I have I have two people that called that are able to identify you okay so they're the people that called that gave us substantial statements for me to have enough probable cause to write that statement okay or to write this ticket so this is going to be your first uh ticket your second ticket um is going to be so you were arrested for driving Under the Influence so you also received a uh driving Under the Influence citation that's all that's all for court okay so I'm going to read you this really long document if you have questions after I read this to you um we can talk about it and then I'll explain the whole process okay okay subsequent to an arrest for driving while under the influence of alcohol other drugs or intoxicating compounds or any combination thereof DUI or section 11 .1a and 61061 B of the Illinois vehicle code okay so do you have do you understand what I just read to you okay officers tried to calm her down by explaining that she would be spending the night in and try to calm down for me thank you part of the process is I'm going to ask you to submit to a breathalyzer so I can get your blood alcohol concentration level are you willing to provide me a breath sample you are okay okay if if you are willing to provide me a breast sample and these deputies pull you out of your cell after can when they're ready you can make your three phone calls but you have are you going to remain calm because this is not we're not GNA we're not playing games I don't know CU none of us use it so all right new one all right I promise I'll clean out my [Music] trash okay when this tells me I'll put this in and again big deep breath in first and then blow as hard as you can you want to keep that meter all the way over here okay make sure you're not sucking in at all she agreed to take a breathalyzer test and registered a blood alcohol concentration BAC of 0.091 well above the legal limit of 0.08 is it you got this girl we got it okay big deep breath in blow blow
