an incident that occurred you know uh
yesterday actually uh and I mean I will
I would like to give you the time to
express to me what happened from your
point of view since you know from a
little before the incident and after and
then I do have I have some clarifying
questions that I can ask you I want to

from from the very beginning

you know what I didn't even know my
girlfriend and me you know were kind of
just argument or whatever she went in
the gas station he said she's been doing
drugs and she wouldn't know she was
crying in the bathroom whatever this is
your girlfriend just to clarified along

I should be innovate and uh
well she went to the gas station they
said she's gonna do
enjoy what do you mean
and uh for once in my whole life I just
bought I just that Cadillac I was in I
do I just bought that car I paid 2800 I
just bought it came up on it I just
bought it did some rifle once I mean to
2800 and how could you buy it from a
Cadillac
um I don't know this the soldered place
up my it has a title and everything he's
putting her safe and everything dude you
mean I I bought that card you know
that's why I didn't come back stolen
I was going on a road trip I was going
where they found me this morning
that's where my auntie stays like we're
not there go see her go show on my car
and stuff
and uh
we're sitting in the parking lot and
we're doing our scratches and stuff and
we have we're there for like 45 minutes
away you know we don't know we call the
cops they're saying but that that
officer came up and finally and finally
ran away dude just just banging on the
window I mean like and this wasn't even
up too loud you think it was it was
funny at all I'm sitting there I'm
talking about we don't even yelling at
each other we don't hate each other I
mean we're really good you know
and uh
he's just so big on the window tried the
door down and get the [ __ ] out of the
cars you get the [ __ ] out of the car hey
hey I [ __ ] you backed it up I took off
and sounds like whoa my mother I didn't
even [ __ ] just freak me out though
you're saying that boy so I fled I
knocked him in his car fed
you chase me you [ __ ] just like you
need to start taking your turn around
and you say you hit me trying to be
correct me and I think that's the place
for every evening and so finally I I
took a ride I turned he pushed me up
against the bridge
and uh
honestly I I don't I I don't I like that
I don't even I remember I don't I just
remember after shots of fire I mean I
don't know I just
sometimes I mean I don't know I mean I
can't tell you
five you know anywhere I can do any of
them and and I could see you know you
have that little remorse of what
happened and uh right right now it's the
time for I know you probably have a hard
time remembering what happened but if we
could just slow down a little bit maybe
you could recall uh how how the events
went how since since you were in a gas
station so I'll just kind of slow you
down a little bit so you said that uh
you you did see an officer behind you
when you were in in the gas station no I
don't know I was doing my scratcher my
girlfriend goes back out she gets in the
car she sits there
you
know we stopped talking and finishing my
scratcher and turn the music up
and like I swear to you I swear I was
about to leave I mean all of a sudden
obviously kind of banging on the window
you mean hard as [ __ ] you mean and I
just I didn't and I looked up in the
mirror I swear I didn't see the
carpenter anyway yeah it was back to me
I didn't see it I mean I just backed up
freaked out I mean I hate us call me oh
[ __ ] you mean so I drove over the
railroad bike that was on the right and
went over and that took off for me so
once I I know so you say you didn't see
that part initially but then you ran
into a car wreck so once you uh you
realized there was a vehicle there and
and uh and you you said it was the
officers uh vehicle right the offshore
was banging you and you saw that he was
the his car was behind you right yeah at
that point why did you continue on
trying to overcome all area set them on
the run you know man like okay you know
how we are I mean it's not trying to go
to jail I understand
but like at the same time everybody no
but then like he just I'll survive dude
maybe a hamster do I do is buying as
[ __ ] yeah I see which what's the workout
camps watch all watch all that [ __ ] I
mean that [ __ ] officer was finally
dude I mean what am I supposed to do
this
right I was doing nothing wrong I was
parked in a [ __ ] parking lot I was
doing nothing wrong you're saying so
like how am I supposed to react to that
so so I at that point I just want to let
you know that the officer did get that
call for you know though you're you're
is she your your girlfriend yeah that
you know some people suspected of her
you know doing drugs and the vehicle so
at that point her own he's the officer's
objective is just to you know make
contact with you guys and and kind of
you know see what was going on because I
mean obviously you know that people
pushes are way different sort of way
different dude I mean and him come to
Bangalore they wouldn't like that and
personally me I thought she has to do
special cops bad I mean I've already
been in this [ __ ] all the costs before I
mean it's it's
I'm not bad because you were cops and
I've been here two and a half hours of
expertise with studentology you mean
all right there you have it so you got
it from motor vehicle on charges with
the cops and stuff you mean yeah I'm
already I have Abby does that group in a
house where the cops are always around
and always reference there's good cops
and there's bad cops tell everybody not
there is I mean I've been there all the
bad cops
yeah I mean I wish I mean you you could
jump between you with respect but I'm
trying to you know be an [ __ ] to you
and try to get your story of course and
and for that reason uh so uh so so once
that that happens so you you said uh so
you hit do you remember how much how
many times you hit that the officers
vehicle I was behind you
I I hate it once I I eat it once hey one
time he says it says yeah I hear
multiple times I didn't know I hit him I
did not hit him multiple times one time
and then just worry about your story
like have you heard things like we don't
care about it
myself
why they're saying all this [ __ ] it
seem like if I'm so [ __ ] all right
that's about to move it one time and
then I realized I wasn't going nowhere
near me because there was a car there
was no car over there too it means so
that's when I backed up the game the
other room but the other way that I went
over the road Spike and I went around
maybe like
uh I don't know dude so so then you you
say you took off and at what point did
you are you able to see that the hunter
is actually behind you again
you remember that I hit the road and I
get about I used it always up the road
and I'm back you remember that real
thing you took do you remember yeah I do
I remember when I took do you remember
the name of it no I don't remember the
name of it because I just went off the
button and he went to go up to the road
I'm gonna pay someone I'll live there
you know okay I hit the road over the
wings
they're so [ __ ]
I spit up faster
and finally and then I see the term I
see a side instead of a girl if you go
straight
it goes to like chaos or something to
the right Coast Albuquerque I mean
that's why I took it right boom as soon
as I took a right
and I mean the officer and then like my
chick's like when he's hit us he's gonna
have mercy right and Timo you Tebow
so much
this is way more enforced than what was
needed it was the answer to the guy I
freaked out when he hits that hard at
the bar maybe there was no need to there
was no need for that everybody it's the
heart of the car I guess that's uh I
pulled my gun I was like whoa I was like
it's just trying to hurt us for me this
cops hilarious right now I was like no
[ __ ] Ted and so I mean so I back up
again and it hits the game boom this
time you get more stuck you know what
I'm saying and then I just ripped it I
said I mean I told my she could sit back
and start shooting I mean I didn't aim I
didn't even aim
so just some power Frameworks you see
you say you grab your gun where was your
gun at
uh because I'm sorry I see right here
okay can you describe to me yeah that
you're done
it was all black
what brand is it it's with the lesson
you remember the you know the caliber
none of the year
like uh the model of it I don't know

and where did you get this gonna
cover up for a while
I mean I won't say too much for that one

I got in the streets you know okay
so uh how long have you had this gone
a couple weeks
and where is that done now
I don't know where it went last to give
it to somebody to hear everything and I
don't know where to win from there

it at some point or against somebody to

where was it where I could keep them at
least where or where was that at what
was it like where were you at when you
handed over that gun
what do they got me this morning
okay at that residence yeah okay
okay and uh so
how many times did you shoot
I I don't remember being in order to
approximately how many times you shot
just from what you can recall
at least eight dollars and he's in okay
at least eight maybe nine uh I can't I
don't remember
did you load up that weapon before or
did somebody else like this is
it like fully loaded or how many rounds
fully loaded fifteen plus one
so you have one you have the 15 plus One
in the Chamber yeah
do you have any other weapons in that
car yeah the Firearms no no there's a
little professional okay I was just
selling that I mean it was just those
dogs for sale you know okay

so uh at that point or
where was the officer at when you were
shooting
I don't know
I I can't remember that I mean I just I
remember I remember finding snapping
like like
onto the freeway
to be right there that's that's right
that's when everything's like [ __ ] this
is real I mean it should just have it
um
I remember very Split Second when he
shot back because I thought I have a
bullet tracking in my lip right now
we have a shot in the face
and a couple more fragments in my head
and stuff
can you remember if you had at least
we're shooting like torch where you saw
the shots coming from is that where you
were shooting it like towards that
direction
yeah yeah I know for a fact I was
shooting towards decoration of the
officer yeah yes I do
and what was like the outcome you were
looking for at that time when you were
shooting at the officer
it uh it's a duck or did something just
give me a little bit of time to run and
get away I wasn't trying to hurt nobody
through the river to try to hurt nobody
man
um so at what time do you uh do you
actually uh notice that you heard the
answer
like we are on the news and stuff you
mean I didn't know right away

I just know that later on in the news
and stuff I mean
so sorry I'm gonna find like any text
messages
you know a shot knocks or anything like
that I mean I just want to be honest
you know but
so where did you look at the officer uh
at any point no there's the guard there
was there was my car or cars like this
the cops cars like this and he was up
against us
and then
my door only opened a little tiny bit I
mean a little tiny bit
open my door there's a guardrail
and then Thursday this doesn't saw Hill
and I ran into the field and we down now
we downloaded the video onto the freeway
you know what I mean I just as soon as
it was done I opened my door and I went
that way you mean I didn't even look try
to look but it wasn't I was mean so when
you see me it was done what are you
referring to
that when when everybody stopped firing
or yeah and over everything's doing
everything stopped it we went dead
started like two seconds dude
the house assistant run you read it run
run go run
at any point they cross your mind like
well I'm gonna go check on the officer
and or you know anything like that no no
because I
just do I wouldn't worry about him
shooting me when I came out I don't know
if I would have done that
but
I just say so I remember anyway knowing
I made a mistake you know
and what what were you wearing during
the incident
some black shoes over in
a black T-shirt
I don't really get a hoodie from other
than a t-shirt
um
absolutely
some jeans you mean you can a black
T-shirt
some black shoes
were you wearing anything else like you
know like a cowboy hat anything like
that or or I don't know
or anything else you need nothing in
your head no okay
and where is that black shirt at
oh it was
before I took it off right away as soon
as I shot the facial shot though I mean
I took it off right over right right
left it right down there by the freeway
so what were the incident happened there
was a bridge right and then usually
ended up in the freeway so how did that
happen or what what were you trying to
do at that point
point when you got uh to the freeway
of course I was trying to black people
down to get a ride you know
and I did it and then I just
I I honestly about I hate it somewhere I
mean you know I want my rabbits about it
and see my body in somewhere
I waited it out so I could move around
you know until you hit it somewhere
around that same area yeah after the
incident happened
and how did you get from from them there
to where you were arrested
how did you were able to get there
later on I was walking and my uncle was
walking and she didn't use this form I
called it so we are new you know okay
because somebody picked you out yeah and
they took you when
we're asked the two or where it was at
the residents right up so from there you
went directly to the residence
and uh and who was that I mean obviously
with the investigations the name is
probably going to come up at some point
I just want to see if you know if you
could help us out who was that person
that took you to that restaurant I I
can't say that
so so maybe uh later on we found out the
name you might be able to confirm who it
is would that be better maybe yeah okay

so in
so I'll just talk a little bit about um
about your uh your girlfriend
so you said she was um in in the
passenger seat when all this thing
happened yeah just tell me to stop maybe
just stop maybe stop stop stop she's
she's innocent all the way to it
this girl she's she's uh she's
she's
so uh so I just want to start off with
with her going in so you said for sure
she she uh she doesn't use drugs your
girlfriend or yeah but she wasn't doing
drugs at the store okay
I went over a fact she wasn't doing
drugs I mean okay it's like because
you're able to kind of see how her
demeanor is when when she is under the
influence right yeah
but she said she was gone for like 45
minutes no no we were sitting in the
parking lot for like 45 minutes okay and
then she went in to to do what you know
I remember to go wash her face and start
crying and stuff okay and what was that
huh what was that what was she sad or
what was she crying you don't mind me
asking who's his personal problems with
Jimmy and her oh okay okay like any
other couple yeah
okay so at that time you guys kind of
want to do like just take a little break
and you know cool off because we were
doing is what we were doing here okay so
what else you know I'll do is my
scratches and scratches if you look in
the car they're in the door in my car
you mean I don't know if you guys had an
argument before
I got into the gas station
and yeah we're like oh like when we were
driving we pulled over and we started
talking about because we don't want to
drive while we're talking arguing yeah
they don't interacting but some people
are risk you know so I pulled over yeah
and we're talking stuff I'm sitting
there I mean I'm racing music and stuff
just chilling do you remember like if we
don't even yell anything like we don't
get loud we don't get fighting I mean
yeah yeah we're real good with each
other you know and we're doing our
scratches and stuff but she went inside
to go wash your face do whatever she
does she's a woman you know yeah yeah
you know shoot back out
I moved here for like 45 minutes you're
not working on whoever for a little
while I mean how long have you guys been
together you know as a boyfriend uh
about five months but I don't feel like
10 years
so you guys been friends before that
yeah we're best friends for that

okay so then she comes out and and then
what happens
so once she comes out from
from the gas station
s in the car
she puts her hood on she uses back and
then I turn the music up literally as I
go back down and do my scratcher I mean
the officers started begging on the
window all crazy
and what was her her reaction to that
your your girlfriend's reaction to to
that
I don't I don't remember and I said I
don't remember her reaction news so I
remember trying to get out I mean but
like I remember trying to tell me just
to stop just stop it stopped I mean
at any point uh so she did tell you she
showed you to stop her she wanted to
stop for her to get out or I don't know
she told me to show him this is for me
just to stop it was a surrender pretty
much work she wanted you to surrender to
the officer yeah yeah just to stop it's
like what am I doing what are you doing
you mean stop you're just you're hurt
what do you do stop
I mean she doesn't even need to be
I feel so bad
so uh cash and all kinds of [ __ ] this
morning you mean just because that's
what happened
so then um so then you guys you end up
pursue and I know it might be you know
hard for you to describe but I just want
to kind of get how she was reacting
throughout the the pursuit like how how
would she react or acting with you or at
any point like how how's your what was
her demeanor
another Zone you mean the guy I realized
I'm about to go to prison you know
sometimes [ __ ]
are you facing a good amount of time I
mean I've seen him
and and how about when when the officer
you know attempts to stop you guys what
was your I know maybe you're working
1500 but to the best for your ability it
always hurt do you mean at that time
and then um
when that happened and then when when
you ultimately you know like started
shooting at the officer what was her
reaction there is if you remember
is she I don't remember
okay I don't remember I don't remember
and and then so how what was the
sequence of of you guys getting out of
the vehicle who got out of the vehicle
first I did so you got to be able to
tell her anything when you got out
yeah I told her to come on okay and what
she say

to jump out of the vehicle and then uh
do your best of ability of recollecting
or remembering stuff
where did you begin
I guess walking or or running or what
direction from the left side of your
guardrail okay
and uh so at that point where you're
running or walking or what have you
running

and at that point did she mention
anything to you and you guys were
running
maybe I should just turned out [ __ ] up
how do you guys already realized what
you know what had happened
at that time with with with the officer
I know the shooting at the officer
shooting officer or at the officer it
doesn't even matter it's all the same
thing it's bad you know
and we sat down
I realized the uh
and at any point
uh did she mention you hey you know what
let's turn ourselves in or anything like
that well you told her hey you know what
let's think about yeah I was gonna do
until tomorrow
and was you okay with that uh your
girlfriend
but I was showing me right away
okay
and uh but then you guys kind of agreed
on just
staying until tomorrow is that we said
she was okay like she never like trying
to play anyone I'm Gonna Leave No Okay
so she supported you pretty much
um with me for a long time you know yeah
it could be wrong for sure but for her
for both of you guys
so when you were shooting were you
shooting it you were inside your car
shooting out right you're shooting out
the window or out the passenger side or
in front of Alana or what were you doing
remember
I do remember that that's what I was
saying I remember that I told her to
lean back and I sure got it like the
window was like I don't know if the
window was well I think the window was
rolled rolled up okay
so you're shooting out her window yeah
basically where she was and you told her
to lean back all right and you realize
the officer was shooting back at you at
some point right

little marks on your face on the lip
yeah so that's where he hit you in the
lid yeah
and you've got something on the top
going that way too is that from that
yeah anywhere else on your body you got
hit anywhere else okay

climbed out of the door all right and
you told her to get out was she hit
anywhere or you know she could hit it
all was she ducking down or what was
going on uh is she actually just called
up Mercy okay so lean back or like
underneath the dash or what was she
doing all the way back okay all right
all right but she wasn't hit at all no
no shears right there you think you need
medical help right now are you okay
is it lodged in your lip right now or
okay I need to get that fragment out of
here all right yeah it looks swollen at
home
all right I noticed you got mud and I
don't know if that's blood on your pants
now are these the pants you had on
yesterday no this is from this morning
this from this morning oh yeah
so when the cops came over this morning
did you comply and come out and give up
or what happened I was sleeping with the
Cure okay finally when I realized that
there was the concert server out there
they were [ __ ] they had already threw
the [ __ ] I mean I bust out the
windows
into those sort of teams in there and
then I could read before your house was
super bad gas in there and stuff maybe
okay and I guess
who all was in there just you know right
I mean I had to feel I mean I could have
seen I couldn't breathe I was passed out
if I bought my fell in the back door to
open the back door and I hit the floor
boom I can't really I was all right but
you knew it was a cop yeah

was anybody else in the house at that

morning there's anybody else in the

no my sister and I I weighed the night
away earlier before you know yeah

wasn't because I had all the drugs okay

and and we found out who gave it a ride

Layla Layla and Daniel so we found that
out from from different information we
had and I know you told me like if we
were able to find that out you might be
able to confirm that with uh for us
I'm not going to tell you right now I
don't know who's saying that but I hear
right now if it wasn't there
okay and so because the information we
have and I mean we I really appreciate
you know how honest you've been it's
just that little piece of information
that we got and I just wanted to confirm
it with you
know I'm telling you I don't know who's
talking out there you know who's doing
so he's trying to throw something it
really wasn't it wasn't them okay and I
mean so something that that we really uh
need especially so we're not big enough
in anybody's business as that gun and I
know you don't want to give anybody else
all we would need is that gun like we
don't want to go out and you know like
how to look into that gun and then we
find out some other stuff you know
people that give that gun tour doing on
that we don't care about that we just
want to get you know that gun for
probably for this investigation I don't

has if you give it to maybe they'll let

information that the Layla has that and
I mean we know she's maybe involved in

didn't even know she wasn't even
she didn't see who I had any good to me
I I walked I went out front and sat in
the car with somebody with me so she
said you know I think she's just don't
even I mean she's just scared not
nervous worry about what I'm saying you
know I'm saying and trying to put into
everything she's trying to
sugar
guess things that I'm saying to me but
she really doesn't matter I mean that
makes sense and unity will be easier if
you guys have a great name instead of us
just you know I can't do that dude so
you don't have to go out there and you
know try to you know like investigate
different people that might have it and
we don't want to mess those guys if they
have nothing to do with it that's why I
mean I want to give you this opportunity
you know what it is so you don't mix up
other people that's pretty much what it
