh I know the day before
Christmas or the two days before it I
haven't drove it I kept my car
here my stepdad was out you could have
asked him he would have said the same
thing I haven't D it since I got back so
do you understand kind of what's going
on um I know you talk to four different
people but do you understand while we're
standing here in your driveway at 5
o'clock in the morning freezing yes she
told me Tyler is super drunk yeah super
drunk like worse than you are okay okay
cuz you're pretty drunk too yeah okay
yeah he's super drunk he's all over the
place MH okay he said you were driving
that car where you guys crashed into
school okay but then he said he was a
passenger with other people in the car
okay so here's the thing I need to know
okay was there anybody else in that car
that is is outstanding that could be
injured that we need to bind to make
sure nobody's hurt because the damage
that car did to that
school is significant just in case of
any kids or anything anything I need to
know who was in that car so we can do
welfare checks on to ensure their
safety
um all I know so far is that just me and
him got back me and him we're here
that's it just me and him and that car
just miraculously showed up I to I don't
remember but if I drove that car like I
said he said he drove or I said that I
mean he said he said I drove that car
that whole time he said he was in the
passenger seat and when whoever was
driving I'm I'm not saying you are this
is what he said oh okay he said whoever
was driving crashed in the
school okay he said whoever was driving
when you guys crashed into the school
yeah he said you guys need to stop and
we need to see what happened to the car
yeah
okay yeah and he kept saying you guys
not you you guys so I need to know where
everybody was in that car so we can
ensure their safety like do you
understand that yes cuz that is a lot of
damage it and there's a lot of damage at
that school I'm going to give you one
last chance to be honest with me okay
your phone is in the driver's seat of
that car yes and we now have security
footage from the school mhm of you
driving this car mhm
[Music]
like I said I don't remember me driving
it but if it was me then I'm sure it was
me because it is my car you know like I
know that it's registered under my mom's
I know that my stepdad helps me and
everything but I'm sure it was me if it
was me because cuz you're you're telling
me that you were never in this car but
your phone is in the driver's like
driver's pocket yeah and we know how
footage of you driving mhm cuz I let the
phone down when I was trying to look for
my wallet for you remember the first
time I you looked for your wallet I
didn't see you set your phone down
though well then it might have fell out
or I just let it down because like I
said I just remember my friend dropping
us off if I don't remember me driving my
car and you'll have a footage of me
driving it then that must be actually me
then because that's I only drive this
car that's the only thing I drive other
than like I said my brother's truck but
I don't know where he's at he hasn't
been back since he dropped me and my
boyfriend off so that's why I said that
must be me if it's just me here that's
my car my phone isn't it it's me if I
don't remember then it's about like I
said my brother had it came back my
brother's the only one who apparently
knows but I don't know
all right Adriana like I said right now
I have enough to place you in the
driver's seat driving when the crash
occurred okay so that means you're in
trouble for leaving the scene of an
accident M you've also been drinking MH
are you willing to participate in a fi
sobriety
test which means so the standardized fi
this is my first time no you're good so
a standardized fi sobriety test
um is to check for impairment for
driving
mhm which means I do what so so the
stand there's three different main tests
that we do for standardized fil sobriety
um I'm sure you've seen or heard of some
of them on TV um the hdn the walkin turn
and the one like stand oh likeing
straight line okay okay it's so it's for
us to determine if there's impairment
mhm cuz I cuz you said you've been
drinking like I said I have enough to
put you in the seat of the the driver's
seat when the crash occurred
so that's why I'm asking if you're
willing to participate in those yeah
that's fine either or okay so I'm going
to have you stuck
down right here is fine
okay stand in front of me in front of
you yeah do you wear contacts no or
glasses no okay are you under the
doctor's care for anything right W same
okay do you have any major health issues
that you have to consistently see a
doctor for okay any reason you couldn't
stand on one leg for a short time or
walk a short distance no not that so I'm
going to have you stand kind of like
your feet together but put your hands at
your side okay okay so I want you to
look at my finger with your eyes and
your eyes only okay do you understand
yes just your eyes
thank
you so I'm going have
you you're going to imagine that there's
going to be a straight line in front of
you okay okay I want you to
take your right foot M and put it on
that imaginary line okay just like that
okay and then and I want you to put your
left foot in front of it touching your
heel to your toe stay right there okay
now have you put your hands at your side
okay all right I'm going to explain some
more instructions don't move from this
position until I tell you to do so do
you understand yes okay so for this test
and I'm going to correct myself okay
okay um the way I had you the first time
with your right foot with
front sorry no you're good I will put
that one that was my correction okay
yeah all right so you're going to take a
series of nine steps okay each step
you're going to touch your heel to your
toe keeping your hands at your side
counting out loud looking down at your
feet okay you
understand so stay remember stay where
you're at until I tell you to move okay
okay all right so I'm going to
demonstrate the test so like I said
you're going to take nine Heel To Toe
steps counting out loud like so one two
three once you reach your nine steps I
took three for the demonstration you're
going to take nine once you reach that
nine you're going to keep your lead foot
planted you're going to take a series of
small steps to turn around and you're
going to take another nine Heel To Toe
steps back again counting out loud
looking down at the ground with your
hands at your side so four steps turn
around four steps back nine okay nine
steps heel to to do you
understand all right you may begin
[Applause]
3
4
5
6
7 eight n and then I take a wide step
you a series of small steps to turn
around like I demonstrated this and then
nine steps
back four
five
six
7 8
9 and are you done stay here do you want
me take one more or are you done I count
into
nine so I'm going to have you stand in
front of me again okay put your feet
together touching toe to toe heel to
heel hands down at your side okay all
right don't move from this position till
I tell you to do so okay okay okay so
for this test you're going to pick a
foot of your choice you're going to
raise it above the ground keeping your
foot parallel with the ground looking
down at your toe you're going to count
when 1,1 1,2 13 and continue until I
tell you to stop do you understand yes
do you have any questions
no I'm just really cold
s all right you may begin okay one
Mississippi 2 Mississippi 3 Mississippi

time

four passes you're going to go 1 2 3 4 4
3 2 1 1 2 3 4 4 3 2 1 you're going to do
that four times okay so this 1 2 3 4 1 2
3 4 4 3 2 1 that's one okay and then
you're going to do that four times okay
do you understand yes okay so 4 3 2 1 4
3 2 1 4 3 2 1 right or did you say say
it at the same time then backwards at
the same
time
okay okay so for the next one I'm going
to have you count from 72 to
61 51 backwards yeah backwards my God

that
okay okay so 71 right and
70 71
70 69 67 66 65 64 63 62 61 50 59 58 57
oh no not 50 it was actually 59 first
and then 58 57 56 55 54 53 52 51 50 69
68 67 66 65 64 63 62 61
6 you you can stop okay all
right you've had a little too
much
sorry so at this time Adana
you're going to be under arrest okay for
driving all intoxicated and for leaving
the scene of a
crash and
for what was your question I said how
long how's it going to be and everything
if I can ask you been the whole time
that's how I said we how long it'll be
but you been that's fine you guys should
so from here we'll go to the police
station uhhuh and then we'll just see
what finds up um has to do paperwork and
then once she's done with the paperwork
then you'll be transported to sandal
County Detention Center and then we
don't know how long you'll be there I'm
going to put him in I'm going to put her
for now in dance and check
her can I step that
first M for now here that's okay yeah
just I'm going have you sit down for me

see underneath your
tongue

okay
what
take the only reason I CU I was
watching practice with
M all right
ad I'm going to read you this okay it's
really important I need you to
listen okay like I said you are under
arrest for DWI leaving the scene of a
crash and MIP M the New Mexico implied
consent act requires you to submit a
breath test to determine the alcohol
content of your blood after you take our
test you have the right to choose an
additional independent test test if you
choose to take this additional
independent test you have the right to a
reasonable opportunity to arrange for a
physician a licensed nurse or a
laboratory technician or technologist
who is employed by a hospital or
physician of your own choice to perform
an additional chemical test the cost of
this additional test will be paid for by
the law enforcement agency do you agree
to take our
test all right
so give us a minute and
then we have to shuffle some stuff
around and then we'll get going
okay yes
sir what's going on okay so he's getting
right home she's being arrested for dwbi
and the CR leaving the scene of the
crash um I've got the insurance and the
registration for the vehicle I will give
you a copy of the case number for the
incident okay um took pictures of the
vehicle we're not torn the vehicle uh
but the vehicle's going to remain here
and then I'm going to go take pictures
of the damage at the at the school okay
um so right now that's where we're at
okay
um any idea of what she's looking at as
far as um when she'll be notified of a
bail public so they don't do yeah they
don't do bail she'll have to be
arraigned first uh being that it's
Sunday they may do a Sunday arrangment
being that that it's the holiday cuz
they'll probably try and clear out the
jail I I can't say one way or the other
though um what what the jail is going to
do uh I've seen it where they get booked
and released MH
for crazy charges MH and then I've seen
it where they get booked and they've
been sitting in there I we we have no
say on the yeah her mom just was
wondering she's going to have her phone
so I'm going to I'm going to grab her
phone real quick and she'll have it with
her so she needs to make any phone calls
or keep people notified about anything
that's going on she she'll have that
opportunity okay all right okay yeah I
know she probably doesn't know my number
or her mom's number but yeah I'm going
to I'm going to put this back in the car
and I'm going to grab her phone so she
can take it with
[Music]
[Music]
her stand up
all right you're going to blow into this
mouth piece kind of like you're blowing
up a balloon for as long as hard as you
can so take a deep breath okay deep
breath like no yeah
oh and then let it out like you're
blowing up a balloon keep going keep
going you're good okay let's see if it
oh try again deep
breath keep going
keep going go as hard as you
can deep
breath as
can I think I got it
all right that
one and I
yeah and then no one else will come
other than an officer no one else will
come back here so you'll
see I don't think
so I
can I don't think
so I know it's not ideal
but that's
[Music]
just okay
